I discovered an accommodation with a vibe I absolutely love while researching after hearing about someone's camping trip! It looks like a Bali resort, just as shown in the photos. Despite the unfortunate weather, the campfire was no problem. The private space was amazing and very satisfying. Highly recommended!!! (I’d love to visit again on a sunny summer day!) For those considering this place, here’s some information about the facilities: - A marshmallow set is available in the fridge, but there are no sticks for roasting them over the campfire. Bringing your own might be helpful if you plan to roast marshmallows. - Pink and black rock salt are provided along with graters. Black pepper is also available in a mill form. - There are six plates around 20cm in size and two plates approximately 28cm in size. - An 80cm wooden plate is available, which is convenient for serving meals if you prepare your own food. - About eight bottles of mineral water (500ml each) and one bag of ice are provided (the fridge has a freezer compartment). - The outdoor kitchen only has running water (no hot water). - It can get quite dark at night when working in the kitchen area, and it may feel cold at night too (two blankets are available in one of the room drawers). - Balancing hot and cold water can be tricky (especially for showers and sinks), so I’d rate it four stars because of this issue. - Starting a fire for the campfire is relatively easy! - The pool contains regular water, so it’s likely only usable during summer months. - The Bluetooth speaker by B&O adds an elegant touch. - There are stairs from the parking lot to reach your tent.

The building, interior design, amenities, hinoki wood bath, lighting, and even the washer-dryer were all understated yet high in design and quality, allowing us to have a truly wonderful time. Located in Miyagawa-cho, it is an extremely convenient spot for walking, sightseeing, and shopping while being in a very quiet location where we could enjoy a relaxed Kyoto stay as if living there. My husband and our two 15-year-old sons all unanimously said from the moment we arrived until departure that they would love to live here. The handmade bagels, scones, and cookies at the lovely café on the first floor were absolutely delicious and brought joy to my sons. The manager was incredibly thoughtful yet laid-back; they introduced us to Kyoto's craft beers and dining spots while also engaging in delightful conversations with us. We are deeply grateful for their hospitality. We would definitely like to stay here again during our next visit to Kyoto!

This is my second time using it. It's clean, well-located, spacious, and excellent. The staff were kind, courteous, and very good!

I heard from an acquaintance that this is the best game meat Stays in Shikoku, and I was looking forward to visiting. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and even my usually light-eating companion had seconds. The experience of eating duck hot pot by the hearth and having freshly laid eggs for breakfast was something you can't easily find at other Stays, and I was truly satisfied with the price, wondering if it was really okay to stay at such a price!

We stayed during the three-day weekend in February. We were very grateful for the pick-up service from the station. The location was also very convenient for sightseeing, as it was close to Omicho Market. We bought dinner at the market and warmed it up in the kitchen, allowing us to enjoy a meal together as a family around the kotatsu, which is one of the unique benefits of renting an entire house. The provided coffee and towels were well-prepared, making our stay comfortable. We would love to use this accommodation again if we have another opportunity.

Our family of four stayed for one night. This time it was just a one-night stay, but we thought a Multiple Night Stay would be great for enjoying sightseeing. There is also an Onsen Facility fairly nearby, so it’s convenient if you’re coming by car. This is an Accommodation we were glad we chose.

From the moment you enter the property, you’re greeted by a view that makes you wonder, “Is this really Japan?” The stylish building, lush green lawn, and magnificent ocean view all create an extraordinary escape. This was a gift trip for my companion, and they were truly delighted. - The building feels like a luxurious resort. It’s spacious, impeccably clean, and simply wonderful. With three bedrooms, it’s great for larger groups, but it also had just the right Facility for two people to relax and unwind. From the living room, bedrooms, and bath, the views are breathtaking—an uninterrupted panorama of sea and sky. Bath time while watching the sunset was the highlight of our trip. At night we stepped out onto the balcony to enjoy drinks and stargaze; in this indulgently quiet setting where you hear only the waves, we could admire a sky full of stars. - We also used the BBQ option. We asked to slightly reduce the amount of meat and upgrade the selection; it was just the right portion size, and we were able to grill spiny lobster (Ise-ebi) we bought at a local seafood market as well. Everything is well equipped and clean—even beginners can enjoy BBQ safely with peace of mind. (Please note: as it is in a residential area nearby, use is available until 9:00 PM.) This was our first trip to Izu Oshima, and staying at Miko’s place was absolutely the right choice. We would love to stay here again when we return to Oshima!

Everything was excellent.

The atmosphere and decor of the building were excellent! Although it is a bit away from the city center, it is in a quiet location and very comfortable to stay.

The stairs from the parking lot to the building were quite numerous, and with all our luggage, it was challenging to carry everything in one trip. However, the breathtaking view in front of the building made up for it. Although there were no curtains and the west sun shone through, waking up to such a stunning view and witnessing the beauty of the sunset was an unforgettable experience unique to this place. We enjoyed using the BBQ facilities on both nights of our stay. Bugs were not much of an issue, and we had a delightful dinner outdoors. The sheets and duvet covers were very clean with a linen-like texture that felt wonderful against our skin. Although there were no curtains allowing sunlight to stream in, the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated that eco-friendly products like detergent and shampoo were provided. We would love to visit again! It was truly a memorable stay.

The nearest station is Nagahoribashi Station on the Sakaisuji Line, just a 1-minute walk away. I stayed here after visiting the Osaka Expo and enjoyed the late-night dining options nearby, including a delicious midnight meal at the yakiniku restaurant next door. This four-story private rental property features a home elevator (operating between the 1st and 3rd floors), making it easy to carry heavy suitcases up to the third-floor bedrooms. There are also bedrooms on the first floor for added convenience. The second-floor living-dining area boasts an intricate Japanese sake-themed design with an impressive wooden table as its centerpiece. Guests can even enjoy complimentary premium sake during their stay! With two toilets and two showers available, this property is perfect for families or groups traveling together. The highlight of this accommodation is undoubtedly the unique rooftop bath on the fourth floor—a massive wooden tub where hot water flows from a sake bottle-shaped faucet! Stylish swimsuits are provided so everyone can enjoy this extraordinary experience together with family or friends. I’d love to explore other Kominka-so properties in the future!

We stayed as three families. The spacious and comfortable Room provided enough private space for everyone. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and incredibly stylish! It was such a wonderful place that we definitely want to come back again.
