The Hotel Room was a double Room, and it felt cleaner and nicer than I expected. The size was just right. Breakfast was buffet-style with a good variety of dishes and some desserts, and everything was delicious. The front desk staff were polite and made me feel welcome. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

As soon as I entered the Room, I noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom (a damp smell?) and contacted the staff. They promptly arranged a Room change, which allowed me to stay comfortably. I truly appreciate the staff’s personality and kindness. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

It was unfortunately raining that day, so we stopped by the newly opened Izu no Kuni History Museum “Izushiru” before checking in. The welcome drink system, where you can choose your preferred drink from a vending machine, felt efficient and practical. I absolutely loved the gift zori sandals in our Room and will take good care of them. We used the private open-air bath again this time. There are now two washing stations, so even as a couple we didn’t have to wait and it was very comfortable. The slightly thick, silky hot spring water is wonderful. The floor chair in the Room had been replaced with a higher chair, making it even more comfortable than before. Since it was raining, we enjoyed soaking in the open-air bath attached to our guest room and watching baseball on one of the two TVs that can receive satellite channels. All of the meals were delicious and the portions were just right. After dinner, being able to use the coffee machine in the lobby also added to our satisfaction. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. There’s no excessive service—just a great Accommodation you can enjoy even on rainy days—and my wife likes it too, so it’s becoming our regular place in Izu Nagaoka. We look forward to staying again.

The roads in Arima Onsen are narrow, and they kept getting narrower on the way to the Hotel parking area, which made us a bit anxious, but we arrived safely. The staff were kind and attentive, and there were snacks and drinks in the lobby, so we could relax. The Room was also clean and well prepared; we took a short rest and enjoyed a walk around the Onsen town, which was fun. Since we requested a later dinner time, we were able to enjoy the bath at a leisurely pace. We thoroughly enjoyed plenty of meat with our meal. The other dishes also felt carefully prepared and were delicious. It was also nice that we could enjoy dessert in the lobby later in the evening after taking some time. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been better if breakfast items like bacon and sausages were served hot. We thought this might be our first and last trip to Arima Onsen, but now my spouse and I would like to visit again. We were happy with the Room upgrade—thank you very much.

We stayed here after returning from Disney. It was our first time at an unmanned hotel, but check-in was smooth and exactly as described in the email sent to us in advance. As other reviews mentioned, there was no toothpaste, so we were glad we brought our own! Since the shampoo is a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, it may be a good idea to bring your own treatment as well. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there was no noise from upstairs or downstairs, and we were able to relax as if we were at home. We would definitely stay again if we have the chance!

I stayed one night in a Japanese-style room as a solo traveler. It’s very close to the station, the front desk staff were helpful, there is a large public bath, free coffee service, and everything was very clean—I’m glad I chose this place. However, since there is only one public bath and it alternates between men and women by time slot, I couldn’t use it in the morning, which was disappointing. Other than that, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again when I visit Hakodate.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. They patiently explained things I didn’t understand, and even made me coffee. Thank you very much. Regarding the Facility, while business Hotels generally don’t offer this, it would be helpful to have something in the Room to hang laundry when washing small items that don’t need to be taken to a coin laundry.

You can really feel the dignity of a long-established Ryokan. It had the distinguished atmosphere of an Accommodation that hosts the Kisei title match. After arrival, my companion was delighted with the welcome beer (or soft drink). We used the complimentary beer voucher during our stay after bathing and enjoyed a delicious post-bath beer. Dinner was served in our Room, so we could relax and take our time. I had breakfast in the dining area, though it seems in-room breakfast is also available. I say that because a staff member mistakenly came to deliver breakfast to our Room (an error). Both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, making great use of local ingredients. Breakfast in particular was simple but delicious. At checkout, the staff apologized for the breakfast mix-up, and the proprietress also offered her apologies. That kind of thoughtfulness felt like true Japanese Ryokan hospitality.

Staying in this relocated traditional house made me feel pleasantly nostalgic. It was also great that the bath was available 24 hours a day—my skin felt smooth and moisturized afterward. And above all, the seafood was outstanding. Every dish felt like a main course, and then the final blow was the nodoguro rice bowl—I thought my stomach would burst, but it was so delicious I couldn’t leave any and finished it all. Even though I wasn’t fully hungry yet, breakfast was incredibly good as well. It was my first time eating squid with grated daikon—what an eye-opener; I’m going to try it at home. The rice was delicious too, and then there was even abalone-and-mozuku rice porridge with a nice kick of ginger. Once again, I ate everything. I was afraid to step on the scale after getting home. But I definitely want to come back.

