I visited again for the first time in 10 years. This is an Accommodation I used to visit occasionally in summer since childhood, and over the years I noticed changes with the times—such as the former dining area with live fish tanks and the sushi restaurant being gone, while Rooms with open-air baths have been added. Just as I remembered, the pool where small children can play safely and the wonderful sea—where you can see fish swimming even close to shore—are still there, and we thoroughly enjoyed the crystal-clear water. It’s a fantastic environment for a family summer trip. The nighttime Tsunoshima tour was also memorable; the guide’s explanations were detailed and very interesting. Highly recommended.

The Room is compact, but it is sufficient for a solo stay. At check-in, a female staff member came over right away and explained everything. Another female staff member also answered my questions politely. Both of them provided excellent service. As expected from APA Hotel. I also like APA Hotel’s high bed. I did not use the Onsen, so I rated it 1.

Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. Dinner was a set course meal, with excellent seasoning and generous portions. Breakfast was buffet-style. The grilled red fish was delicious. Personally, I felt the salad bar selection was a bit limited. Overall, I was very satisfied.

From the moment we arrived, the subtle scent of incense in the air and the front desk staff’s beaming smiles left a lasting impression. The Room was spacious and spotless, and soaking in the in-room bath with orchid flowers floating on the water while listening to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The meal began with exquisite sashimi, and we enjoyed being able to savor a variety of dishes little by little. Since we had mentioned that this trip was to celebrate my husband’s retirement, you kindly provided everything—dishes, dessert, and even a commemorative photo on a photo plate—as complimentary services, which truly moved us as a couple. The post-dinner event was also fun, making it a relaxing yet exciting and memorable one-night, two-day stay. Thank you so much to all of your staff.

It was spacious and comfortable. The artificial Onsen felt like a proper Onsen. It might be a good option for a Multiple Night Stay. This time, I came to Nasu to dine at a certain restaurant, and even though it was No Meals Included, I was surprised at how affordable it was. I’d like to try other Room types as well.

Whenever I come to Nagoya, I always stay at this Hotel. The Facilities are well equipped, and as a smoker, I truly appreciate it. The complimentary breakfast is something I look forward to every time; it’s satisfying and offers plenty of variety. Depending on my mood that day, I enjoy rice with curry or salmon furikake, among other options. Thank you as always.

The Room was spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably, and the bath was wonderful—like a stone bath. If I may mention just one thing, since pets are allowed and there is a small garden, it would have been even better if it were fenced so that small dogs could run around. Of course, even without that it was more than good enough! We would love to stay again.

Staying at this price during the Obon holiday is wonderful. Although the exterior looks a bit worn, the inside has been nicely renovated and we were able to stay comfortably. The meals also offered sufficient quality and quantity for the price. However, perhaps because it was Obon, dinner felt drawn out as it took quite a long time for the next dishes to be served. That said, it was an Accommodation with excellent value for money and a high level of satisfaction.

I stayed here on a business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby areas, which was very helpful. The property was quiet, and I was able to rest well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Conveniently located near the station. There was a large public bath, which I enjoyed as I like such facilities. A female staff member at the front desk made me feel more comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes, especially plenty of vegetables, and it was delicious. Just one thing: I gave a rating of 4 not because of any fault on the hotel's part but because I didn't check my accommodation plan carefully enough—it turned out to be a smoking room. Since I don't smoke, the faint smell of tobacco in the room bothered me. I'll make sure to check next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

There is also a large public bath, and the Room is functional and comfortable.

Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

In a world where everything is expensive, I was glad I could stay here at a relatively reasonable price. It’s probably less than a 5-minute walk from Tabata Station South Exit, but the route from the station to the Hotel is uphill, so if you have heavy luggage it can be quite tiring—something to keep in mind. (Going downhill was easy.) As soon as you enter, you’ll see the front desk, but it’s on the 4th floor, which can be a bit confusing. My Room was on the 2nd floor, so I had to take the elevator down from the front desk, which felt unusual. (That said, it wasn’t inconvenient at all, so it didn’t really bother me.) Amenities are minimal, but I had no complaints—I just need shampoo/conditioner and a toothbrush. Until the last train, you can hear train noise, but if you treat it as background sound it doesn’t bother you much. If it’s affordable with good train access in Tokyo, I can overlook some things. More than anything, I feel very grateful for being able to stay at such a low price.

