This was my first time staying here.\nIt’s close to the station, and the property was clean and well maintained.

I have stayed here several times. The on-site parking spaces are wide, so you can park with peace of mind. Parking fee: 400 yen. The amenities are POLA Aroma Ess Gold, the same brand I use, which I really liked. They are not provided in the Room; they are available for free in front of the front desk on the first floor. Breakfast also seems to offer more variety than other places. I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Tsuchiura.

Even though I arrived late at night, I was warmly welcomed and guided with great kindness. They approached me immediately and provided a thorough explanation. Much appreciated!

I stayed here to attend a concert at the Grand Cube Osaka. It was conveniently close to the venue. Both the Room and the hallways were clean. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Since the air conditioner is positioned low, even on a low setting the airflow hit me and felt a bit cold.

Located in the heart of Kokubuncho’s downtown area and close to many well-known restaurants, it was an excellent location. It rained heavily that day, so it was very convenient. The Room shows some age, but the bathroom is reasonably spacious, and the water pressure, drainage, and Wi-Fi were all satisfactory. With a 7-Eleven downstairs, smoking Rooms available, and windows that can be opened and closed, this is the best value-for-money Hotel in Sendai—I will definitely stay again.

Thank you for taking care of us during the Obon holiday period. The Accommodation is old, but it was kept very clean inside. The private bath was also very spacious and nice. What was disappointing was the way the meals were laid out and how cramped the space was. There was no space to set down a tray, so we couldn’t even use seasonings, and it was inconvenient to place small plates; I’d like to see some improvement. There wasn’t much soy sauce available either, and it seemed we had to wait in a long line just to get soy sauce on our plates. The display layout also made items hard to pick up—for example, udon next to ice cream—so everything felt scattered. It’s a shame because everything else was good.

The Room was clean. The pillows were comfortable, and the location was convenient. I’d like to stay again. Thank you.

The room was very clean, and it was quiet and comfortable. The large public bath was relaxing, and the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was also delicious. It was an excellent Hotel with great value for money.

This was my second stay. As before, the front desk staff were polite and kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room facilities are a bit old, but everything is well cleaned and there were no issues at all. Breakfast is included, and it was great to be able to enjoy Kanazawa’s famous Champion Curry. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were delicious; I put them on rice and poured Champion Curry over it, and it was excellent. It’s an affordable Hotel that I’m very satisfied with.

The female staff member kindly assisted us by quickly storing our luggage as we were in a hurry to return our rental car, and by showing us how to restore the app. She also recommended a great Okinawan izakaya, which made for a wonderful end to our trip. Thank you!

Conveniently located with good access to various spots in Tsukuba City, and surrounded by convenience stores and supermarkets, this Hotel offers great convenience. The front desk staff and other employees were all very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked grilled fish. The guest room was clean; however, it was a bit disappointing that the air conditioning did not work effectively. I would definitely consider staying here again when revisiting Tsukuba.

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. Using a coupon made it very affordable. The hostess (?) gave a rather reserved impression. The Accommodation felt a bit old, and the TV was small. I thought we might be able to enjoy some hot tea, but there was no tea provided. I figured that was understandable given the low price. Breakfast was very satisfying!

We booked the exam package for a stay the night before the exam. The day before, my father came down with influenza, so we changed from 3 guests to 2, but I was still able to take the exam without any issues. Breakfast was a lucky bento box, and we were very satisfied. Access to the station and transfers to the monorail are smooth, and the view from the Room felt open and refreshing. We would like to stay again.

Because we had an event to attend, we chose this Hotel based on its great Reviews. They also stored our luggage before check-in. The Room was clean and very nice, but I thought Netflix would be available and it wasn’t. I may have been mistaken, but I was looking forward to it, so it was disappointing. Overall, I was satisfied and felt it was a good stay.

When I arrived early and asked at the front desk if they could store my luggage, they kindly let me into my Room since it was already ready, which I really appreciated. The bus stop is nearby and the location is convenient, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I didn’t stay here when I lived in Chitose, but I did come for a meal. I stayed here for the first time in 25 years, and it was spacious and clean. It was very comfortable.

This time, we chose this cottage so we could play the ukulele in the Room. It was our first time staying at such a wonderful Accommodation, and we were truly impressed!! Because it’s relatively new, everything was excellent—to the point that we felt like staying two nights next time. We were completely satisfied! The bedroom was spacious and relaxing; it really soothed us. Highly recommended for any occasion!

An Accommodation on the shores of Lake Chuzenji in Oku-Nikko. We stayed here as a base for trekking routes to Kotoku Marsh, Yudaki Falls, and Ryuzu Falls. From the drink service in the lobby onward, it is a very relaxing Accommodation. We were also very satisfied with the Onsen and the meals.

There is a bathhouse, and on the top floor, there is a place where you can enjoy soft drinks. It was great.
