We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people. My wife and I stayed here together. The Room was spacious and clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. Even after walking around sightseeing all day, we could unwind properly in the calm atmosphere, and we were very satisfied. What especially stood out was the complimentary lounge available to guests. Not only could we enjoy free draft Sapporo beer, but there were also light snacks provided—it was so well stocked that we couldn’t believe it was free. It really felt like Sapporo and greatly enhanced our stay. It was also very convenient that there was a place to store luggage such as suitcases. We could sightsee hands-free even after checkout, so we were able to enjoy the city of Sapporo right up until it was time to leave. On the other hand, the only disappointing point was the showerhead. The water pressure in normal mode was too low and a bit difficult to use, but when switched to massage mode it became too strong, so there wasn’t a comfortable setting in between. If it were up to me, I would replace the showerhead without hesitation. For example, switching to something like the “SANEI Ultra Fine Bubble Shower Head mitos,” which can be purchased for around 10,000 yen, might significantly improve guest satisfaction. That said, aside from the shower everything else exceeded expectations. The complimentary lounge and luggage storage are thoughtful services that guests truly appreciate. My wife and I had a very comfortable stay, and it was also an excellent base for exploring Sapporo. I hope the showerhead will be improved, but even so, I would like to stay here again next time I visit Sapporo.

Above all, the location is excellent. The Red Brick Warehouses are just nearby. You can walk to the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway station, and it’s also a quick taxi ride. There is Ramen Ajisai right in front of the entrance. The bath was clean, and the hair dryers included Panasonic and Dyson. We were also able to try out different shampoo and conditioner. After the bath, there were probiotic drinks and ice pops. We enjoyed salmon roe at breakfast and were very satisfied. My husband especially enjoyed the desserts. We’d love to stay again.

This property is in an ideal location for early-morning visits to Izumo Taisha Shrine. There’s also a FamilyMart convenience store very close by, which was extremely handy. During our stay, we enjoyed five types of private open-air baths, and felt refreshed both mentally and physically. The rabbit gaufrettes provided in the Room were perfect as travel souvenirs, and we also discovered the appeal of Izumo Winery. My first trip to Izumo left a strong impression with its lush green rural scenery—it was a truly mystical town with many different birds flying about. There are still so many places in Shimane I’d like to visit, so I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was our first family trip since losing our beloved dog, and we traveled with my elderly parents who have difficulty walking. I thought it might feel a bit sad, but everyone was so kind and had such wonderful smiles that it became a truly enjoyable trip! Our dog’s name was also Fuji, so it felt like we were meant to be here. My parents were also happy that, thanks to the walking support cart, they could choose their own dishes at the buffet. Every dish was amazing—beautifully presented and delicious. The meat was tender as well, and everyone loved it. We also enjoyed the water bar, the old-fashioned game arcade, and the souvenir shop! The bath was spacious and great, but there weren’t many handrails, so my mother seemed a little uneasy. Still, it felt wonderful. The Room was of course clean and very comfortable. We went to the pool area to take photos, and I thought it was a pleasant place for a walk. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The moment we entered the Hotel, it smelled wonderful. Although the Hotel is located in the city, the grounds were quiet. We could see squirrels and woodpeckers visiting the trees in the courtyard, which made our children very happy. Breakfast was great—the salad dressing was especially delicious. The Western-style set came with several kinds of bread, and we appreciated that paper bags were provided so we could take any leftovers with us.

This is our regular Accommodation, and we always appreciate your hospitality. It’s not too far to walk from Nagoya Station, and with an Onsen as well, it’s a quiet place where we can relax and rest comfortably. Don Quijote is right in front, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast is especially delicious, and it’s a Hotel we would love to stay at again!

We stayed here for our family summer vacation trip. The red flower chairs in the lobby were memorable, and although it is an older Hotel, you can tell it is kept very clean and well maintained. The room was bright and very spacious, and the walk-in closet with a desk was extremely convenient. The mint-green bathroom vanity really lifted my mood. The twin-room beds were 150 cm wide, so we could comfortably do Child Sharing Existing Bedding with our child. I had hoped to enjoy a bath in the view bath while watching the sunrise, but the only downside was that the weather was so good that the morning sun was too strong to open the screen. The staff were kind and calm, and we were able to enjoy a relaxing summer vacation. As expected, Okura Nikko is a reliable Hotel that never disappoints.

