This was my second stay this year. It’s conveniently located near the station, with many restaurants nearby. The building looks a bit old from the outside, but it seems to have been renovated, and everything is very clean throughout. The breakfast venue staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast featured many local dishes made with regional ingredients; everything was delicious, and I ate a lot. I was so full that I couldn’t try every item, but I’d like to recommend it to my family and friends. This time the Accommodation was quite affordable, and during this period we also received an additional discount through the Go To Travel campaign. Thank you for letting us stay at this price. I’d like to stay again.

The Room had a private Onsen with an amazing view, and being able to soak in it again and again was truly soothing. My wife and I also had a wonderful time together. Thank you very much for your courteous, kind service, including the teppanyaki dishes we ordered additionally. Reservations are rarely available, but if possible, we would love to stay at this Accommodation again.

A last-minute trip to Izu came up, and we stayed for two nights. We were extremely satisfied with the hospitality that far exceeded our expectations, the well-trained staff, the clean Room, and the delicious meals. Since we stayed in a Room with an open-air Onsen bath, we did not use the public bath, but everything was well maintained and it was a very satisfying trip. We will visit again.

The Room features Ryukyu-style tatami mats, which may be especially appealing to female guests, and the overall atmosphere felt like a Ryokan with the convenience of a Business Hotel, which was very nice. There is an irori hearth in the breakfast venue, and it was great to be able to eat around it. It would have been even better if a real fire had been lit at night.

This was my second stay. I chose the corner Room with a shower booth again because I really like it. It was spacious, and I was able to relax and stay comfortably. For dinner, I chose Chinese cuisine. Since I can’t eat that much, I went with a smaller course. It included an appetizer, chili shrimp, mapo tofu, fried rice, soup, and some light dim sum. To be honest, I was surprised at how unexpectedly delicious it was. Is it seasoned to suit Japanese tastes? Breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay again.

This was our first time staying here. I was a little surprised that the Hotel’s main entrance is accessed from beside Takubokutei, but once inside, a calm and welcoming atmosphere opened up, which I really appreciated. After taking the elevator up to the guest Room floor, I was first impressed by how spacious the elevator hall was. Then, upon entering the Room, I was even more surprised by its size and its refined, relaxing ambiance. We were able to unwind comfortably and had a very pleasant stay. As for the Onsen, we used Takubokutei’s bath on the first day and Kaikyo no Kaze’s bath the next morning. Takubokutei’s open-air bath felt wonderfully refreshing and open, but Kaikyo no Kaze’s large public bath was a serene space with just the right amount of natural light from outside, allowing us to relax at length—it quickly became my favorite. The seafood dishes were all delicious, and both my wife and I were very satisfied. Since it was buffet-style dining, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but both dinner and breakfast were high quality and exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Hakodate.

I stayed here when attending a concert at GLION ARENA KOBE. It’s conveniently located between Sannomiya Station and the arena, making it easy to get around. The front desk is on the second floor, and I couldn’t find the entrance at first, so I entered from the parking area. The parking staff and someone I passed in the corridor kindly guided me, which I really appreciated. Everyone at the front desk was also very helpful. It unexpectedly started raining, and they called a taxi for me as well, handling everything pleasantly. They can store your luggage too. I’d like to stay here again next time I’m in Kobe. Just as the Reviews said, every dish we had been looking forward to was truly delicious. We were impressed by the careful seasoning and attention to detail, even in the side dishes. The Facility felt historic, but everything—including the bath—was well maintained and very clean. We were looking for an Accommodation with a tatami Room so it would be comfortable for our one-year-old. We were a bit nervous that our child might touch the hanging scrolls or shoji screens, but our meals were served separately from other guests, and it was still very easy to spend time here even with a child. Above all, everyone at the Accommodation was warm and welcoming, which made our stay truly comfortable. We’re sorry for any trouble caused by our child, but we sincerely appreciated your kind support until the very end. We visited as a family to celebrate my parents’ 60th birthday, and they were extremely satisfied. It became a once-in-a-lifetime family memory. Thank you very much.

The location, cleanliness throughout the property, and amenities were all excellent. I think the level of satisfaction for this price is very high. Many European guests were staying there as well, so I believe it is well regarded internationally.

