What we liked - Many of the dining areas are semi-private, which gave our family a nice sense of privacy. - The meal selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than satisfying, and everything we tried was delicious. We appreciated the focus on quality over flashy presentation. - Although all the staff were foreign nationals, everyone was smiling, sincere, and hardworking. It made us want to cheer them on. - Each floor had a completely different hallway interior design and furnishings, which was fun to see. - There was some flexibility at check-in and during meals, so we didn’t have to rush or wait in long lines. We really appreciated being able to move around calmly. A few minor disappointments - The air conditioning in the lobby, hallways, and elevator wasn’t very effective, so it felt hot. The lobby is large with an open atrium so that’s understandable, but the elevator was especially warm. - There were cobwebs on the ceiling near the window in our Room. We stayed as three generations of our family (parents and child), and everyone was very satisfied—we had a wonderful time together. Thank you very much.

I decided to visit Fukuroda Falls and made a Reservation the day before. I quickly received an answer to my question about whether the Room had a washlet, which reassured me (it does). The Hotel feels a bit dated, but the Room was clean. I usually try not to worry about it, but I was slightly bothered by noise from the next room, so I lowered my rating by one. Overall, I was satisfied.

As this is a Hotel with a long history, it may not have the latest Facility features and some areas may require maintenance, but the staff’s attentiveness and overall comfort are exceptional. The homemade breakfast to start your day is delicious too!

It was a Multiple Night Stay, and the front desk staff were polite and kind, which made me feel at ease. Thank you for storing my luggage until the evening even after checkout. I had a lot of luggage, so it was very helpful. Since it was extremely hot, the drink service on the first floor was much appreciated.

I’ve stayed here many times. This time, I happened to get a better rate than usual. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and shower room were large and comfortable. I’ll stay here again.

I stayed here for sightseeing. The location is excellent, close to a station in central Tokyo. I would stay again if I have the chance.

The Room was spacious, and dinner was so plentiful we couldn’t finish it. Even during the Obon holiday, there were not many guests, so we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. I wished breakfast had a bit more variety. The bath area had tatami flooring, which felt nice to walk on. The price was reasonable and we were satisfied.

We used a connecting room for the first time because we both wanted privacy at night. Since we each prefer different air-conditioning temperatures, it was ideal—not too close and not too far—and having separate showers made it comfortable without worrying about each other. We would like to use a connecting room again.

While searching for an Accommodation near Shirakawa-go, we found a Room where each family member could relax and sleep in their own bed, so we booked immediately. Since the entire building is covered with tatami mats, it was very comfortable to stay there. All of the staff provided heartfelt hospitality, the property was impeccably clean throughout, and both the meals and the Onsen were wonderful. We stayed during Obon, and our child was delighted by services such as shaved ice and ring toss. After dinner, when we started to feel a bit hungry again, they offered “yonaki soba” with two types of half-size ramen: soy sauce and Toyama Black. It was delicious. We also accidentally left something behind and contacted them after checkout; they handled it very politely, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Shirakawa-go in winter snow as well.

It was a wonderful Room with a stunning view of rolling hills and distant mountains. The meals were beautifully presented, highly original Japanese cuisine, and the distinctive tableware—together with the interior—created a strong sense of cohesive style. The service was also pleasant, and their dedication really came through. Thank you for allowing us to spend such a relaxing, peaceful time.

Parking is available for slightly larger vehicles for business use, the Japanese-style Room is clean, and the Onsen is excellent. I would like to stay here again when I visit Saga Prefecture.

The service was excellent. Welcome drinks were available until 10:00 PM, and it was great to come back from the cold and enjoy a warm drink! The Room was also spacious enough.

Guests can use the nearby day-use Onsen next to the Hotel for 600 yen instead of the usual 1,000 yen. Please note this discount is valid for one visit only. It is a genuine Onsen and is open until 24:00, so we were able to relax. The area around the Hotel is also convenient, with many convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby.

Located right in front of the station, offering the best location for train users. Thank you for upgrading my single to a twin Room. I had a very comfortable stay.

We stayed here as a couple due to an unexpected errand. It was described as having an artificial Onsen, and since we arrived early, we planned to use it briefly, but it was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, but it was good. The parking fee was low, and there were convenience stores nearby, so we’d like to stay again. Thank you.

The room was neat and clean, making for a pleasant stay. The water facilities were spotless with no areas of concern.

Compared with the large tourist hotels around the airport, this place is not too big, and its well-balanced facilities and services are very comfortable. I meant to use the large public bath, but it felt like too much trouble so I just took a shower—something to look forward to next time. Even so, since it’s a shower room without a bathtub and the toilet is separate, I actually found it easier to use. Above all, it’s quiet.

A relaxing trip with my grandchild and three sisters. Since it was just over 10,000 yen per person, we didn’t have very high expectations, but the front desk staff were kind and explained everything clearly. The Room was more spacious than we expected, which was great, but it was disappointing that the floor cushions were old and worn. The meals were delicious, with plenty of desserts that we enjoyed as well. Above all, the staff who assisted us in the dining area and hallways—and everyone we met—spoke to us kindly and made us feel comfortable. Regardless of the Accommodation cost, a good personality really matters. It was very good overall.