I have stayed with the Hotel Mets brand several times, but this was my first time in Omori. Thanks to your efforts to accommodate my Room assignment request as much as possible before check-in, I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff also kindly supported me during the check-in process, so everything went smoothly without any major issues. The Room cleanliness and Facilities were what I have come to expect from Mets, and overall I was satisfied. In particular, I needed to use the internet in my Room for an online interview this time, and it worked without any problems. However, I felt the carpet design in the guest Room was a bit busy, and I would have preferred calmer colors and a simpler design. For foreign tourists like me, the Omori area feels a little far out, but since I was satisfied overall, I would consider staying here first if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

I visited Yokohama for a concert, and the service was excellent. Free drinks are available 24 hours a day. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and I could use it until 1:00 a.m. There were Dyson and Tifal hair dryers, so my hair dried quickly. The amenities included the N series, which I was happy about. The Room had been renovated and was clean and spacious, so I felt it was great value and I was very satisfied. If I have another chance to go to Yokohama, I would like to stay again.

This was my first stay, and both the Hotel’s location and the surrounding area were great—I really felt I made the right choice choosing this Hotel (lol). The atmosphere of the Hotel was also amazing!

The lounge was outstanding. Everything was perfect—afternoon tea, cocktail hour, breakfast, the view, and the service. Thanks to the delicious morning coffee and omelet, and the lounge staff’s warm smiles, I started the day feeling energized. I will definitely return again next time.

We stayed for one night and two days with a couple of friends from Tokyo. We were a bit worried with three 2-year-olds, but it was fine. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we arrived before noon and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. There was also an indoor play area, and we enjoyed mango parfaits at the elephant tortoise café in front of the Onsen! Kaiseki dinner at night and a buffet breakfast in the morning—such a wonderful two days! It’s definitely on our list of Accommodations we want to visit again!

Although we traveled during extreme heat, the moment we stepped into the Hotel amid the bustle of Arashiyama, it felt like a different world, welcomed by a white garden. We arrived early, but they kindly showed us to our Room since it was already prepared, which made us very happy. The Room was stylish and comfortable. The view from the balcony and the sound of water were soothing, and we had a wonderful time. For dinner, we enjoyed tapas and pasta while watching Togetsukyo Bridge at dusk—beautifully presented and delicious. It’s a Hotel I’d love to visit again in another season. This trip also celebrated my daughter, and thank you for preparing flowers in our Room for her. It became a memorable trip.

The bath and the Room are old, but they were kept very clean. This time we only had breakfast, and it was very delicious. Maybe the restaurant has been renovated? It was new, clean, bright, and very pleasant. Not only was the food great, but the staff were truly polite and attentive—I was really impressed. In particular, the senior veteran staff member was wonderful. I couldn’t thank them in person, but I hope this Review reaches them. I’d love to visit again!

As soon as we parked, a staff member came over and guided us smoothly to the front desk. The guidance to our Room and the explanation inside were easy to understand. The Room was spacious and clean, and we were very satisfied with the private open-air bath. Both breakfast and dinner were extremely luxurious, with so much food it was hard to finish, but the gentle seasoning made it easy to enjoy. When we left, all the staff at the front desk saw us off together. I loved the food, the Room, and the staff. I would love to stay again.

We stayed on a Plan with breakfast included. There were children’s toys, and the dog characters seemed fun for our child to look at. It’s very close to the outlet mall, and the view from the breakfast venue was wonderful with the ocean in sight. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

The expansive Roku in Takagamine, Kitayama, Kyoto is wonderfully quiet. In the summer of 2026, we decided to stay for three nights with my son’s family. My granddaughter loves the pool. What I was curious about was dinner. Since this spring, the chef and menu have changed. We left it to the chef, and truly enjoyed the rich flavors that come from thickness and texture—scallops, duck, sirloin, striped jack, pork confit, and more. The Kyoto vegetable sides were simple yet bold. We ordered signature cocktails. I chose “La Vie en Rose” just by its name—wondering what it would be like—and it surprised me in the best way. The other three of us each picked different ones as well, and we had a great time enjoying their vibrant colors and flavors. It will probably become one of our most unforgettable dinner memories of 2026. In the thermal pool, my grandchild happened to make a friend, and their dads joined in too—playing along like turtles giving rides to two kids with lots of enthusiasm. As for me, I exercised with backstroke while looking up at the sky and did some water walking. By the way, did you know that from the bath in your Room you can enjoy both the TV and views of Takagamine’s trees at the same time? The TV in the photo was showing a Major League Baseball game.

The breakfast buffet was a big hit with my family! The bath was also wonderful. On our way home, I realized at Gamagori Station that I had left my wallet on a sofa on the first-floor lobby of the Hotel, and I panicked and called. A kind guest turned it in to the front desk, and a staff member even brought it to the station. I’m truly sorry for the trouble, but your kindness saved our trip. We will definitely stay again next time. Thank you very much.

For this price, it’s wonderful to be able to stay right in front of Kita-Senju Station. The happy hour was also great. The loan umbrellas were very helpful when it suddenly rained. I will stay again.
