Although they are upper and lower capsule Rooms, the Rooms are separated, so it was comfortable. I tried studying at the front desk once, but no matter where I sat, the cool air made me feel cold after about an hour. The shared space on the 10th floor was a bit difficult to use for that purpose, so I would be happy if there were a more comfortable place on the 1st floor where I could use my laptop.

The location is very convenient. As mentioned, I had no particular complaints other than the power outlets. It would be even better if breakfast service were available.\nHowever, there are plenty of shops nearby, so I wasn’t dissatisfied even without it.

There were some negative Reviews, but I stayed here because it was reasonably priced and close to my destination—I only needed a place to sleep. At check-in, the foreign staff member at the front desk spoke limited Japanese and there were a few moments of “Huh?” when asking me to repeat something, but they were very pleasant. Since I was alone, the Room didn’t feel too small, and the bathroom and toilet were clean, so it was comfortable. I booked a Plan that included a boxed meal. Based on other Reviews and the Hotel guide saying the front desk may be unattended from 8:00 to 13:00 (?), I went to pick it up around 7:30. Although this was a Multiple Night Stay, each morning different Japanese front desk staff (one male, one female) handed it over with just “Here you go,” without any morning greeting. That said, I wasn’t expecting much—but the boxed meal was far better than I anticipated. The only downsides were that the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, and I wish there had been coffee available even for an extra charge. I would stay again if I have another opportunity.

My family, who live far away, stayed for the third time. They said the meals were even more delicious this time. They also appreciated that baby food was available, which was a great help since they have a young child. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night during my trip to Tokyo and had a very comfortable experience. I was pleased with the spacious bathroom and bed. Once I entered the room, I could relax at my own pace until checkout. The price was very reasonable, which I appreciated. It was also helpful that they stored my luggage on the day of my stay. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

The kitchen and bathroom facilities were as well-equipped as those in an apartment, but it was disappointing that the balcony was not properly cleaned.

I decided to stay here after making an inquiry beforehand. When I checked in and opened the Room door, it felt more like a regular home than a Hotel. I especially liked that there was a microwave, a washing machine, and bathroom drying. I think it’s rare to find a Hotel Room with all three. After taking a bath, I could do laundry and heat up convenience-store meals in the microwave and eat—all without leaving the Room, which was great. The only thing that bothered me was that the space between the table with the TV and the bed was narrow. It was a bit hard to walk through, and it made the whole Room feel small. Still, overall I’m glad I stayed here, and I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed with a breakfast-included plan. The lovely hostess warmly welcomed me and showed me to a clean and charming room, though it was a bit old. Walking through the entrance, I passed a hallway adorned with various antique furnishings, which were truly impressive. The bath was great, but it was a bit disappointing that the open-air bath was unavailable during the morning. Breakfast was carefully prepared dish by dish, with plenty of rice and mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious. I was also delighted by the warm send-off at the end. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again.

We stayed as a family and were very satisfied. All ratings are based on the premise of "for this price." The smoking room is excellent! There’s a large supermarket and a 100-yen shop within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. Plus, Hakuba is just a casual 30-minute drive away, making the location perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay. The location is excellent, and since I only needed a place to sleep after a live show, the discounted rate with a 10:00 PM check-in was exactly what I wanted. They also store your luggage before check-in, which is very helpful. Last time I stayed on Friday and this time on Saturday. The outside noise (drunk people shouting) wasn’t an issue before, but this time it was pretty bad—though it quieted down before midnight. As mentioned in other Reviews, it didn’t bother me last time, but this time I woke up to the voices of the delivery company across the street starting around just before 8:00 AM. I think this probably depends on whether your Room faces the street. That said, it’s very convenient overall, so I’ll stay again. Thank you.

Our flights were grounded for three days due to a typhoon, so we stayed here at short notice, and we were satisfied in the end. For a family of four, it had three beds, a washing machine, a bathroom dryer, and a separate toilet—everything we needed. (It felt more like an apartment-style Business Hotel, possibly an investment-type condo.) Towel replacement is self-service, and sheet changes cost extra, but our family didn’t mind. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the downtown area. We didn’t go into the sea because of the typhoon, but there’s also a beach nearby and plenty of restaurants around, so it was convenient. If you’re not looking for luxury, it’s easy to use and recommended.

This was my first stay, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I also received a sheet with a map of nearby restaurants. The large public bath was great as well. If you leave your key, etc. at the 5th-floor public bath reception by 21:30, you can enter. It seems to close at 22:00. There were various baths, and the open-air bath on the 6th floor (rooftop) was excellent! However, since the shampoo and conditioner are commercial-grade amenities, the quality isn’t very good, so bringing your own shampoo is recommended. The Room was a single, but I felt the lighting wasn’t bright enough. Otherwise, it’s typical business-hotel quality. Because the open-air bath was so good, I rated it highly.

I used a smoking room, but thanks to the air purifier installed, the smell of cigarettes was not very noticeable.

The service provided by the foreign female staff during check-in was excellent. The bento-style breakfast was appreciated, especially as it avoided the loud conversations (and flying saliva) often experienced with foreign tour groups during buffet breakfasts at other accommodations. As a senior, I found it satisfying and filling. While some wear and tear is noticeable in various parts of the facility, considering the cost-performance ratio, I find it outstanding and will use this accommodation again.

I stayed here during a concert at Fukuoka Sunpalace, and the location was convenient as it was close to the venue. Although I thought I knew in advance that the front desk was not on the first floor, I was momentarily confused upon arrival. It would be helpful if there were clearer signs near the entrance. Check-in was done via a machine, but with staff assistance, it went smoothly. Check-out was very simple—just dropping the key card into a box inside the elevator. Luggage storage is available through paid coin lockers, which seems to reduce staff requirements; if this helps keep accommodation costs low, it's fine by me. Amenities were provided on the front desk floor and included drinks, skincare products, and bath additives, which were nice touches. There don't seem to be single rooms available; however, staying in a double bed room alone allowed for a comfortable stay. The unit bath is compact and might feel cramped for larger individuals. There’s also a supermarket nearby that stays open late at night, so shopping wasn’t an issue either.

My husband uses this Hotel when he has a drink after meetings. The Hotel is close to the bar district and reasonably priced, so he always says Select Inn is the best choice.

We stayed for one night on a couple's trip. The cleaning was thorough, and we had a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with many famous restaurants nearby, making it hard to choose where to go. Highly recommended for a hotel in this price range.
