Many foreign guests were staying, but it was quiet, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful time.

This was my first time staying here, and it was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower water pressure was good, so I had a comfortable stay. It’s an Accommodation I’d like to use again next time.

An unbelievably low price of 6,000 yen during the Obon holiday period. At this price, you can swallow a few complaints. Best for people who just want something cheap and don’t care about the details. Not suitable for couples or families. - After arriving at the Hotel, we were told we couldn’t use the large public bath. A nearby Onsen was already closed, so we used the Room’s unit bath. Hot water did come out properly. - The Room is old and feels a bit scary. - Breakfast is basically a free add-on: only a little bread, rice, and a small amount of side dishes. The miso soup tasted like it hadn’t been checked. - The staff were pleasant; I just wished the owner would improve things a bit more. It was fine because I stayed with friends. If it had been with family or a partner, the mood would have dropped…

Outside peak seasons, it offers excellent value for money.

Thank you for accommodating us on a suddenly planned short trip. I had seen Reviews saying the Facility was old and run-down, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but perhaps we happened to get an unlucky room—the floor creaked loudly. It didn’t feel like it would give way, but my wife said it was scary. Since I work in construction, if only I’d had my tools... I think it also depends on the accommodation Plan, but since we can’t eat a lot, we chose the standard meal option. They also adjusted the menu after discussing allergies with us, and everything was delicious. I’d rate it 5 stars+. Thank you very much.

The Room size, bathroom, and amenities were good. However, we didn’t feel much hospitality. The building makes good use of its charming historic architecture, and it was comfortable to stay in. The location was also quiet.

The location was very convenient for joining a bus tour the next day. I could walk to Shinjuku, and the Accommodation was clean, reasonably priced, and excellent. I would like to stay again.

My daughter's family lives far away, so they always stay overnight on the way back home. This time, based on my son-in-law's wish to visit Hikone Castle, we chose this accommodation. Since our grandchild is still small, the spacious Hollywood twin Japanese-style room was perfect. They mentioned that the breakfast was delicious and that the place was clean and comfortable. I stayed overnight after a banquet the other day. The Room felt a bit small for a twin, but the view from the Room (Kansai International Airport was beautifully visible) was great, and I woke up feeling refreshed. It seems to be a relatively new Hotel, and it was very clean. The price with breakfast was also reasonable, and I would stay again if I have the chance. However, since it was my first time, it took some effort to find my way into the parking lot. From the second time on, it should be fine.

Booked accommodation at the last minute (grateful it was available even after 9 PM). Booked through IKYU, and the 10% point rate discount was very helpful. Breakfast included only one piece of bread, which felt insufficient but was enjoyed nonetheless. The hotel itself matched youthful sensibilities and seemed to be very well-received.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. If you just need a place to sleep, it was completely satisfactory. I bought food at a nearby convenience store and ate it here. I thought it would be nice to have a table for eating. All the staff were very kind. It was my first time in Fuchu City, and I enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

I came from Yokohama to watch an Iwaki FC match. I checked in around 9:00 PM after the game, and the staff were very courteous. It’s a small Hotel, but the Facility was clean. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted excellent, so I was very satisfied.

Second stay; even in a single Room, it’s spacious—old but clean—and the breakfast was delicious again.

Due to an urgent matter, I stayed for 4 nights and then added one more night. I had stayed at the Gran Terrace Main Building before, but I didn’t realize there was an Annex and made my Reservation without knowing. The Room is small, but very clean. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, fresh water and bath towels were provided daily on the door handle, which felt great. There was a refrigerator within arm’s reach beside the bed, with a shelf above it holding items like mugs and a hair dryer. The TV was large, and there was also a humidifier. On the 2nd floor in front of the elevator, there were amenities, hangers and an iron, plus different shampoo and conditioner from what’s in the Room (I wish I had used those from the start), coffee, a microwave, ice(?), and lots of manga! Only check-in is at the main building, but checkout is easy—just return the card key to the key box. I already made another Reservation (lol). One request: if possible, even a foldable table would be very helpful. The shelf space alone is just too small… Lastly, to the cleaning staff member! Thank you for greeting me so politely every day with a smile. Since I stayed multiple nights, cleaning must have been tough—sorry about that.

If you head toward the windmill landmark, you’ll find the Hotel right below it, so it’s easy to locate. From the Room, with Kouri Island in a diagonal view, the sea is just a few meters away. Dinner was decent. Breakfast was Japanese-style and delicious, featuring grilled salmon as the main dish. Western guests also stay here, and I think this Accommodation has a pretty good reputation.

Breakfast was served buffet-style, and the food was delicious. It felt homemade.

Because the exterior was under construction, it was hard to find, but I managed to arrive. The front entrance felt a bit old. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed may have been a little too soft. The bathroom also felt old. However, it’s close to the station, so there were no issues for business use. Thank you.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Toyama. The Facility is old, but there are supermarkets, restaurants, and karaoke nearby, so it’s more than sufficient for a short stay. The air conditioner didn’t cool well, but they provided a fan.

I enjoyed a luxurious glamping experience right in front of the ocean. The air felt a bit dry due to the heating, but the breakfast delivered in a basket—made with local ingredients—was truly delicious! It also seemed that the neighboring KAMOME SLOW HOTEL is an affiliated Facility, so I’d love to stay there next time as well.