We stayed at Nadeshiko no Ma. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the Room was spacious and spotless, the in-room bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water was excellent, and the meals were truly delicious. This is an Accommodation we will definitely return to.

Whenever we travel to Osaka with our dog, we always stay here. Because the Hotel and pet hotel are in the same facility, we can leave our dog there and still visit USJ, which is a huge help. Even when we leave our dog at the pet hotel, they send us photos and videos multiple times so we can feel at ease. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next trip to Osaka.

We stayed for two nights as a family. Just as the Reviews said, the food was delicious and we were very satisfied. However, there was more than we could finish and we ended up leaving some, so we wished there had been a Plan with smaller portions. At dinner, we had seats with a beautiful view of the sunset. If we have another chance to visit Sado, we would definitely like to stay again.

First of all, both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I recommend this Accommodation for anyone who wants to step away from everyday life, even briefly, and enjoy an elevated version of it. The building does show its age to some extent, but thanks to renovations and thorough cleaning, the stay was very comfortable. In particular, the bathroom changing area was kept so clean that even our germ-conscious family was surprised. As other Reviews mention, the road up to the Accommodation is extremely steep. Not recommended for a front-engine rear-wheel-drive manual car. Overall, we were satisfied, including the view.

The staff are very pleasant, and I use this Hotel every time. The Room is clean, and the satisfaction level is high; I really like this Hotel. I will use it again. Thank you very much.

I stayed the night before because I had errands near Kanra Town the next day and was coming from far away. It was my first time using this type of Facility, but since it is standalone, I didn’t have to worry about bothering others. You do need to go to the building with the front desk to pick up amenities, but the Room had one large and one small towel provided, and everything I needed was available, including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and hair dryer. It was also a nice service that one frozen snack is free. There were options like pilaf, yaki udon, pasta, and bento meals. I often feel dissatisfied with weak shower water pressure elsewhere, so I really appreciated how strong it was here. If I had to mention one minor point, there is fairly steady traffic on the road in front of the property, so I could hear cars when going to sleep. Depending on where your Room is located, you may not notice it. A convenience store and gas station are nearby, and Mentai Park was about 5 minutes away as well—so even though it wasn’t in my plans at first, I was able to stop by. Overall, I was very satisfied and felt I chose a great place to stay.

Despite the low price, the Room was clean, and being able to take off my shoes and relax on the carpet in a Western-style Room was incredibly comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were free to use, and they even stored my ice packs in the freezer for me. Breakfast was also excellent, with both bread and rice available, plus several kinds of side dishes. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was very satisfied. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. It’s a shame there’s no large public bath, but other than that, there’s nothing to complain about.

I’m glad I chose this hotel for my first trip to Wakayama. For this price, I was very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. I also enjoyed using the lounge, and the snacks were delicious. I will definitely stay at Mercure again on my next trip. Thank you for the wonderful service.

All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and thanks to their warm hospitality we felt comfortable throughout our stay. As it was my birthday, they went out of their way to take care of us and even prepared a wonderful surprise, which truly made us happy. Thanks to them, we were able to celebrate an unforgettable birthday. We are grateful for everyone’s thoughtfulness—it became a cherished memory. We would love to stay again.

It was my first time staying at Shigira Resort, and I’m truly glad we chose Allamanda! From day one, the staff’s smiles and greetings made us feel so welcome that I already wanted to come back. I didn’t use the private pool in the room, but it was still fun to enjoy the lounge and take walks around the property. I also heard they keep 10 sea turtles on-site, and we were able to see many of them. The shuttle bus ran on time, and even without renting a hotel cart, we could spend our time efficiently and comfortably. The best part was definitely the breakfast buffet! There was a great variety of both Japanese and Western options, all delicious. It’s understandable that it gets crowded, but we were still able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The shower room available after returning from transfers or activities was also very helpful. The amenities were POLA B.A., and the bath products were from an overseas brand—I would have been happier if they had been ReFa. The waffle-textured pajamas left marks on my skin by morning, but they were comfortable to sleep in. I’m sorry for having you arrange a taxi only for our plans to be canceled. We also enjoyed golf—the location was amazing! Overall, we were extremely satisfied, and next time we visit Miyakojima, we definitely want to stay at Allamanda again. Two nights didn’t feel like enough, but that just makes us want to come back—so I guess that’s a good thing. Thank you very much; we made wonderful memories!

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people.
