The Room also has a private Onsen bath, and there are four private baths as well—an impressive level of facilities for a pension. The meals offered many dishes, were beautifully colorful, and were very satisfying. We felt thoughtful attention to detail throughout. This is an Accommodation we’d like to return to. We requested an after-bath beer at check-in; we probably should have put it in the refrigerator. It would have been nice to have local craft beer, and we only realized later that we could exchange the in-house wear size, so we rated it 4—but overall it’s basically all 5s. We could also see Lake Inawashiro from the Room.

I stayed at Ne no Hana at Otoiroka no Toki once a long time ago, and because all Rooms are separate villas with spacious, relaxing interiors, I chose to stay again after a round of golf. I was very satisfied with the thoughtful service from the staff. The meals were also excellent, and it was great that additional dishes could be ordered separately. Above all, the head chef personally came to greet us and brought homemade pickles—I enjoyed them so much that I asked for seconds three times. The way the natural flavors of the ingredients were highlighted while still being refined deserves high praise. This Accommodation is highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend quiet, private time. At check-out we were seen off, and it was my first time ever to be personally seen off by the head chef as well. His smile was wonderful and made me want to come back again without hesitation. Since I’m a big foodie, I tend to rate an Accommodation based on its meals; from the very first dish I felt confident it would be great—and in fact I returned to my Room completely full and satisfied. I hope to stop by again around early autumn. Thank you very much for everything.

I was impressed by the staff’s drive to improve. I was especially amazed by the chef’s thorough attention to detail—even down to the choice of serving dishes. I was also struck by the president’s wonderful spirit when I previously stayed at Takinami, and it’s simply incredible that an even more upgraded Accommodation has been created. The stairs were a bit challenging, but the bath was one floor up and became a private family bath after dinner, so the three of us, including my daughter, had a wonderful time. Every dish was delicious, including the proprietress’s homemade desserts and pickled plums—this is an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay at Route Inn Hotel. The Room and Facility were clean, and it even had a large public bath, which I wasn’t expecting. Breakfast was also included and delicious, so I was very satisfied with my stay. I’d be happy to use it again on future trips!

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff. We stayed with three family members and one dog, and it became an unforgettable trip. The meals, the Onsen, the Room, and even the view from the Room were all so wonderful that we were truly moved. The dog run was also very clean and well maintained; the grass was surprisingly soft and fluffy, and our dog looked so happy running around. There were also plenty of cosplay items for dogs available, so we were able to take lots of adorable photos. Thoughtful attention could be felt throughout the building, and there was nothing we lacked during our stay. At the “Wanwan Cafe,” we were able to interact with other guests as well, which became a great memory. Above all, I was delighted that every staff member truly loves dogs and treated our dog in such a friendly way. This is a wonderful Accommodation that genuinely made us think, “We want to come back.” I can confidently recommend it to anyone considering traveling with their dog. Thank you very much.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. In particular, the scallops—grilled on the spot using fresh seafood—were outstanding. Also, thank you for storing our luggage even after checkout, which allowed us to explore Hiroshima hands-free right up until we left.

I was extremely satisfied with everything, including the Hotel’s cleanliness, service, and baths. Just as the Reviews said, drinks and nuts are truly available to enjoy freely. What’s more, they are high-quality drinks and nuts. Breakfast is also of excellent quality. I also thought it was wonderful that containers are provided so you can take items back to your Room; however, since there are plenty of containers available, some guests may end up using more than necessary, so it might be worth adding a small limit on how they are used. Other than that, I think it’s perfect. I will definitely stay again.

I was scheduled to arrive an hour before check-in, so I asked to leave my luggage, but they let me check in on the spot, saying my Room was already ready. They also told me they had arranged a ladies’ room for me. When I entered the Room, there was a slightly larger bed next to a large three-seat sofa; the mirror was a tri-fold vanity mirror, and the bathroom was more than spacious enough. The refrigerator was already chilled, which surprised me and I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness. Amenities were set up along the wall opposite the front desk, and you take what you need—again, an excellent selection.\nThe next morning’s breakfast was a Japanese/Western buffet at the 1F café. When I went to get salad, a male staff member who happened to be replenishing the vegetables kindly plated my salad beautifully for me. As I was leaving, I noticed that plastic umbrellas were available at the entrance for guests to borrow when it rains.\nEverything was attentive and generous—I can’t help but want to stay at this Hotel again next time. We stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay in early August for a family trip. The welcome cruise we had been looking forward to felt like a private charter, perhaps because it was late, and the sightseeing cruise inside Huis Ten Bosch exceeded our expectations. The Hotel is stunning—not only from the outside, but also with an incredibly elaborate interior that feels overwhelmingly luxurious. After walking down seemingly endless wide corridors, we were shown to our Room, which had a spiral staircase; the upstairs bedroom area was charming and was a big hit with our two daughters. For dinner on the first night, we made a Reservation at one of the Hotel restaurants and enjoyed a delicious meal while listening to live music. Breakfast requires some caution as the buffet can get crowded, but everything—including shabu-shabu—was excellent. The only drawback is that the Onsen is located some distance away, though that can’t really be helped. The Hotel staff were very polished and left us with a great impression. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. Thank you for such an exceptional experience.

