This was our fourth stay, for two nights. We finally got to stay in the long-awaited Flipper Room (Japanese-Western style). The dolphin-themed decorations and toys made our grandchildren absolutely delighted. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon, the weather was disappointing and we couldn’t go out on the second day, but at the adjacent Genki Village we were able to see dolphins, make crafts, and play in the pool, so we had a full day of fun without getting bored. Thank you to all the staff for joining in with our grandchildren’s rock-paper-scissors challenge. We will definitely stay again. The pool Facility seems old; it was disappointing that the adults’ jacuzzi area and showers were not in better condition.

I stayed here during a 3-night, 4-day Tohoku touring trip. The property is a bit old, but it was clean and the Room was spacious. The laundry was free, and only the detergent was paid, which was very helpful. Since there are places I couldn’t visit due to the rain, I’d like to stop by again.

It was a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. I would love to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It was our first time glamping, and we really enjoyed it! The BBQ was great because the ingredients were provided and there was no cleanup to do. The open-air bath, the cool tent, and the fireworks we did for an additional fee were also wonderful and made us feel like kids again. However, there was no air conditioning in the shower room or toilets, so it was a bit hot for this season. When we turned on the lights, lots of bugs swarmed in and it felt pretty unpleasant, but thinking of it as part of camping helped us appreciate being close to nature. We were bothered by how loud some other guests were, but that’s just bad luck. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

This was our second stay, and everything was efficient with no waste—nothing to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, having a foldable table for meals would make it absolutely perfect.

This was my first time staying at a container hotel, but it was clean, spacious, and quiet, so I had a comfortable stay. I would like to use it again.

We stayed for two consecutive nights in August and returned again in October for another two-night stay. In August, there were many families, so it was lively. This time we stayed in a room with a private bath, and the in-room bath now has hot spring water—thank you! Since the building is wooden, footsteps carry more than expected, so please be mindful. In October, due to the season, there were many stink bugs and we couldn’t use the balcony—unavoidable. Dinner was different from the photos: it’s a Western-style course with a Japanese-Western fusion feel that you can enjoy with chopsticks. Every dish was delicious. Breakfast is buffet-style; there isn’t a huge variety, but items are replenished frequently, which left a good impression. One important note: the vending machines are gone now, so it’s best to buy drinks/snacks before entering the hotel. The service staff and housekeeping staff were all very pleasant as well. The new uniform vests look great. We’d love to stay again in another season—thank you in advance.

I stayed here for a friend’s birthday. The food was delicious, and the place was spacious and wonderful! Above all, the Onsen had a great variety, was clean, and helped me feel refreshed! However, it was a bit disappointing to find some hair in the Room and one of the lights wasn’t working. Other than that, I had a really great stay! Thank you very much! Next time I come back, I’d like to stay in a larger Room!

The photos at the time of Reservation reminded me of the library at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland, which felt nostalgic, so I made a Reservation. I would love to stay again on my next business trip to Hakata. Thank you very much.

Although the weather was rough with a typhoon approaching, we were able to relax. We enjoyed soaking in the indoor bath and, although it was a bit far, also took our time in the hot spring bath downstairs. The meals were wonderful—the tableware was lovely, every dish on the menu was delicious, and we left completely full. Our one-night stay flew by. One small disappointment: there were still about 10 minutes left until 5:00 p.m., but the oven had already been put away, so we couldn’t do the rice cracker-making experience.

Our family of three stayed one night in a Japanese-Western style room. The spacious room delighted our five-year-old son. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast buffet had just the right variety and was delicious. It was also conveniently located near the shops by Namba Station. What impressed us most was the staff’s attentive service. Check-in and breakfast guidance were smooth, and we had a very comfortable stay. After checkout, I contacted the hotel thinking I had lost my wedding ring, and they kindly searched thoroughly—even moving the bed and mattress to look for it. In the end, I found it at home, but even after I informed them, they sent a warm reply that truly touched me. This is a hotel we would love to stay at again.

My ferry to Zamami Island was canceled, so I stayed here at short notice to catch the ferry the next morning. It’s very close to the port, which is extremely convenient. There is also a MAX VALUE nearby. The Room size is like a Business Hotel, but it was clean and the staff were very kind. Thank you very much.

The Room did not have a private bath, but it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets had a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted great. There were chairs in the smoking area as well, so I was able to relax comfortably. It was a Hotel I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

I have stayed at TAOYA several times over the past few years. This was my first time at Kawaji Onsen, and although it was only for one night, I had a wonderful stay—the atmosphere was quiet and the meals were delicious. Some of the staff were from overseas, but everyone was very kind and provided pleasant service. It has become one of the Accommodations I would definitely like to visit again, and I will recommend it to friends. (Just one thing: there is a large stone on the bottom of the open-air bath, and at night it’s hard to see where it is, so I felt it could be a bit dangerous. For that reason, I deducted one star.)

It was conveniently located near the station. Breakfast was available, and I think I had a comfortable stay.

The bath was very relaxing and the food was delicious—we were extremely satisfied! However, there were two disappointing points. 1) We would have appreciated having a mirror in the Room. There was only one at the dimly lit sink... 2) When we went for a morning bath, there was a large amount of something like sugar (possibly from snacks) spilled inside a locker in the changing Room. It may have been left by the previous guest, but it was still disappointing.

The bathrooms are clean, and there are free drinks and a dining area. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby, so you can grab a light meal after your shower. There is also a beer vending machine.

I stayed here during Monbus. The Room was clean and spacious enough for me. I also liked that there were lots of mirrors. The Room had a hair dryer, loungewear was provided, and towels and toiletries were available, so I didn’t have any trouble even without bringing anything special. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Takamatsu Station, so the location is excellent!

I stayed here for a live show in Kofu. This was my second time. The building is certainly old due to many years of operation, but it was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. For this price with breakfast included, it’s a very appreciated Hotel. I’d like to stay again when I’m in Kofu.

The Facility is old, and the Room felt a bit small with thin walls, but it was very clean. There is a large public bath where I could relax. The sauna is very old, and the temperature felt somewhat lukewarm. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. Considering the price, I was very satisfied.
