I’ve stayed here many times. I haven’t had any particularly bad experiences or anything unpleasant (sorry if that sounds condescending). It may vary by Room, but mine had a microwave (very convenient) and a washing machine (it seems detergent is sold at the front desk). It was a Room with a loft, and the ladder had been removed. (It didn’t feel run-down.) The Hotel’s design/layout is unusual in a good way—almost like the Rooms are arranged in a spiral, with a mysterious open central space that feels like some kind of display area; it made me wonder if they once planned to build a disco… The building structure is interesting (in a good sense). For meals, there’s a supermarket right across the street, and there are bento shops along the road, so it’s easy to heat up boxed meals in the microwave. I was able to relax normally. Thank you.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is old, but well maintained. The Room has everything you need, and the toilet is equipped with a washlet. WiFi was good. I didn’t use the outdoor bath, but the indoor bath alone was very pleasant. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but if it had been clear, the starry sky would have been beautiful (the Room I stayed in had a balcony). The free breakfast buffet even included curry rice, which was a great deal. There is also a local souvenir corner; I bought eggs at a bargain price to take home. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

First, it’s an older Hotel, but I had no complaints at all. The rooms have been nicely renovated—clean and easy to use. The bath is a natural Onsen with excellent water. And the breakfast—there aren’t many Hotels where you can enjoy such a delicious breakfast. If I post a good review like this, Reservations will probably increase and the rates may go up, but since I stay in Suwa every month, I’ve already made my Reservation for next month as well.

At Trail Inn Akita Port, there may not be a parking space directly in front of each container Room, so you may not be able to park right outside your Room. An additional parking lot is available a short distance away. If you expect to park directly in front of your Room, please note this—especially if it is your first stay.

First, the Facility is old. I didn’t feel like using the bath in the Room, but since there is a large public bath, it wasn’t an issue for me. It was my first time trying a sand bath; the staff were kind and even took photos for us. We booked a plan with two meals and all-you-can-drink, and the food was better than expected—I enjoyed plenty of shochu and was very satisfied. The foreign trainee staff were also diligent, and my friend who came with me was satisfied as well.

The meals were high quality and exceeded my expectations. The bath wasn’t too hot, so it was easy for small children to use as well. Overall, I could really feel the effort the staff puts in. The Facility feels a bit old, but I hope you keep it up for a long time. We’ll be back again.

I had to use it unexpectedly, but it was affordable and very comfortable! The microwave is located at the front desk, and the staff were very kind! However, please note that it seems to take some time for hot water to come out of the shower!

Despite the low price, it was very good. I could hardly find anything negative and had almost no complaints, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Sendai.

Flowers were in bloom, and we enjoyed the sounds of insects and owls, the breezes of Taketomi, and a breathtaking star-filled sky with the Milky Way unlike anything we had ever seen. We walked along white-sand paths from our Room to the lounge and restaurant, feeling close to nature each time—it was a wonderful experience. The pool and lounge were open 24 hours a day and were kept very clean. We had à la carte dinner for three nights, and everything was delicious.

This is a nice Hotel with a spacious, clean parking lot.

Our family of four stayed in a Japanese-style room. It was great that there was enough space in the room for all four of us to eat together. It became a wonderful memory for us.

I love how close it is to the station, so I stay here from time to time. I always look forward to reading the thank-you note left on the desk in the room each visit.\nThe little duck in the bath also makes me smile.

It’s a small Business Hotel, but the staff were very friendly, and it’s close to Hokkaido University, making it perfect for a walk in nature. I stayed here for Arashi’s final live concert, and they played Arashi songs all the time, which made my stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was served at the café on the second floor; there weren’t many options, but I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. I didn’t know you could have drinks at night too, so I really regret missing out. If I have the chance, this is definitely one of the Hotels I’d love to stay at again. I’m also grateful to the male front desk staff member who kindly helped me with dining recommendations.

Stayed with a small child. We booked a semi-double as it was the only option available last minute, but we managed to sleep comfortably. The air conditioning is centralized, so there’s no individual temperature control; in winter, if it gets too warm, you’ll need to adjust by opening the window. Since our child is small, we were cautious while ventilating. As long as we could sleep well, we were fully satisfied.

There is a shared microwave and water available in the hallway. Since I checked in after having afternoon tea at 3:00, I prepared my own dinner. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet, and I tried every item. I would like to stay again.

I stayed in a single room and was satisfied with the reasonable price and the Onsen. It felt a bit old, but I only needed it for sleeping, so I was happy with it.

There were not many Japanese guests, and using the lounge was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our Room request as well—it made this a truly memorable trip and workation. We had cocktails on the first floor; everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great. In the lounge, we also saw some guests we don’t usually encounter… Some young overseas travelers had poor manners at times, but a kind word from a female staff member in the hall lifted my spirits. Because this stay was so wonderful, I made a Reservation for the Hyatt in Yokohama at the end of this month. I had avoided visiting before because I wanted to stay away from Shinjuku’s crowds, but thanks to its excellent location next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, it has a great atmosphere and is a lovely Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. I stayed here again due to an urgent matter. It is easy to find as it is located next to a large road. The Room's bath is not large, but there is an artificial radium Onsen, so I think it's not a problem.

I always use this place for an overnight stay before domestic trips. The cleanliness of the Room, its adequate size, and the large TV are all very satisfying. Additionally, it is conveniently located near JR Kamata and Keikyu Kamata for easy access to Haneda Airport the next day. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner, making it a hassle-free experience. I will definitely stay here again.