Five of us stayed over the weekend of 7/25–26. We debated for a long time between this place and another Hotel, but chose this one because the Onsen was a big draw. Since it was a weekend after summer vacation started, we were worried it would be crowded—whether we could get into the bath at a good time and whether we’d be able to enjoy the breakfast service—but in the end our timing was perfect. We were able to relax in the bath, and we were very satisfied with the complimentary breakfast. We also enjoyed the welcome drink, and considering how affordable it was, we were extremely happy with all the services. From now on, whenever we travel, if there’s a Hotel like this at our destination, we’ll definitely choose it. At breakfast, one of the female staff members kept everything well stocked and moving smoothly. It seemed there was an issue with the miso soup machine, so she kindly came around to each table asking if anyone wanted miso soup. She was friendly and warm-hearted, which left a great impression. If we ever come back to Hiroshima again someday, we’d love to stay with you again.

To be honest, I stayed without high expectations, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The Room was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. The service was attentive. Relaxing in the Onsen helped me unwind and recover from daily fatigue. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

Check-in is automated, and you need to pick up amenities from the front desk, but staff are always there to assist with check-in, and security feels very solid. The tea, coffee, and toothbrush amenities were on par with a luxury Hotel. The Room was also very comfortable for working: the desk and functional designer chair were great, plus there was a separate sofa and mini table, and plenty of power outlets. There are four wall-mounted hangers which is convenient, but there is no closet, so it may not suit guests with lots of clothes. A carry-on suitcase fit easily by the bedside. You can see the Hotel from the Shinkansen exit, and although the subway entrance has stairs, it’s right in front of the Hotel—very convenient. I’d like to stay again.

We were very satisfied with the happy hour and breakfast, and the amenities were well stocked. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall nearby, and the front desk and staff were very helpful. The Room was very clean, and it felt like it had been thoroughly cleaned down to every detail. Thank you for taking care of us.

As this is a No Meals Included plan, no meals are provided. The Onsen and bath are in a unit bathroom. The guest rooms are designed with no wasted space, minimizing dead space. Since it was summer in Sapporo, opening the window let in a pleasant breeze and was comfortable. The location is convenient and close to the downtown area, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat or drink.

This was my first time staying at a Hotel in Shimonoseki. The Room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two nights for my university entrance exams. Perhaps because I informed them in advance, I was able to relax in a very quiet Room. I also used the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was so delicious I ended up eating too much.

I was supposed to bring the Room towels to the Onsen, but a staff member who happened to be checking the water kindly brought me towels, so I could relax in the hot water and feel refreshed. The dinner was also delicious.

We stayed for one night with a child (No Meals Included), and the staff were very courteous. After walking around for sightseeing, our child was tired and in a bad mood, and I was exhausted from long-distance driving and sightseeing as well. We were able to relax and ease our fatigue in the bath, and even enjoy a snowy view from the open-air bath (as a cold wave had arrived). The scenery was wonderful, and we were very satisfied. The Room was also kept clean and well prepared, providing a comfortable environment to rest.

Conveniently located near Tokoname Station, and close to the Pottery Footpath for sightseeing. Pros 1. The beds are spacious! A twin Room with two beds (one single and one double). 2. The bath is large and clean! It was almost private, so I could relax. 3. Free ice cream after the bath service and lots of manga. There were many titles I wanted to read if I had more time. 4. They stored my luggage before check-in. Cons 1. The Hotel name isn’t displayed near the entrance (it’s faded and hard to read). 2. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the Room lights. It would help to have clear instructions on the table or somewhere visible. 3. I was looking forward to the massage chairs after the bath, but they were out of order. 4. Since the elevator goes up to the rooftop, I went up hoping to see the stars, but it was locked and I couldn’t go out. Overall, it’s a Hotel I can recommend.

This was my fourth stay. It’s a wonderful Hotel with great value: an Onsen public bath, unlimited welcome drinks in the lounge until night, and above all, an excellent breakfast. I did notice the limited amenities, but given the outstanding cost performance, it may be unavoidable as a cost-saving measure. However, I would like to see improvement regarding the drinking water in the public bath being unavailable (it may have just been out of order that day). I usually choose a Plan with dinner and breakfast, and for the selectable dinner I ate at “Toyotsune,” but since their station-front branch across from the Hotel is currently closed, this time I chose breakfast only. The breakfast features Oita specialties such as freshly fried tempura from a live kitchen and “Ryukyu,” and you can also make a luxurious TKG using the branded egg “Ran-O.” Even the miso soup included Kurome seaweed from Oita, with a rich dashi flavor. It’s such an impressive spread that I look forward to it every time. The Room was also clean and comfortable with a smart TV. Thank you again for this stay.
