Thank you for taking care of us for four days. It’s close to the station, but if you’re taking the train to Tokyo Station, you have to walk a bit, so it’s a little complicated. The Hotel itself was good. Not only is the atmosphere great, but the service is also good, and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay again someday.

A very convenient Hotel in the city center. It also has parking, and we were able to park for free. It was affordable, and since there were three of us we chose a suite; it was larger than a certain famous Hotel, with a sparkling marble luxury living room, kitchen—everything was spacious and very comfortable. There was even a bath on the balcony!! If you try hard enough, you can even see the ocean lol So luxurious that you’ll wonder, “At this price?” Having a gas dryer in the Room was the best! Breakfast is a complimentary service breakfast so the portions are modest, but the warm, large rice balls were really delicious! The Accommodation staff were also kind and welcoming, and we made great memories. Thank you very much!

The Facility is new, and I had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were kind, and the calm atmosphere was truly relaxing... The complimentary snacks in the refrigerator also helped soothe my fatigue from the extreme heat... I stayed on a Friday, and the bath was almost private, so I could relax and fully enjoy it. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. It was my first time staying at Dormy Inn, but I’d like to try other locations as well. Also, you should definitely add breakfast! The quality was beyond what you’d expect from a Business Hotel. Everything was carefully prepared and delicious. I’d love to stay again.

I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and amenities. I was assigned to the ladies-only floor, and since it was on the second floor, it was convenient to go outside. I would like to stay here again if I visit Tachikawa in the future.

A Hotel that is never flashy, yet conveys exceptional quality and refined elegance. The rooms are spacious, and the chairs and beds are extremely comfortable. Instead of a card key, the traditional heavy brass key is actually a nice touch. Amenities are also high-end, including Nespresso and L’OCCITANE. It has a dignified presence unlike design-focused city hotels. I was impressed—it truly lives up to its reputation as a Hotel patronized by the Imperial Household.

I made a Reservation just two days in advance, and the property was very clean with a calm atmosphere, so I had a comfortable stay. Since it was a one-night stay with No Meals Included, I didn’t use anything other than the Room. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but they greeted me politely when I went out, and their bright, friendly manner was very pleasant. The Room was spotless and well stocked with amenities, and I was able to relax quietly. The area is rural and there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but there are small shops, an Onsen Facility, and restaurants just a short walk away, so even with children we were able to enjoy ourselves 충분に楽しむことができました。 I also got to enjoy Saga’s beautiful nature and cherry blossoms. With great weather as well, it turned into a wonderful trip.

I made a Reservation to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday! From check-in, we were welcomed with delicious tea and sweets, and the process was smooth and pleasant. Dinner was excellent—everything from the sashimi to the steamed vegetables was delicious. Since we both love alcohol, the all-you-can-drink selection with so many options was amazing! Breakfast was also healthy and tasty, and it was such a great Accommodation that it made us want to stay one more night. My girlfriend was very happy! Thank you so much.

There were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so the location was great. The parking lot was spacious, and the Room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were well stocked, and I was satisfied. The best part was the breakfast. Starting with fresh salads, there was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was very delicious.

The parking lot is spacious, so there's no need to worry about parking even if you check in late. The Room and Facility were excellent, allowing for a comfortable stay. I would love to use this place again if I have the chance.

The room was spotless and well prepared, and the staff’s greetings when welcoming us and seeing us off left a great impression. I was surprised by the level of service provided at this price. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of downtown areas such as Kawaramachi, with easy access to Kyoto Station. We visited by car this time, and there are many parking lots nearby, making it convenient for drivers as well. I think this Accommodation offers excellent value in terms of price, service, and location. I would like to stay again.

I always spend the summer in Hokkaido, and this time I visited Niseko again after a long time. Niseko seems to have changed quite a bit recently, and I chose this place because I wanted to see what it’s like now while also sensing an atmosphere somewhat like Karuizawa. The Hotel Room had a spacious layout that I really loved, and the Onsen was amazing—open 24 hours with free-flowing natural spring water. Dinner, one of the true highlights of traveling, was also outstanding. It was my first time having a chef prepare and serve each dish fresh right in front of me, and I truly enjoyed such a luxurious meal. The service was attentive down to the smallest details, and I was deeply impressed. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

While the Facility shows its age, the view from the window and the wonderful hospitality of the staff more than make up for it. Even though it was a busy season, we were able to truly relax. Thank you very much.

The Facility and Room were stylish, impeccably clean, and incredibly relaxing. The tea and snacks prepared at check-in were also chic and instantly lifted my mood. All the in-room amenities, as well as the sweets, coffee, and other refreshments provided, felt carefully selected. Dinner was far better than I had imagined—delicious, of course, and beautifully presented for the eyes as well. I requested a mixed pairing of sake and wine, which turned out to be exactly right; even though my appetite had been down from summer fatigue, both the drinks and the food went down easily. I also heard that even the seasonings are handmade, and my overall satisfaction was higher than at an auberge—maybe it is an auberge? The garden view was lovely too; with wonderful food and drinks plus attentive service, it became an unforgettable night. All of the staff were courteous yet friendly—I’d love to see them again. I’d like to visit again in a different season.

This was my first time staying at Mets. It was easy to access via Shinagawa, and on the way back I stopped by Gotanda, so transferring to the Tokyu Line was also convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western set meals, so you can enjoy whatever suits your mood.

The meals were absolutely delicious. They had a strong local character, and we were very satisfied with the beautifully presented dishes that made the most of the ingredients. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious with wonderful water, and the Room was clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, because we stayed on a day with bad weather, we couldn’t see a sky full of stars, so this is an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again.

Because the property is operated by a small team, there were a few minor things I noticed, but the meals were delicious and served in just the right portions, and I was able to enjoy the bath to my satisfaction with a Reservation. I’d love to come back in autumn to see the fall foliage.

I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

This trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She requested to see the Onsen she had visited with my late father during their honeymoon, and also the snow monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park. We chose this Accommodation because Reviews repeatedly mentioned the private family bath and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. True to the Reviews, it was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. The warm glow of washi paper lamps displayed throughout was beautiful, and we could feel the proprietress’s thoughtful care in every detail. And the food—absolutely delicious! Dinner just kept coming (laugh). Every dish was freshly made and served hot. The best of all was the kake soba hand-made by the chef that very morning. I love soba and visit many places, but I’m sorry—this was truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast also made us happy with piping-hot dashimaki tamago. The highlight of breakfast was the miso soup—I wanted to take home the whole pot. As we’ve gotten older, we choose our trips carefully based on both meals and Accommodation quality, and this place offered outstanding value for money. More than anything, we made unforgettable memories here. On our way out, I bought one of the lamps that were on display at the Accommodation as a gift for my mother. Thanks to you, it became the best birthday present possible. We’ll come again in winter—and again for her birthday next year too. Thanks to the warm and courteous service, I felt at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient if you are traveling by car. For guests arriving by train, a Shuttle Service was also available to Shimoda Station. Because I have many food allergies, I chose a Plan without meals. However, the Accommodation staff kindly recommended local restaurants, and we were fortunate to get a Reservation. I was able to enjoy an outstanding simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which was absolutely delicious. The young international staff were wonderful as well—their smiles were lovely, their Japanese was excellent, and they worked with great dedication. As someone who can only speak Japanese comfortably, I truly respect them. The bath was also fantastic: the Izu stone in the indoor bath glowed a beautiful blue, and its soft texture felt very pleasant on the skin. The night view of Shimoda Port and the sunset outside the window were stunning. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.
