I stayed for one night on the day before a holiday, and my first impression was the warm, homey atmosphere. Both the interior and exterior have been renovated in a modern Japanese style while still retaining some of the charm of an old Ryokan. Since my room didn’t have a bath, I used the shared bathhouse around 6:00 PM; the water was about 42°C, pleasantly hot. It felt like it could fit around four people; there were about two other guests at the time. Breakfast was simple and familiar-tasting, which I enjoyed. The salted trout seemed like a local specialty.

I stayed here as a base for attending a game at PayPay Dome. The Room is compact, but the bathroom and toilet are separate, which made it more comfortable than expected. It’s also conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it easy to get around before and after the game. Recommended for travelers who want a comfortable stay at good value.

The Room was compact, and that was reflected in the accommodation rate, so we were able to stay at a reasonable price. Although the Room was small, it was more than enough for us since we mostly just slept there. Breakfast was complimentary, and we enjoyed some cute pastries. We also relaxed in the Room with complimentary coffee. Thank you very much.

It was a typical Business Hotel, but the breakfast buffet was satisfying, and I felt it offered excellent value for money.

For the past few years, I’ve been staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel whenever I visit Nago. Before that, I used other Accommodations as well. This Hotel is quiet, and 21st Century Forest Park (the beach) is just across the road—an excellent location, with a Starbucks also set to open on the beachside in mid-April 2026. The number of parking spaces in front of the Hotel is limited, but there is plenty of parking on adjacent lots (three locations within a 30-second to 2-minute walk), so it’s not an issue. There’s also a Seven-Eleven within a short walk (under 5 minutes). Emerald, a pasta & pizza place right near the Hotel, is delicious, serves generous portions, and offers reasonable prices. I plan to stay here again next time.

It’s a wonderful Hotel. The cleaning was thorough, and the breakfast was delicious. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, and we were able to relax in a lovely Room. All the front desk staff were very kind—almost to the point of making us feel undeserving. We will visit again.

Just a few minutes from the station, with York Benimaru and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. The Room was spacious—almost more than necessary. However, the bathtub was extremely small, and while showering my body touched the curtain, which was a bit unpleasant. Breakfast is free; there isn’t a huge variety, but everything was properly prepared and tasted great. I have no complaints at all. I think this Hotel keeps costs down by eliminating unnecessary space in the lobby and common areas, offering reasonable rates. It’s very practical for business trips or an overnight stay before golf.

This was our second stay here, but it was our first time trying the free curry. It was perfectly delicious—neither too home-style nor too much like a restaurant. My husband kept saying, “So good!” and had three bowls (lol). The location is excellent and the price is reasonable, so we’d love to stay again when traveling to Miyagi Prefecture. I chose this Hotel for my trip to Nagasaki to visit Poké Lids, as it’s close to the Togitsu stamp spot, offers free parking, and includes breakfast. The front desk was staffed by two men who were polite and courteous, and it felt like a Hotel that has been loved for many years. The Room was simple; if I had to mention one thing, I wish the unit bath door opened the other way, but that can’t really be helped. I also liked that the gown was the pull-over type. It didn’t come open, so I could sleep comfortably. Breakfast was delicious as expected. There was a wide variety of items, and the staff regularly wiped tables and refilled dishes with great attention to detail. If I have another chance to come here by car, I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This Hotel has an exceptionally large parking lot—so big it feels like there are more spaces than Rooms. The Room is clean and comfortable. There’s a small 100-yen shop corner in the lobby, which is quietly convenient. Breakfast is also of good enough quality. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Located just a short walk from Obihiro Station Bus Terminal, the access is excellent. The front staff were kind and welcoming, always greeting guests with phrases like "Have a nice day" as they passed by. Complimentary onsen bath salts were provided, allowing for a relaxing soak. The room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. Thanks to booking several months in advance, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. One downside was that my room was right next to the elevator, so I could constantly hear the sound of it moving up and down through the walls (it sounded like a dryer). However, I still managed to sleep well due to being tired—the bed and pillows were comfortable. Requesting a room farther from the elevator in advance might have avoided this issue. On the other hand, breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, including meat dishes, steamed vegetables, and omelets. Adding more variety in bread (such as sweet Danish pastries) or desserts (like sweet potato treats unique to Obihiro) would enhance satisfaction even further. Overall, this is an excellent Hotel with high satisfaction levels—I would definitely choose it again for my next stay in Obihiro!

I visit Ajiro for fishing and always choose this accommodation as my regular stay. It's so comfortable that I often end up extending my stay. The view is great, and the private bath is absolutely amazing. I will continue to support you!

I enjoyed using the on-site bath facility. The natural hot spring bath was very relaxing. Since my stay was No Meals Included, I cannot comment on the food, but I appreciated the complimentary late-night ramen, which was delicious. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Once again, I had a comfortable stay from start to finish, and this is a Hotel where I always want to stay whenever I visit the area. The building has been renovated and feels very clean, with thorough housekeeping not only in the guest rooms but throughout the entire property. The location is convenient, and having access to the large public bath allowed me to relax and recover from work fatigue. Dinner was delicious again, and since the menu was different from my previous stay, it felt fresh and enjoyable. It offers great value for money, with such a satisfying selection that there’s no need to go out for food or drinks. Highly recommended especially for those who want to take it easy at the Hotel. I was particularly touched by the thoughtful attention shown by one of the female staff members during dinner. This warm service is one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths. I would definitely like to stay here again whenever I visit this area—an Accommodation I’d love to make my regular choice and highly recommend.
