The staff were very pleasant, and overall we were very satisfied. I was a bit concerned about some dark staining around the sinks in the large public bath changing area (it seemed clean and well maintained, though). My grandchild wanted to play table tennis, but it was only available until 9:00 p.m., so we couldn’t, which was disappointing.

Located in the heart of Kokubuncho’s downtown area and close to many well-known restaurants, it was an excellent location. It rained heavily that day, so it was very convenient. The Room shows some age, but the bathroom is reasonably spacious, and the water pressure, drainage, and Wi-Fi were all satisfactory. With a 7-Eleven downstairs, smoking Rooms available, and windows that can be opened and closed, this is the best value-for-money Hotel in Sendai—I will definitely stay again.

We stayed in a triple Room for three women. All beds were the same size, not extra beds, and everyone was comfortable. The Room was spacious, and the Facility was excellent.

This hotel offered a stunning view of Mt. Iwate. We stayed in a Corner Twin room, which was spacious and perfect for relaxing after our trip. The hot spring isn’t very large, but it was a pleasant surprise to find an infinity-style bath that blends seamlessly with the pond in the Japanese garden. Perhaps because it was the off-season, it was excellent value for money. Highly recommended in early autumn when the leaves begin to change and the air is crisp and clear.

Great value for money! There wasn’t a large public bath, but the room was clean and nice. The bed was spacious and comfortable! There wasn’t a luggage rack, but the room was large and I was satisfied! The free breakfast was mainly Japanese-style and delicious. They also had orange juice and milk!

Very close to the station. Because it faces a main road, there were times at night when noise from cars and motorcycles was noticeable, so I probably should have brought earplugs. The exterior felt somewhat old, but the Room was clean, and best of all, the toilet, bath, and sink were all separate, which made it very convenient to use. However, dust had accumulated on top of the bathroom door and in corners of the walls, so it would be even better if less noticeable areas were cleaned more thoroughly. That was my only concern—overall I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

This was my second stay. Breakfast was a buffet of bread and salad, plus a choice of one main dish from three options, and it was delicious. Since the Accommodation is a renovated warehouse, the Room is a little on the dark side, but very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Onomichi. Thank you very much.

The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, but there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the floor we stayed on. Perhaps it used to be a smoking floor? The Room had an air purifier, so it didn’t bother us. Overall, we were very satisfied.

During my trip, I stayed at APA Hotel and was very satisfied. The Room was clean, I could watch movies and YouTube on a large TV, and there was also a large public bath.

Conveniently located near the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, at the edge of the nightlife district. The Facility is also new, so it felt clean and well maintained.

We stayed in a twin room this time, and it was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was a unit bath with a toilet, but the bathtub was slightly larger than usual, so we could relax comfortably. There are commercial facilities nearby, making it easy to buy drinks and snacks right away. It’s also conveniently located for public transportation (Nichinan Line, buses, and the Sunflower ferry). We would like to stay here again next time.

I stayed for one night for my child’s appointment. I called several times with questions about my Reservation and changes, and each time the staff were courteous and helpful, which put me at ease. On site as well, they kindly assisted with arranging a taxi, allowing me to have a smooth stay. Breakfast was also delicious. The amenities were somewhat limited, but there was a convenience store nearby, making the location very convenient. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel at ease, and we were able to fully enjoy the open-air bath in our room. Dinner at KAZANE was outstanding—beautiful to look at and delicious French cuisine that left us completely satisfied. We especially appreciated the healthy menu featuring plenty of local vegetables and ingredients; it was a refreshing surprise compared with any French cuisine we had experienced before. They also prepared a message plate for us, making it a truly memorable evening. Thank you very much. Overall, it was a wonderful inn, but there is one point regarding the room. The bench placed in the water of the private open-air bath was not fixed and was floating. It wasn’t obvious from its appearance, and when my partner stepped on it, they lost their balance and nearly got injured—it gave us quite a scare. We would have appreciated either a clearly visible notice or a brief mention during the room explanation (and I apologize if we simply missed it). That said, we had an enjoyable trip. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The lounge was more affordable than expected, yet the quality was excellent—I really enjoyed it. It’s also conveniently located with easy access from Meieki Station, so I’d like to stay here again.

We had booked three rooms and were a bit worried about check-in because our arrival times were different, but the staff handled everything very kindly and carefully. Even those who arrived later were able to check in smoothly. I also left something behind, but they contacted me right away, which allowed me to come back and pick it up while I was still nearby—this was a huge help. The room was very clean, and even the housekeeping staff we passed before checkout greeted us pleasantly. Every staff member was friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. One small inconvenience in the room was that there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels. Even a foldable towel rack or hanger would be helpful.

Although it was a last-minute Reservation, the staff were very kind and helpful. The meals were delicious! The Onsen was hot and left my skin glowing. I love a hotter Onsen, so I was really happy. I’d love to stay again. The nearby beach had very high waves, but that was fun in its own way. After getting out of the sea, I appreciated having showers available to rinse off the sand.

The only drawback is that it’s a bit far from the station, but the loop bus makes it easy to get into the city. There are plenty of nearby options—local diners and izakayas, convenience stores, and chain restaurants—so we never had trouble finding somewhere to eat. The front desk staff were courteous, and the breakfast was very delicious. It was crowded that day due to a national sports event, but the overall atmosphere among guests was pleasant. The Japanese housekeeping staff were also kind and attentive. The large desk in the room made it easy to work, which was a big help. There is also a Route Inn near the station, but I recommend this one for those who want a quieter stay.

I stay here whenever I have business in Ibaraki, and I usually stay in the Annex building. The bathroom is spacious and very convenient. Amenities are provided, which is helpful. Breakfast is free and offers a good variety, so I’m satisfied.

After 7:00 p.m., curry rice is served, and it was an authentic, rich curry that I truly enjoyed. I would definitely like to stay here again when I am in Himeji for work.

It was close to the station and easy to find, so I was glad I could get there without getting lost. I stayed here for a live show at Ecopa, and they stored my luggage before check-in and brought it to my Room. They also kept my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. The bath drained a little slowly, so I rated it 4 stars. The shower pressure was strong. I prefer stronger rather than weaker, so it worked well for me.