The meals were absolutely luxurious! All the staff were attentive and kind. The all-you-can-drink options at dinner were very extensive, and the glasses were kept chilled in a dedicated refrigerator, which felt very clean. The bath facilities were also great, and the locker keys felt very secure. Just one thing: the trash bin under the sink in the Room washbasin area hadn’t been emptied, so that was the only negative point.

Conveniently located near Hakata Station, with a bus stop right in front of the Hotel, making access to Tenjin very easy. The Room was not large, but it was sufficient for one person. One disappointing point was that there was a brown liquid stain left on the surface of the Room’s refrigerator. It came off when I wiped it with a tissue, but since it is where food and drinks are stored, I was concerned about hygiene.

This time, as a repeat guest, I brought my son along to match his visit home. At the same price, we chose the early-booking perk and upgraded to a sashimi upgrade Plan. That choice was absolutely right—the sweet shrimp and whelk were simply delicious!! The other dishes were also perfectly seasoned, and the portions weren’t too large, so we could finish everything. Each dish was carefully prepared, and we were very satisfied. Breakfast was great too—the hearth-cooked rice timed to our meal was delicious. My husband prefers firmer rice, so it seemed a bit soft for him. I’d love to visit again just for the food.

A perfectly standard Room with no issues. Personally, I was a bit disappointed there was only one pillow, but it’s a business hotel so that’s understandable. With breakfast included at this price and a great location, it worked very well for my needs on this trip.

I stayed here for two days for work around Wakayama City. I had visited Wakayama on day trips before, but this was my first overnight stay. With little local knowledge to compare, I chose this Hotel because the price was reasonable and it looked good in the photos. (Location) It seems to be about a 5-minute walk from Nankai Electric Railway’s Wakayamashi Station, so it should be fine even if you’re traveling by train. However, the area is mostly residential with some factories nearby, so there aren’t many restaurants right next door. I recommend planning to eat around the station area. The nearest convenience store is also a bit of a walk, so it’s better to shop beforehand. We came by car with help from someone at our workplace, but perhaps because it was nearly fully booked that day, the adjacent public parking lot was full as well. If you definitely need parking by car, I recommend reserving the Hotel parking in advance. (Room) The Room felt spacious and clean. Even with a suitcase opened on a stand, there was still plenty of space left without getting in the way. The bathroom/toilet seemed relatively new; the bathtub was larger than expected and very comfortable. There was no step up into the bathroom (perhaps because the floor is raised due to stairs near the elevator hall), which made it easy to use. The ceiling didn’t feel low either. A few things about the Room stood out: - The light switches were spread out and hard to understand; labels would be helpful - The air conditioner blew directly onto me—cooling worked well but I worried about comfort/health (may depend on the Room) - It was hard to figure out how to adjust the bath water temperature; it was set all the way toward cold water at first, so hot water took a while and I panicked a bit - The sheets felt slightly damp Overall though, I think it’s a good place. (Service) - Not like big-city hotel staff, but everyone was warm, polite, and pleasant - Around 6:00 a.m., I went downstairs for a drink and staff were at reception; even if there’s an intercom when no one is present, having someone there is reassuring in case of emergencies - When we asked what to do since parking was full, they suggested possible options nearby and that really helped I don’t often stay overnight in Wakayama so I’m not sure if I’ll return myself, but someone who traveled with me comes into Wakayama Prefecture frequently for work—so in that case this could definitely be an option. Due to a family bereavement, I stayed at the AZ Hotel near my parents’ home. I made a Reservation at short notice, but accidentally booked three nights. When I contacted you in a hurry on the day of my stay, you kindly told me that there would be no Cancellation Fee for one night, which was a great help. Breakfast had just the right variety and was delicious. I will stay here again when I return to Oita. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious and perfectly satisfactory. The unit bath was small, but that’s often the case on business trips, so it didn’t bother me. This time I stayed with my wife, and she didn’t complain.
