This was my first time staying here. Overall, it was good, but one disappointing point was that part of the inside of the bathtub had not been cleaned thoroughly and felt rough, which was unpleasant. I drained the water once, washed the tub, then refilled it before taking a bath.

I had a very comfortable stay. The service, food, and location were all very satisfying. One concern: I felt the height of the privacy screens at the large public bath might still allow it to be seen from the beach in front, which bothered me.

Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.

Quiet despite being close to the station. The room was also very quiet, and I slept soundly. The hot towel at check-in was so refreshing. Receiving a tablet at check-out gave me peace of mind. The Hotel staff also had a calm atmosphere, which helped me relax. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were very kind, and we were especially well taken care of by the restaurant team. When I asked where the nearest convenience store was so I could buy ice for watching a baseball game outdoors, they told me, “We have some here—please take as much as you need.” They gave us plenty, which was a huge help. We would love to stay again.

Nothing was lacking, and both the in-room bath and the large public bath were clean and easy to use. In fact, the large public bath is more than well equipped, with both a sauna and a stone sauna. It’s a simple Hotel, but there’s nothing missing, the price is reasonable, and I’m very satisfied. Next time I’d like to try the breakfast.

After checking out, I realized at the station that I had left something in the room and called. Their quick thinking and response were excellent. It’s about a 5-minute walk from Hanshin Amagasaki Station, which is convenient for getting to Namba, Osaka, or Kobe. There is also a convenience store nearby. Even with a last-minute Saturday stay, the price was reasonable, and I had no problems during my stay. This was my second stay, and it’s easy to find—so even I, who easily gets lost, could get there without any trouble from the start. I would like to stay here again.

Although it was a bit far from the station, there was a convenience store on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Facing a main road also made it easy to find. There is no large public bath or Onsen, but the in-room shower had been replaced with a Mirable showerhead, which felt new and nice. The amenity buffet was so well stocked that you could arrive empty-handed without any issues, and there were also pillows to choose from, so I could relax comfortably in an environment close to what I’m used to at home. On the front desk floor, there was a tea dispenser available at all times, and until 6:00 p.m., dumplings were provided as sweets. In addition, several kinds of obanzai and one alcoholic drink were served free of charge until 9:00 p.m., and I felt the complimentary services were very thorough. I booked the No Meals Included Plan but purchased a breakfast voucher on site and had breakfast as well. There was an excellent variety of Shizuoka-style items such as tuna sashimi, whitebait (shirasu), horse mackerel takikomi rice, and grilled eel (kabayaki), more than enough to leave me fully satisfied. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that there wasn’t an ice bucket provided in the room, so I ended up using paper cups at the ice machine, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

The building itself felt a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The private bath was relaxing, and we also had the large public bath all to ourselves, which was great (haha). If I have the chance to visit Aomori again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much for everything!

I stayed for two nights over the weekend. The location was convenient—close to the station, and just one stop to Kanayama by Limited Express. I drove to the Hotel, and it was very helpful that I could park for free both before check-in and after check-out. The Room was clean, and the amenities were plentiful; I was impressed to find different types of charging cables, a microwave, and even croissants available. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options—so many that it was hard to choose—and everything was delicious. I would definitely stay again!

Clean, spacious, stylish room, plus a large public bath with the perfect temperature and a very pleasant private bath. It was a very comfortable stay. However, part of the room had an unpleasant odor, there weren’t enough mirrors for three women, and the extra bed squeaked loudly, so I’m deducting one point.

We stayed with our dog. It was our first time here, and we were so satisfied that we made a Reservation for next year during our stay. There is no Onsen, but the Room was spacious and very clean. The sukiyaki dinner on the first night was outstanding, and it was a new way of eating it for us. We stayed two nights, and we were truly impressed that on the second night not only the main dish but everything from the appetizers onward was a completely different menu. All of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back next year.

Thank you for always providing a very clean and well-prepared Room.

Conveniently located right next to Hakata Station, this Business Hotel is excellent in every respect. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Fukuoka specialties, and everything was delicious.

We stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law and our 2-year-old grandchild, four of us in total, to visit the Anpanman Museum. The Room was spacious and clean, and our grandchild was thrilled and ran around happily. Adults could also take off their shoes and relax comfortably, which helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. It was conveniently close to the station, and breakfast was delicious with just the right portion size. During breakfast, we really appreciated your thoughtful attention to our grandchild. If we have a chance to visit Sendai again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

We chose this Hotel after reading Reviews and checking the price. All of the staff were kind, and the check-in explanation was very easy to understand. The Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. We were very satisfied because we could enjoy both Taiko no Yu and the Hotel’s Onsen! After getting tired from walking up the hill before arriving at the Hotel, the cold welcome drink was perfect! Our whole family was happy with our stay. Thank you!

My spouse, our first-grade son, and I stayed here, and our son—who loves bunk beds—really liked the Room. He was also delighted with the breakfast curry rice and cereal. There are Coco’s and Kappa Sushi nearby, so we had no trouble finding dinner options.

This was probably my third stay, and once again I was completely satisfied with my Hotel stay! It was my first time seeing the Halloween decorations, and I really enjoyed the different atmosphere. Breakfast was as delicious as ever, and I’d love to visit again. The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay this time as well. Thank you very much.

Dressed up with my sister and cousin, the three of us are enjoying a stylish lounge staycation. This is our return visit to RIHGA Royal Hotel. The afternoon tea and buffet in the lounge were delicious, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality is always wonderful—thank you as always. We’ll definitely be back.

Toba Grand Hotel To the General Manager and all staff, Once again, thank you very much for providing such a high-quality, safe, and consistently wonderful stay, along with truly blissful hospitality. The thoughtfully prepared cuisine was astonishingly delicious, and my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful trip that left us genuinely satisfied. Each time we experienced your warm smiles and refined service, we felt deeply happy and thought, “We’re so glad we chose to stay here.” I was truly moved by what can only be described as a “happiness-producing Hotel” that brings smiles to guest after guest. What makes your Hotel so exceptional is your challenging spirit—never settling for the current appeal, but always striving to create new moments of inspiration. As a devoted fan of Toba Grand Hotel—and as “Donguri Captain”—please allow me to share a few ideas with heartfelt appreciation: 1) Extend lounge hours (until 11:00 p.m.) Spending time in that sophisticated lounge is truly special. If guests could enjoy complimentary drinks until 11:00 p.m., the evening would become an even more memorable experience. 2) Revitalize the retro game arcade & festival-style corner If an energetic “festival corner” were added to that nostalgic and welcoming game arcade area, it would surely become a signature spot where both adults and children—across generations—could have an amazing time together! 3) Seasonal limited-time “all-you-can-eat fruit” buffet feature For example, “all-you-can-eat strawberries” in early spring or “all-you-can-eat melon” in summer. Having seasonal highlight events at the buffet would help attract repeat guests throughout the year and generate even more buzz—I’m confident it would be a great success. Of course, I fully understand that your staff’s working environment and operational considerations must come first. With that in mind, I would be grateful if you might keep these ideas in mind simply as one fan’s dream of “how wonderful it would be if this became possible.” With Toba Grand Hotel’s potential—and the passion of your entire team—I truly believe you will continue to be the region’s undisputed number-one Hotel. Going forward as well, let us guests join hands with you—the General Manager—and all staff members to make this wonderful Hotel shine even brighter together.
