It was a very clean Ryokan. I could walk around barefoot comfortably and had a pleasant stay. They provided black tabi socks for indoor use, but since they were unisex, the men’s size seemed small (lol), so I stayed barefoot. The meals were just as described in the Reviews—very satisfying. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. I’d love to stay again. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Comfortable. I had no issues. There is a gas dryer, so maybe outdoor drying isn't necessary, but I thought it would have been even better if there was an option to dry clothes outside on the balcony.

This is my third stay. Extremely comfortable! Although there are minor issues every time, the customer service is exceptional. They answer calls immediately and respond promptly to any concerns! The washing machine is a lifesaver for our large family. When I mentioned that the provided detergent pods were leaking, they quickly brought over a pouch of detergent instead. The sense of security here is incredible. On a completely unrelated note, my car got stuck in the sand in front of the Hotel due to my driving mistake, but people nearby kindly helped me out. The locals are so warm and helpful too!

I felt so relaxed that I wished I could have stayed longer. It was a shame I could only stay for one night. The amenities were fully equipped and very comfortable. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

The Room was spacious, and the kitchen was also large enough and very clean. Most tableware and utensils were provided, so we hardly needed to bring anything. The refrigerator had 2L of water and seasonings (salt, pepper, sauce, soy sauce), which we were able to use. About 30 minutes to an hour after checkout, a staff member called to let us know we had left something behind. Since it was difficult for us to return, they arranged to mail it to us. We truly appreciate their prompt and courteous assistance. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity!

We stayed as a three-generation family with a small child and a wheelchair user. The accommodation was very clean, equipped with all necessary facilities, and we had a comfortable stay. The staff at the accommodation were very kind and attentive. We would love to visit again in a different season. In summer, the nearby beach seems like it would be enjoyable.

It was my first time using the Property after learning about it. 15 tatami mats with an open-air bath. Spacious, very quiet, and relaxing. It's nice to lay out the futon by yourself. There is a slight musty smell, and since it's in the mountains, mobile reception is poor, so I would like WIFI available in the Room. *Another site mentioned in a Review from March 2024 that they were investigating the cause of the WIFI not connecting, but it still doesn't connect. The food was delicious. Meals are served at the venue, but with a maximum of five groups staying, you can enjoy your meal leisurely. As for the Onsen, it's set slightly lukewarm. You can enjoy it for a long time while listening to the murmuring of the river. It's unfortunate that the washing area is behind the sauna's cold bath, and if someone who isn't careful uses it, a large amount of cold water flows through. Even after checkout, you can use the Onsen until it closes, so you can enjoy it for a long time without noticing the time passing. I think I will use it again.

Very satisfied! The staff were very kind and it was a great experience. I stayed in a room with a TV, but I couldn't quite figure out how to use it, so I barely watched it. I think a room without a TV would have been fine for me. It would be better if the handwashing area near the campfire was easier to find. I had to go back to my room once to wash my hands... The next morning, I noticed there was a handwashing area in the parking lot.

It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The price also happened to be relatively affordable, so I was satisfied. Since it’s far from both Umeda and Namba, those unfamiliar with the area might get lost, but the subway station is nearby, so you shouldn’t have any trouble getting there with just a few minutes’ walk.

We stayed at the Hotel in late November during the peak of autumn foliage with our dog. The interior was charming, featuring antique furniture, beautiful paintings on the walls, chandeliers on the ceiling, and dried flowers in the washroom and restroom. The bedroom had two king-sized beds and fluffy futons for humans, while our dog enjoyed a True Sleeper bed. The living room had underfloor heating and was impeccably clean. The café on the first floor was beautifully furnished with exquisite tableware, and a Bechstein grand piano casually placed added an elegant touch. Although we didn’t have a chance to try the café menu this time, everything looked deliciously well-prepared—we’d love to try it next time! With its convenient location within walking distance of Heian Shrine and Okazaki Park, as well as parking available for guests with dogs, it’s perfect for pet owners. Plus, their adorable mascot dog Mon-chan is delightful! This is truly a Hotel that makes you want to come back again!

The budget was slightly over, but I decided based on reviews saying it’s close to Kyoto ROHM Theatre. Chion-in Temple and Yasaka Shrine were also nearby, allowing us to visit before the 11:00 AM checkout. The separate toilet and bathroom were a big plus, providing a relaxing experience that relieved our fatigue. The bed was very comfortable as well. The staff were friendly, and I would love to stay here again next time.

We stayed at the property with our dog. Dogs are not allowed in the bath and sauna rooms, so unfortunately, we had to let our dog sleep in the car. We were happy to see our dog running around energetically in the nearby park. The bath was clean, and there was enough space for cooking without any issues. My partner and I made hamburgers and curry, and toasted with welcome drinks from the fridge (all-inclusive?). Thank you very much; your thoughtfulness was appreciated. The bedroom was spacious enough for 3-4 people including children to feel comfortable. The essential sauna got very hot, which we enjoyed as sauna enthusiasts. We appreciated the attention to detail in amenities like lotion and shampoo. I felt it was a great value for this price range. I definitely want to visit again. However, I used a stick that clicks into place with four times more force than expected twice (laugh). It turned out to be a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

I found this Accommodation while looking for a place to stay with my dog, and it felt like spending time at a private villa or retreat. The Facility and amenities were more than sufficient, and my dog was able to stay comfortably as well. It’s almost a shame that my schedule only allowed one night—I would have loved a Multiple Night Stay if possible! I’d definitely like to stay again. Communication with the staff was smooth, and they were very kind and attentive, which made for a safe and comfortable trip. Thank you very much!

We used this place for our family’s first glamping trip. The dome-shaped tent was beautiful with an ocean view, and it came with a shower and toilet. We also enjoyed the Onsen, and the kids were thrilled. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 3 nights as a couple with our 5-year-old child. The room was clean, well-equipped with amenities, and we had a very comfortable stay. Since our child is small, we didn’t use the loft. We arrived on a rainy night, and the owner kindly came out with an umbrella for us, which was very thoughtful. The owner was very friendly and even gave us some miso made with spiny lobster as a treat. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you so much!

The Onsen accommodation was excellent except for the outdoor bath having a cover and the volume of breakfast. The heartfelt cuisine, in particular, was truly impressive.

As soon as we arrived by car, a staff member kindly came out to guide us to the parking spot. After that, they provided detailed explanations about the room and meals, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each facility had charming details, which made my partner very happy. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Izu!

We stayed here as a family for sightseeing in Hakuba. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stylish atmosphere that made it very easy to relax. The owner kindly prepared a BBQ set for us, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it due to bad weather, which was very disappointing. When we visit the Hakuba area again, we would definitely like to stay here.
