Great value for money, and everything is kept very clean. The bed is clean as well, with no odors. There were no noticeable smells in the unit bath or towels either. The bathtub and toilet aren’t especially spacious, so I’d rate it 4 stars, but there were absolutely no issues. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a 32-inch TV in the Room. The front desk staff are very kind. They also offer a welcome drink, which is available until midnight—excellent. I stayed here for the Fuefuki City fireworks festival; it’s about a 20-minute walk, so I plan to stay again next year.

The food was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed a wonderful view of Lake Hamana, and were able to relax and have a peaceful stay. Thank you very much.

The library was very clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious, but there was only one coffee machine and it took time, so there was always a line—I hope this can be improved. There were no cotton swabs in the amenities, so I had to buy some at a nearby drugstore, but they were available at the front desk. There was no explanation about this, which was disappointing. The Room was quiet and clean, which was great.

I saw in a Review that the breakfast was delicious. Since it’s good value, I can’t complain too much, but it tasted average and there weren’t many items. Guests kept coming and going, but although there were many staff in the kitchen, no one was on the floor, so the tables were not wiped after use. Salad vegetables that guests had likely spilled were left there and not cleaned up. Overall, the Room was clean and the amenities were well stocked. I felt the complimentary coffee near the front desk was bitter and not very good. I arrived before check-in, but they said my Room was ready, so I could get in early, which I appreciated.

Because I rarely have the chance to travel with family or close friends, I usually travel alone. Soaking in the Onsen helps me clear my mind. Enjoying delicious food is a true happiness. What’s more, Shin Tsuta brings me peace, so I return again and again. This is very important to me. The sense of calm and fulfillment I feel is thanks to the warmth and character of each and every member of your staff. That calm and fulfillment also makes me feel as if it restores my purity. When I get home, I already want to go back to Shin Tsuta—like when I was young, after seeing my sweetheart and returning to the dormitory, I immediately wanted to see them again.

My mother stayed with you on this occasion with three friends. She told me that everything—the Room, the Onsen, and the meals—was outstanding. To celebrate her 77th birthday, you prepared a purple hood and vest for photos and also provided celebratory red rice buns, which made for wonderful memories, and she is truly grateful. Although the three of them travel to many places, they were deeply impressed by your exceptional hospitality. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff at breakfast were all friendly and welcoming, and we had a very pleasant stay. The Room was compact but spotless, and my family was delighted that the artificial Onsen left their skin feeling smooth. We also appreciated the thoughtful services such as coffee, ice pops after bathing, and body wipes to help with the heat. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I was truly impressed by the silky, rich quality of the Onsen water. It felt so pleasant that I wanted to keep touching my skin in the bath forever—it's rare to find water like this. After arriving, I crossed the bridge and went for a walk; the sound of cicadas was wonderful, and I ended up walking for about an hour. You can also go down to the river, which is another highly recommended spot. The meals were very generous, and I regret that I couldn’t finish everything. I’d be happy if there were an option for a smaller portion with a higher-quality course menu. The sweetfish and bonito were delicious as well. Thank you very much.

The Room was clean, the Onsen was excellent, and we were satisfied with the meals. We would like to stay again. If improvements are possible, it would be helpful to have two Room keys. Also, we would appreciate it if card payments were accepted instead of cash.

I stayed here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. The Room and the in-room bath were very clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious no matter what we tried, and we were truly impressed. All of the staff were kind, and greeted us every time we saw them, so even though it was just a one-night stay, we felt very comfortable throughout. If we have the opportunity, I sincerely hope to stay here again. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful experience.

This is a sophisticated Accommodation for adults. We requested the special course meal, and it was so satisfying that it may have been the best food we’ve had among all the Accommodations we’ve stayed at! The staff’s service was also polite and excellent. Relax while enjoying views of the sea on the Oga Peninsula. Late-night snacks are hardly available, so if you tend to get hungry, it’s best to buy something and bring it with you.

We stayed on the Family Plan. Above all, every staff member—including the front desk, the morning buffet team, and the housekeeping staff—was courteous and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. If we have the opportunity to visit Ogaki again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay, and since the Accommodation is on a hill, the views were wonderful. The large public bath was spacious enough to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. I was also happy that each guest was provided with two thick face towels and two thick bath towels. I only had breakfast, but there was a good variety and it was delicious. The Shuttle Service bus schedule and the fact that no Reservation was required made it very convenient overall. Considering the value for money, this is an excellent Accommodation that I would like to visit again.

The front desk staff always greet me with a smile, which I really appreciate. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, there is a service where you can enjoy one free drink (alcohol or soft drinks) from the selection in the first-floor dining area, and it’s especially helpful for me since I don’t go out for dinner and can enjoy wine and more. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and I end up eating too much—but it’s something I look forward to, so I’ve already made my next Reservation because I want to stay again. This is my favorite Hotel.

It was our first time visiting Oigami Onsen, and the three of us stayed here with my elderly mother. This Accommodation is the only one set on such spacious grounds, and it was obvious at a glance how different it is from the others. Dinner was thoughtfully prepared, and the Joshu beef steak in particular was tender and delicious. The only slight disappointment was that the souvenir shop inside didn’t have much variety, so there wasn’t anything I wanted to buy. I would have appreciated a wider selection of food items. I also became curious about Senkyo’s history and ended up looking it up. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Heartwarming, attentive hospitality. The building is old, but the bath is very clean and uniquely designed. A nostalgic Room full of charm. The food could be improved a bit to make it perfect, but the price is reasonable and I’d like to visit again.

My wife and I stayed for one night. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. Everyone, starting with the front desk staff, greeted us warmly, and it left a strong impression that they even saw us off as we were leaving. We will definitely stay again when we visit Dogo.

We stayed as a family gathering with relatives, including five preschool children. The entire Accommodation (lobby, Room, etc.) was kept very clean, so our stay was comfortable. Since the children were constantly full of energy, we requested a private dining room for meals. You provided a very spacious room, and the food was refined and delicious, using local ingredients. Everyone’s hospitality was wonderful and welcoming, and we would like to stay here again for our next family gathering. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care in many ways.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights. There are two entrances, one on the ground floor and one on the basement level; the basement is connected to JR Sapporo Station and Sapporo Subway Station via an underground walkway, so you don’t have to worry even on rainy days. The Room was clean, with a great view of Sapporo Station right in front of the window. There is also a large public bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Sapporo.