We were able to fully enjoy the Onsen in the annex and relax with a leisurely dinner of creative Japanese cuisine. The amenities were well stocked, and there were also activities such as a kids’ playroom, fireworks, and stargazing, making it a family-friendly Accommodation. It would be even better if there were a private dog run.

We stayed with an infant and a young child, and had a very comfortable stay. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and every staff member was extremely kind and hospitable, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The meals were well prepared and thoughtfully presented. Since we have children, we are careful about ingredients and additives, but we were able to enjoy everything with peace of mind right through to the final dessert. It was also convenient that the bus stop for the Komagatake Ropeway Station is right in front of the Accommodation. For families with small children, this Accommodation has it all—the spacious Room, the warm support from the staff, reassuring meals, and a convenient location—making it very easy to stay here. We would definitely like to return.

We stayed in a twin room. The Hotel is connected to Shin-Sapporo Station by an indoor passageway, so you can get there without going outside—about a 5-minute walk. There are also stylish restaurants along the way, making it easy to eat and return to the Hotel right away. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing. Free drinks were available, and the price was affordable, so we were very satisfied.

This was my first stay, and I was highly satisfied with everything. It’s right near the station, so even in the rain it was no problem. On the way back, I used the Shuttle Service bus to Kyoto Station. The Room and the large public bath were clean and easy to use. Breakfast is a satisfying level for a Business Hotel. Both Japanese and Western options are served buffet-style; there aren’t a huge number of items, but it was more than enough. There’s also a convenience store nearby. I usually stay around Shijo Street, but this time I chose based on being close to the station, and it felt like the better choice.

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday trip. We made a Reservation with the birthday Plan, and everything—the cake, dinner, Room decorations, and bouquet—was wonderful and made the trip truly special. We would love to stay again when we visit Ehime. Thank you very much.

We stayed here on a family trip with friends and kids! With so many play areas, a hot stone spa, breakfast and dinner buffets, late-night snacks, afternoon tea, karaoke, and a wide selection of amenities to choose from, every service was excellent and delicious. The staff were all very kind as well—this was one of the most satisfying trips we’ve ever had! We made the most of it from 12:00 to 14:00 the next day, but we still wished we could stay one more night. We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

This was my third stay, and each time the staff have been pleasant, and everything throughout the property—including the Room—has been clean, making for a very comfortable stay. There is an apartment building under construction right in front, so the view has become more obstructed each time I visit, but my stay was so comfortable that it didn’t bother me. This time I chose a No Meals Included Plan without breakfast, and it wasn’t inconvenient at all. When I visit Kawagoe again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

My third stay. For me, Ace Hotel Kyoto has become a destination in itself. In addition to the unbeatable convenience of being directly connected to Karasuma Oike Station, I’m always impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful attention to every detail, and the remarkable quiet of the Room—so peaceful you don’t hear a single sound. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to stay forever. To all the staff, thank you as always for your heartfelt hospitality. I’ll be back again on my next trip to Kyoto.

This was my second stay since staying at the end of June. On this trip I spent 6 nights in Nagoya—2 nights at other capsule hotels, 2 nights at Anshin Oyado, and 2 nights at a city hotel—but Anshin Oyado was still the best. The Facility is great, but I’m especially impressed by the staff’s hard work and attentiveness. The shared toilets, baths, and washbasins are kept spotless at all times—I honestly wonder how many times a day they make the rounds to clean. In terms of private space size, it can’t compete with a city hotel, of course, but I’m always amazed by how well-equipped the shared areas are. It’s such a wonderful Accommodation that I want to tell everyone about it—but I also want to keep it secret because I don’t want it to get too crowded.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 77th birthday. All the staff were incredibly kind, and the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was delicious, and our whole family had a wonderful time. We’re truly glad we chose this place. Thank you for such a lovely memory!
