This trip was planned as a motorcycle touring trip with an overnight stay. When I arrived at the Accommodation, the front desk staff kindly guided my motorcycle to a covered area and even provided an umbrella, which I really appreciated. The bath wasn’t large, but it was more than satisfactory. Above all, I can highly recommend the meals. Dinner was very satisfying, like a course meal—from meat and sashimi to pudding for dessert. And breakfast? It also offered a variety of delicious items such as grilled fish, and just like dinner I went back for seconds of rice. I’d like to stay here again when visiting the Fukushima area. From the Room I could see Lake Inawashiro; it was quiet around there and I slept very well.

I made a Reservation with breakfast only and originally planned to go out for dinner and then enjoy the night view from Mt. Inasa. After sightseeing around the city during the day, I was exhausted and drenched in sweat. Once I checked in, the Harbor View high-floor Japanese-style Room truly lived up to its name—large windows and an even better view than I expected. Since I was so tired, I decided not to push myself to go out at night. Instead, I drove about 5 minutes to a supermarket to buy drinks and snacks. (There is a microwave in the vending machine area across from the shop.) After washing off in the large public bath, I relaxed by the big window and fully enjoyed sunset, afterglow, night views—every bit of Nagasaki’s scenery. Choosing this Hotel and this Room was absolutely the right decision.

This was my first time using this accommodation. The facility is small, and the building is old, so the equipment is average, but I think it is well-maintained. The sense of security during the stay and the breakfast service met my expectations and were satisfying. If I had to point out something, it would be that the bathroom operates on a gender-swapping schedule, limiting usage times, and there is only one elevator, which can lead to waiting during busy hours. That said, there are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, making it a very convenient location.

The Facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed a relaxing dinner in our Room. We were very satisfied with both the price and what was included, making it a wonderful one-night stay. Thank you very much. That said, while the simple style was nice in its own way, we would have appreciated a few thoughtful words from the Accommodation staff at check-in and check-out, or a small service such as offering a cup of coffee after breakfast.

The staff’s attentive and warm hospitality made us feel at ease throughout our stay. When we mentioned that we don’t like game meat, they kindly accommodated us by switching to vegetable tempura, which we truly appreciated. The room we stayed in, “Rigen-no-Ma,” was spotless and beautiful, as if it had just been renovated. As soon as we opened the door, the fresh scent of new tatami filled the room. Another highlight was the clear air and natural breeze unique to this mountain setting at an elevation of about 800 meters. With no mosquitoes or moths around, we were able to relax on the open veranda without screens, listening to the sound of clean running water and autumn insects—an experience that helped us forget everyday life. The private open-air bath felt a bit small, but the large public bath on the first floor was spacious and allowed us to soak in comfort. It was a pleasant stay wrapped in warm hospitality in this unique lodging associated with Shugendo practitioners.

Whenever I travel to Fukuyama on business, this is my regular Accommodation. No matter when I stay, the front desk staff are kind, and the Room is clean, so I can stay with peace of mind. This time I was too busy to have breakfast, but next time I would definitely like to enjoy it again.

I stayed for one night. The large public bath helped relieve my driving fatigue. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient. The parking lot in front of the Hotel was full due to vehicles from construction business travelers, but I was still able to park somehow. I would like to stay again.

I usually stay at a Hotel near the station, but during the Obon holiday period everything was expensive, so I stayed here for the first time. Since it was much cheaper than nearby Hotels, I arrived with some apprehension, but it turned out to be a satisfying Hotel. It’s more than enough for those who plan to drink nearby until late and just need a place to sleep. Amenities and services are minimal, but the additional Facilities were more than adequate, everything was well cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. There is a coin-operated parking lot right in front of the Hotel; it wasn’t overly expensive and there were plenty of spaces, so it wasn’t an issue. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

When visiting Utsukushigahara and Matsumoto Castle for the first time, we chose Miyamaso mainly because it had the best room rate. Since it was so reasonably priced, we were a little worried at first... But after staying there, it was great!! The meals were especially good. There was more than enough food, and everything was delicious!! Next year we’d like to visit Kamikochi, and we’re hoping to stay here again.

I stayed here to attend a live show at Tokyo Garden Theater. It’s not far from the nearest stations on the Rinkai Line or the private Yurikamome Line, and it’s right next to Ariake Garden, with an Onsen, theaters, and shopping. You can even get there from the Hotel without an umbrella on rainy days. I’ve never stayed at such a convenient Hotel before. The Hotel was also very clean, and the seafood rice bowl at breakfast is something you rarely find elsewhere. The staff were always smiling, and I’d definitely like to stay here again for my next concert. Tokyo Disneyland is also within about 30 minutes, which is great for families who want to split up and do different things.

We recently stayed at Suimeikan for two nights. Because my daughter has pancreatitis, she needs to keep her fat intake to 10g or less per day. When we consulted with you about this, you adjusted the meals as much as possible within your limits, and my daughter was able to enjoy delicious food and feel completely satisfied. Even though we caused you extra trouble, you responded with warm smiles, and I can’t thank you enough. The service from the manager and all the staff was outstanding. The large public bath was excellent as well. We may cause you trouble again, but we will definitely come back to stay.

