Not only was the price reasonable, but the Room was clean and the food was delicious. It exceeded my expectations. My mother has difficulty walking, and they kindly lent us a wheelchair; the staff were also very helpful. It became a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days on a family summer vacation. The exterior is not a new Hotel, but the lobby and baths felt simple overall and left a very clean impression. Our guest Room had very large windows facing the satoyama side, with an absolutely wonderful mountain view. The Room was uncluttered and simple, and the large windows were spotless. The Onsen was spacious, and both the open-air bath and sauna were clean and very relaxing. The Hakuba Happo Pond ropeway and the bus terminal were also within a 10-minute walk, so the location was convenient. It was a wonderful Hotel, but perhaps because the meals are geared toward Western cuisine, we felt there were not many Japanese options at either breakfast or dinner. The rice and mushroom miso soup was very delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied—this was a lovely Hotel.

At first, the entrance felt quiet and almost lonely, but it seems the Accommodation is designed so guests don’t often cross paths; once you get used to it, it’s very comfortable. The baths were great, and the meals were excellent—showing the chef’s attention to detail and offering a wide variety of dishes. All of this was made possible by the warm hospitality of every staff member. It was a wonderful Accommodation.

Our family of four stayed here. Dinner featured local cuisine we had never tried before, which was a fun experience and absolutely delicious. The Hida beef steak was very tender, with sweet, rich fat—highly satisfying. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner, but we truly appreciate your sincere and attentive response. Our whole family enjoyed both the Accommodation and the streetscape of Hida-Furukawa. We would love to stay again.

I stayed here once a few years ago. The meals were delicious then, and I was very satisfied. This time as well, both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, including plenty of seafood, and it truly made me happy. Everything was excellent. The shower head in the Room bath was the latest model and felt great. The gentleman in the parking lot was very friendly, and he kindly took a family photo for us. He took it beautifully, which made us very happy. The view from the Room is also wonderful.

At first, the low price kept my expectations modest, but after staying here I found the Room was clean and the bathroom was separate. The dining area is spacious. It was better than the price suggested. However, I had read in a Review that the parking lot is small, so I parked at the neighboring paid parking lot and it ended up costing 1,700 yen—disappointing. 　I would like to use another Universal Hotel location as well.

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The view from the Onsen was wonderful, and we were especially happy that there was a carbonated bath. The price was reasonable and made it easy to stay, which was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I stayed here on the third night of my three-night trip to Aomori. This Review is based on staying in the Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room. Even being conservative, I had absolutely no complaints. The Room was spacious and spotless, and since it was on the 10th floor, the view was outstanding. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass, and when you open the roll-down privacy shade it feels very open—almost like a Resort Hotel—with a great view. Both the hair dryer and shower head were ReFa, and having two sinks was very convenient. The toilet is also separate from the wet area. The front desk staff were excellent, and I never had an unpleasant experience at all. I only used breakfast dining, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious. After reading Reviews on IKYU and Google, I honestly don’t understand why the ratings aren’t higher. It may depend on which Room you stay in, but I had no complaints whatsoever. I would like to stay here again when visiting Hirosaki.

It’s been a while since my last stay. As always, the hot spring water in Kawaji is wonderful—I love it. This time I was really happy to get a riverside Room; a Room where you can hear the sound of the river is great. And soaking in the open-air bath while listening to the river and looking at the greenery right in front of you is so relaxing. For me, this is the best open-air bath anywhere. I definitely want to come again!!

I had to travel on short notice and booked this Hotel while looking for a place to stay in Tokyo as a stopover. It was close to the station and easy to find, the amenities were well stocked, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately I had to check out without having it due to my departure time. There are many restaurants nearby, so if I have another chance, I would like to make a Reservation again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

In a quiet location, the Room’s Onsen is also free-flowing, and bathing while feeling close to nature is wonderfully refreshing. Because it was the Obon season, there were no vacancies in the Room we wanted, and both the large public bath and the post-bath lounge area were crowded, which was a bit tiring. However, for a popular Accommodation at this price point, that’s understandable. Overall, we were very satisfied considering the cost. The front desk staff and the service during meals were excellent. The relaxation staff at the spa provided highly skilled treatments that felt great.

The location was reasonably convenient, the property was clean, and I especially felt the staff’s service was excellent. On the other hand, I occasionally noticed an unpleasant odor in the unit bathroom in my room, so that affected my rating (it smelled like a drain odor backing up).

It was a wonderful Hotel nestled in nature. We relaxed on the garden hammock and enjoyed the outdoors both day and night. The basement gift shop and game corner were also fun! The bath was excellent, and we enjoyed a leisurely, filling meal with our family.

Although it was a short stay, it was very comfortable. The walls are indeed thin, so we were a bit concerned that our voices might disturb others, but we had no issues during our stay. The bathroom and toilet were clean with no mold. As for the service, both the phone support and the front desk staff were extremely polite—excellent overall.

The website says it is a 5-minute walk from the “West Exit” of JR Sannomiya Station, but Sannomiya has many lines and can be confusing for first-time visitors. I was traveling via JR, and I think it may be easier to exit from the JR Central Exit, go out to Ikuta Shinmichi, and head toward Motomachi (this is the route I used between the station and the Hotel afterward). The JR Sannomiya West Exit is hard to find unless you go down from the platform, and getting to the Hotel through the complex area under the tracks was difficult to follow even with a map app. The Hotel staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable. The coffee service was much appreciated.

In these times of rising prices, I truly appreciated the excellent service at such a reasonable rate. It was a wonderful Hotel. The Onsen was outstanding—I could tell it was silky-smooth and acidic. Kusatsu is amazing. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again.

The staff’s warm, smiling service, the meals, and the Room quality were all excellent. Thank you very much. Just one thing: it was disappointing that the pool hours are too short. Starting at 9:00 a.m. leaves little time before check-out and makes the morning feel rushed. If children’s hours prevent adults from using it at night, I would like you to offer a night pool with an age restriction. If this were available, I would definitely love to stay again next time.

The Shuttle Service by bus and both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the Room and bathroom were spacious, making it very relaxing. I would like to stay here every time from now on.

I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. We would like to make this our regular Accommodation in Atami. Thank you very much.

Ever since I found this Hotel, I haven’t stayed at any other Hotel in Obihiro. It’s a little away from downtown, so it’s quiet, but you can still walk into town, so there’s nothing to complain about. The Room feels a bit dated, but I have no complaints at all. The bathroom is spacious, and you can relax in a roomy bathtub. I’ll definitely stay here again.
