The Facility is simple but well-equipped. The electric kettle was particularly useful. The owner's attentive service was greatly appreciated.

The Room had the unique charm of a traditional Japanese house, and we were able to stay comfortably. For breakfast, it’s a short walk, but we recommend eating at the dining venue with a great view! The open scenery is very relaxing. The staff were also very courteous, and we had a wonderful time.

Recommended for guests who want to fully enjoy skiing. The paid First Track option before regular operating hours is well worth it. You can also take a bath after check-out, and there are four washing machines available free of charge, which is very helpful for longer stays. The Room is small, but if you think of it as a ski training camp, it’s comfortable.

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. We stayed here for our summer family trip to visit Aquas! The Room and Facility were clean, stylish, and relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we also appreciated the free drinks! The kids enjoyed the pool and fireworks, and at night we even saw shooting stars. We made wonderful memories!

I had a comfortable stay as always.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!

The Room was clean. The large public bath was well stocked, from cleansing oil to skincare products. The complimentary ice cream after the bath was refreshing and soothing, and the late-night soba service was perfect as a light dinner. I didn’t expect much since it’s free, but it had a rich broth flavor and was delicious. Breakfast also offered a variety of dishes in small bowls, and everything was tasty—from Japanese dishes I don’t usually get to eat, simmered items, plump fried shrimp, and even dessert. I stayed in the height of summer, and wind chimes were hung in the large public bath area, which felt charming and relaxing. I was a bit confused when a staff member suddenly spoke to me in English at the restaurant—I think I clearly look Japanese. Since I don’t know typical Business Hotel rates, I made the Reservation thinking it felt expensive; but with the large public bath, sauna, and various services included, maybe this price is reasonable—I’m not sure.

Stayed for a night before using the Naha Port ferry. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Asahibashi Station, but only a 5-minute walk to the port, making it very convenient. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the room was clean, and with a rental car, it’s also an excellent choice for regular stays. Nearby parking lots were cheaper than the hotel parking.

There are few Accommodations in Yokosuka City, and places near the station are often fully booked, so I always stay at this Hotel. It isn’t modern, but it’s well cleaned and perfectly fine for a business stay. However, the price could perhaps be a little lower.

The building is new and very clean, with excellent housekeeping that made for a pleasant stay. The customer service was also great.

During my previous stay, I don't think there was a breakfast service, but I was able to enjoy breakfast at the café two doors down from the accommodation, which was great. It was light but sufficient for women to feel satisfied. The room also had all the necessary amenities. However, for the upcoming season, I would appreciate having a humidifying air purifier available. The location is very convenient as it is close to JR Ueno Station.

Due to a change to our Reservation Room at the Accommodation Hotel, we were upgraded from the Moderato Reservation to the Grand Suite, and my girlfriend who stayed with me was absolutely delighted. The Room was spacious and came with a stone sauna, and the bath was also large—everything exceeded our expectations. We were able to spend a truly memorable and happy time together. When we stay in Kawagoe again, this is the Hotel we would love to book.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The Room and bathtub were both spacious, and I was able to relax a lot. It was very convenient since the adjacent shopping center has most of what you need. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. It would have been even better if tea had been available instead of water, and if there had been dessert. Breakfast was also good.

I stayed for a week while visiting family. Hotel prices have risen significantly compared to before, and since I was mostly just sleeping there each day, I made a Reservation for a small Room. At check-in, it seemed like an upgrade—there were enough beds for everyone, and I was able to stay very comfortably. The guest Room was clean, and all the staff were kind. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you very much.

Just a short walk from the station, with a convenience store right in front, in an easy-to-find location. The Room was compact but very clean and comfortable. Since payment is made in advance, checkout was easy. In terms of value for money, I’d rate it 4. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my second stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Hakodate Station. I booked the No Meals Included Plan. The Room was very clean. It was also helpful to have charging cables (USB Type-A, USB Type-C, and a Lightning cable) and even an extension cord in the Room. JR Hakodate Station and the Hakodate Station streetcar stop are both within a 10-minute walk. Nearby, there’s a FamilyMart and MaxValu, as well as plenty of dining options (izakaya, ramen shops, etc.), so even with the No Meals Included Plan you can feel at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Hakodate!

The 200g portion of Okuizumo Wagyu—crowned Japan’s best—was absolutely delicious.

There is a spacious parking area near the Hotel, so you can park with peace of mind. It’s convenient that you don’t have to use distant or paid parking. I used the breakfast buffet, and it was good.