My mother came from Gifu, and we stayed here to meet up and attend a concert. We chose this property for its convenient Shinkansen access and an easy-to-find location, as my mother is elderly. The access was so good that we’re considering staying here again in the future. I also decided on the day to celebrate my mother’s birthday and called to request a cake arrangement; they handled it kindly and professionally, and we were very satisfied.

We stayed here for our family trip at the end of summer vacation. It was a special Room—the only one of its kind in the Hotel. It had the space of two Rooms plus a living area, and an exceptionally large bathroom—about the size of another Room—with a spacious bathtub where you can fully stretch out, as well as a separate shower room. The bubble-bath function had been removed, but features such as the marble flooring gave it a very luxurious feel. There were also private stairs, a ramp, and an exclusive corridor leading to this special Room, with outstanding attention to privacy. From the Room, we enjoyed breathtaking views over all of Lake Megami and the surrounding mountains. There were three large TVs, which delighted our children, and we could use the air conditioning as well, so we stayed comfortable throughout our visit. The public bath included an open-air bath and even two saunas, and the lockers were clean. From the open-air bath we could look out over Lake Megami and the mountains while relaxing in the Onsen. We enjoyed cooling off in the cold bath, watching clouds drift by, and taking our time to fully appreciate Tateshina Onsen. As it was peak season, both dinner and breakfast were buffet only; while there weren’t many items overall, each dish was truly delicious. The coffee did not seem to be freshly drip-brewed from a machine like those found at some buffets, so having a coffee machine would be nice. Next time we are very much looking forward to trying kaiseki cuisine at the basement-level restaurant as well. As an IKYU.com Diamond member benefit I requested late check-out; unfortunately it wasn’t possible due to peak season demand. Still, this is such a wonderful Hotel that we wanted to stay even longer—the Room was beautiful, spacious, and impressive in every way. Thank you also for the Diamond member gifts (a bottle of wine and souvenirs from Nagano). Since in Parking Lot No. 1 the wheelchair-priority space is shared with EV charging spaces, I think it would be better to separate them so that enough spaces can be secured to meet nighttime EV charging demand while keeping accessible parking available at all times. We arrived at 11:00 and completed check-in procedures first; the front desk staff were excellent. We requested early check-in but it wasn’t possible due to peak season; however when keys became available before 3:00 p.m., they were handed out in order of completion of procedures—so arriving early was worthwhile for us after all. We will be staying in this same Room again in the future as well; thank you in advance from our whole family for your continued hospitality. Thank you very much to all staff members.”

I stayed at Ogawaya for two nights, and dinner was excellent on both days. The second night in particular made me very happy with its full Hida beef course. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. There are many staff members from Southeast Asia, and most of them provide warm hospitality with sincere effort and a smile. The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The welcome sweet, blueberry daifuku, was also delicious! It would be even better if the skincare amenities were a bit higher quality. Thank you very much.

The building was new and very clean, so we had a truly comfortable stay. It was also a pleasant distance from the station—perfect for strolling back and forth. Kanazawa Station was wonderful, and the city center was beautiful as well. We’d love to visit Kanazawa again in a different season, and we hope to stay here again then. Thank you very much.

I found this hotel while looking for a place to stay for a trip to Ise-Shima. It wasn’t too far from the station, and it was close to the coast and Meoto Iwa, so we really enjoyed walking around. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent, making our stay very pleasant. If we have the chance to visit Ise-Shima again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for everything.

We stay here every year with our dog. This time, we visited again in October after a while. We had booked a cottage for four, but they kindly upgraded us—perhaps because a Pet Welcome Cottage happened to be available. The facilities have been modernly renovated, and the kitchen was equipped with a microwave and tableware. For longer stays, dining at the restaurant every day can get repetitive, so it’s great that you can bring your own food as well. A new dog run has also been added separately near the cottage entrance. It’s our family’s favorite place—comfortable and pleasant no matter when we visit.

I often use this Hotel for day-use stays.\nTrue to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. The authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are also excellent, leaving both body and mind refreshed.\nI also love that they regularly offer löyly sessions.\nThe restaurant is highly recommended as well, with a superb location where you can enjoy Kobe’s night views.

I stayed in a Moderate room with the breakfast-included plan. The room had a chic atmosphere with a simple, minimalist setup. Although I stayed alone, the linens were prepared for two—just as you’d expect from Hotel New Otani. The soundproofing was solid, and I couldn’t hear voices from the next room. A female housekeeping staff member I passed in the hallway stopped what she was doing to greet me. I felt genuine hospitality not only from the front desk staff, and it really warmed my heart. I’ll be happy to stay again. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay, and the Hotel lobby was spacious and wonderful. The Room was also large and comfortable. In the four-person Room, one bed was on the opposite side, and it was disappointing that there were no power outlets only there. The TV supported online streaming services, so it was great to watch what I like. It was easy to understand that the refrigerator power is controlled by a switch. The large public bath had an outdoor bath and four tubs of different sizes. The door to the large public bath also worked with the Room key card, so I felt safe with solid security. There were AEON and Coop Sapporo nearby, and we enjoyed both shopping malls. Due to my vacation schedule, I made separate one-night Reservations for two nights (a Multiple Night Stay), but I’m glad they changed it so I could stay in the same Room for both nights.
