The entrance gate was impressive—I could really feel the history and prestige. Our guest Room was a Japanese-style Room, and it had plenty of space for a family of three. It was also nice that they provided a power strip to make up for the lack of outlets, which is common in Japanese-style Rooms. The service was polite, and the staff were attentive, which left a great impression. The bath was natural Onsen water and felt wonderful, but it did feel a bit limited with only one open-air bath in addition to the indoor bath and sauna. We only had breakfast; being able to choose what we liked from the buffet was great, but compared with other Accommodations, the selection felt somewhat limited. The food tasted good. Overall, I have no real complaints—just minor points—so I’m satisfied. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Kochi.

I had an important engagement and stopped by your city for the first time in four years on my way back from a business trip, and stayed one night. Because I felt more wear and tear than expected at the flagship Hotel where I stayed on my previous visit, I was looking for another option in the convenient city center when I found this Hotel. It is close to the station, with easy access to limousine buses, local buses, and taxis, so I hardly felt any of the transportation inconvenience that can be common in regional cities. As it is newly opened, the Room was clean, and the view from my Room—overlooking the islands of the Seto Inland Sea and all of Imabari—was wonderful. (It would have been even better if the windows were a bit larger.) Breakfast offered a relatively wide selection and tasted good as well, and I also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival on a hot day. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and being able to gaze at the night view through a large, beautiful window helped me unwind from the day’s fatigue and feel refreshed. It’s great that Imabari now has such a good Hotel. One point to note—not as something good or bad—is that there seem to be many international guests. I work in an international field so it didn’t bother me at all, but some people may feel unsettled seeing many overseas visitors in places like the lobby or large public bath in a regional city like Imabari. That said, during my stay there were no guests with poor manners.

The staff’s thoughtfulness and service were excellent, and although it was my first trip in a while, it became a wonderful memory. However, the Room air conditioning did not work well, the noise from the unit bothered me and made it hard to sleep, and I was also concerned about the smell of the water in the open-air bath.

Thank you very much for allowing us to spend such a relaxing time the other day. We traveled to Hokkaido to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and stayed here for our third night. Thanks to your many thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality, we had an absolutely wonderful time. We were truly surprised and delighted by the gift: you took photos of us and presented them with a message on a shikishi board. We have it displayed at home now. We also appreciated the complimentary champagne toast at dinner from the head chef, and the celebratory glutinous rice dish at breakfast. Everything was delicious—the kaiseki cuisine as well as the additional orders: crab, whelk, sweet shrimp, and uni sushi. It was a feast of wonderful flavors. The Onsen water had a silky texture, and I went to soak several times a day. Unfortunately it was cloudy when viewing from the open-air bath, but listening to the sound of the waves while soaking in water that left my skin so smooth was incredibly soothing. There were also four kinds of beer available after bathing, along with so many other complimentary services that I can’t list them all. Time flew by during our stay, and as we headed on to Hakodate next, we kept thinking that one night wasn’t enough. The tarako we had at breakfast was so delicious that we bought some to take home. It will be arriving soon by courier service, and I’m looking forward to enjoying it. Thank you very much.

Perhaps because it was the hot season, the Onsen was pleasantly uncrowded every time we went, which was wonderful! There were many types of baths, and we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. The Room felt a bit dated and small, but we only needed it for sleeping. The staff were kind, and when we left we even received a handwritten thank-you letter—it truly warmed our hearts. Thank you very much.

Our first trip to Nasu-Shiobara. We had been looking forward to our stay very much. There were four of us: my 90-year-old mother, my husband and I in our 60s, and our daughter in her 30s. Everyone agreed that the Room, baths, and meals were all extremely satisfying. Our Room had a private open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water, so my mother could soak many times with peace of mind. The spring quality was excellent as well—the hot water flowed continuously and left our skin feeling wonderfully smooth. The meals featured plenty of seasonal ingredients, were beautifully presented, and had gentle flavors—absolutely satisfying. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that our whole family agreed we definitely want to return during the autumn foliage season.

I stayed here with my wife and son. We went to see the April Grand Kabuki. It was very easy to get from Ginza to Toyosu Station by subway. There was also a Shuttle Service bus, which made it easy to reach the Hotel. There is an AEON nearby, so shopping was convenient as well. Breakfast was good too. I recommend it.

Very convenient location near Nagasaki Station. The Room was spacious with well-equipped amenities, and the staff were all very kind and attentive. However, there are two downsides: the water pressure in the bathroom is weak, making it difficult to wash, and the laundry is located on a floor with a smoking room, where the hallway has a strong smell of tobacco, which is unpleasant.

I stayed here while visiting my hometown. When I lived in Sasebo City, I only knew of it, so when I came back home I usually stayed near the station, but this time I had more time and decided to stay here. The view was amazing—it really moved me to think that I grew up in such a wonderful place. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back home!! The service was great, and the room was clean and satisfying.

This was my second stay, with the goal of simply enjoying a Hotel stay—something I love. This time I upgraded my Room and chose one with a terrace jacuzzi—and it was absolutely the right choice! The moment I walked in, I was blown away: high ceilings with an open atrium feel, curtains draped across wall-to-wall windows, a terrace larger than expected, and a generously sized jacuzzi. Even better, we enjoyed the jacuzzi with drinks—pure luxury. There was also a Bluetooth BOSE speaker, an AirDog air purifier, pajamas and bathrobes— every single amenity was excellent. The space was wide and stylish, and the beauty of the building from the outside carried through to the interior as well. I also fully enjoyed the lounge. Both the breakfast galette and every à la carte item were delicious—I stayed satisfied from start to finish. It was such a happy time! Done—I’ll definitely be back.

I can only describe it with simple words like wonderful smiles and warm hospitality, but the harmony of Thai and Kyoto culture near Kyoto Station was truly impressive. Not over the top or intrusive—just right, and exactly as expected. It made me want to come back again soon. The autumn-leaves sushi was exquisite.

The parking lot is right in front of the Hotel, and the Room was spacious enough. The staff were very welcoming, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

I stay here often when visiting Miyakojima. It’s especially convenient because it’s close to Miyako Airport, so I almost always choose it for my last night. Even though it’s in the Business Hotel price range, there’s a pool and you can still enjoy a true resort atmosphere. Since it’s new, both the Room and the facilities are very comfortable. If you have a car, there’s a large supermarket nearby, making shopping easy. It also feels equally close to all the main sightseeing spots, so I never find it inconvenient. Thank you to all the staff for accommodating my sudden request due to a flight cancellation. I will stay again.

This was our second stay. All the staff provided very courteous service. The meals were delicious, and the Onsen and the entire property were impeccably clean. The views from the restaurant and the top-floor guest room were truly wonderful. There is also a day-use Onsen within easy walking distance, so we were able to enjoy a variety of experiences. I arrived about an hour early and asked if you could store my luggage, but you prepared my Room right away—and even upgraded me since there was availability. The Room was clean, I could enjoy tea in the lobby, and I was able to relax in the bath with bath salts. All the staff were friendly and welcoming with great smiles—perfect service. It’s also close to the market, and Kenrokuen Garden is about a 20-minute walk away, making for a pleasant stroll. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much. I couldn’t book a Hotel in central Kyoto at the last minute, so I stayed at this Hotel in Kameoka that I had been interested in. Everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. During my Multiple Night Stay, I put up the card indicating that cleaning was not needed, but when I happened to meet the staff while they were cleaning other Rooms and hanging fresh towels on the doorknobs, they kindly and politely asked, “Would you like us to replenish drinks? Is there anything you’re missing?” I was truly happy—this is the first time I’ve stayed at a Hotel with such excellent staff service. The hot stone sauna and spa were very relaxing. Breakfast was simple with just the right selection, and I was impressed that the menu changed during my Multiple Night Stay. One note: since there is no elevator to access the hot stone sauna and spa, it may be a bit difficult for guests with disabilities.

The location, staff service, and thoughtful amenities were all excellent. They also upgraded our Room, which made the stay very comfortable. The 24-hour complimentary drinks at the front desk and the cloth hand towels were a nice touch. There were bath salts in the Room, and since I like soaking in the bath, it helped me relax and recover from fatigue. Among the Business Hotels I’ve stayed at, I think this was an overall very good Hotel.

We stayed for one night on July 4–5. This time, six of us (three couples in our 70s) stayed in three Rooms, each with a private open-air bath. To be honest, two of my friends’ husbands have never wanted to use large public baths on our past trips. So this time we splurged on Rooms with open-air baths—and those husbands were thrilled and apparently bathed many times. Everyone agreed it was excellent. The front desk staff were polite and clear, and the foreign staff member who assisted with meals spoke Japanese very well. We even had a bit of personal conversation, and they answered earnestly, making mealtime very enjoyable. Of course, the food itself was also outstanding: many small dishes and a wide variety of carefully prepared items—again, everyone was completely satisfied. At checkout we passed several housekeeping staff members, and every one of them greeted us properly, so we left feeling great. It was quiet, with only the sound of the nearby river; I almost fell asleep in the open-air bath. The price didn’t feel expensive at all. This turned into a long Review, but there’s no doubt we’ll want to come again.

At the IHG Hotel where I always stay, I can enjoy a comfortable stay every time and benefit from various services—thank you very much. During my stay it rained, and I was able to borrow an umbrella when going out. Thank you. The pillow and bed firmness were just right, and I slept soundly. Although it was a seasonally humid and uncomfortable day, the air conditioning worked very well. I received bath salts at check-in, which allowed me to enjoy a pleasantly scented bath—this was wonderful. With four elevators, there was no stress at all when going up or down. Water dispensers were installed on each floor. Instead of providing bottled water as before, this showed consideration for the environment. The breakfast venue was very spacious, with an excellent variety of food and drinks, all of which I enjoyed.

Although it was the rainy season and we were concerned about the weather, we had good weather and enjoyed a comfortable one-night stay thanks to the excellent hospitality throughout the property. The meals were also delicious, with well-crafted creative dishes. We felt this is a Ryokan we would like to visit again in a different season.
