Because this Hotel is located directly above Shin-Osaka Station, it’s recommended for first-time visitors to Osaka. Both JR and the subway are just steps from the ticket gates. From Shin-Osaka, you can easily access all of Osaka’s major sightseeing spots. The Facility is compact yet well designed and easy to use, so you can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Whenever I visit Mie Prefecture, I always choose Todaya for my Accommodation. The Room is clean, and the Onsen is wonderfully relaxing. The meals are so plentiful and high-quality that I can’t eat another bite! Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality are perfect. I’ll be staying again next year. I’m already looking forward to it.

I stayed here after hearing that the breakfast is highly rated. It really was delicious—well-made, clearly homemade, and truly satisfying. I’m glad I stayed. It was my first time staying at a Hokke Club, and it made me want to stay at Hokke Club hotels in other locations as well. I really appreciate being able to enjoy local specialties so deliciously. The bath and Room were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind. Both dinner and breakfast had just the right seasoning and portions, and everything was delicious. It would be perfect if breakfast included a small dessert bite and after-meal coffee. This was a Ryokan I would definitely like to stay at again and recommend to friends. I stayed here for the first time, mainly as a stopover. With the discount on IKYU.com, it was an excellent value. The Facility is luxurious throughout, and the staff were outstanding. Before my stay, I was a bit concerned about access since it’s slightly far from the subway station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot to Hisaya-odori and you can enter the underground shopping area, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. For dining, I used Nadaman in the Hotel with my dinner companion’s arrangements and ordered à la carte; the service was attentive and the food was delicious. It was such a comfortable stay that I regret not choosing this Hotel sooner.

Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.

I stay here several times a year and keep coming back—the natural aroma scents and carefully selected ingredients soothe me every time. The new summer welcome drink, which wasn’t available before, looked refreshing and was gentle on the body. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I was able to try all three syrups. Mint when I want to feel refreshed, cinnamon when my stomach feels tired, and red shiso when I feel like I might lose to the summer heat—each cup was truly comforting. I hope this becomes a regular offering from now on. The spiced chai at breakfast also felt uniquely special and was delicious.

It was a shame we arrived late, but since it was all-inclusive, we enjoyed drinks without hesitation. After 8:00 p.m., there were also plenty of snacks available. We had dinner in a lovely private annex, enjoyed live piano music at night, and even made use of the massage chair. The bath had tatami flooring that felt great underfoot, but the open-air bath was a little cool. Also, there were times when no one was at the front desk, which felt slightly unsettling—having a bell or similar would be helpful.

The location was excellent! The service was also outstanding, making this a truly memorable trip.

The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

I stay here every year on my business trips to Sendai. With direct access from the station, I feel safe even when checking in at night. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. I felt refreshed with no lingering fatigue from the first day, so I was able to stay active on the second day as well. I look forward to staying again next time.

I was very satisfied with the Hotel’s Facility, the staff service, and the dining options. In particular, the daily replenishment of drinks in the guest room, the spacious and comfortable large public bath, and the fireworks viewing area were excellent. However, the price was a little high. The only drawback was that the parking lot was a bit far away. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

The parking lot includes a multi-story facility and partnerships, making it perfect for those who wish to park their car and head out again. The lobby, front desk, Onsen, and guest rooms are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The Onsen features the famous moor hot spring water, which is a rare treat at this price point. Breakfast is served as a buffet packed with delicious specialties from the Tokachi region. Every dish was incredibly flavorful—truly impressive. Having visited Hokkaido multiple times before, I can confidently say that this Hotel offers some of the best cuisine in its price range. Additionally, when I contacted them later regarding forgotten items left behind during my stay, their response was extremely kind and thorough. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to retrieve my belongings without disrupting my travel plans. This Hotel truly lives up to its name as a premier destination with outstanding rooms, dining options, and service—a perfect combination for any traveler!

It was a wonderful stay, and I was very satisfied, with the unique aesthetic of architect Togo Murano felt throughout. The Hotel is surrounded by lush nature, making it pleasant to enjoy a relaxing walk. At the same time, taking the subway gets you to the city center in about 15 minutes, so access is very convenient. The breakfast I had been looking forward to offered just the right variety for both Western and Japanese options, and everything was delicious. Although I don’t usually wear provided pajamas, they matched the Hotel’s refined atmosphere perfectly, so I enjoyed wearing them this time. The walk from the elevator to my room was a bit long, but being able to stroll while admiring the beautiful courtyard view through the windows made even that travel time feel like a relaxing moment.

We stayed with a large group, gathering relatives from Ehime and the Kansai area. For our Konpira pilgrimage, the entrance had walking sticks, straw hats, chilled hand towels, and towels prepared, which was very helpful. It was also nice that our grandfather, who wasn’t going to Konpira-san, was allowed to use the lounge before check-in. The indoor bath also had a separate shower room, making it comfortable and relaxing even on rainy or cold days. The Room had a large window, a daybed, and two chairs, so we were able to unwind and relax. Breakfast was an irresistible selection for egg lovers—we really enjoyed it. The only disappointment was the dinner buffet selection. There were a lot of carbohydrates (maybe just local preference), but neither the meat nor fish dishes tasted particularly good, and there wasn’t much we wanted to eat. Still, we were able to relax with drinks again in the lounge afterward, so overall we were satisfied.

I thought it was a very nice Ryokan. Even though the building and Facility are understandably old, all of the staff were wonderful. Dinner had a wide variety of dishes, and for my growing son they kindly provided extra white rice in addition to the final rice course, which we really appreciated. The attendant was also very kind, and we enjoyed our meal at a relaxed pace. There were several baths and we couldn’t try them all, but I’d definitely like to come back and enjoy them again. One small downside was that the shower temperature in the bath area wasn’t consistent, but overall it was a great stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The sashimi set dinner featured local vegetables, and the sashimi was very fresh and delicious. The other dishes were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. The staff were kind, courteous, and attentive, making this a wonderful Accommodation. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I used to live in Kagawa Prefecture, so I’d been wanting to stay here at least once. The view from the Room was outstanding, with Yashima and the islands of the Seto Inland Sea visible. The Onsen water felt silky and gentle on the skin, and I was able to relax while listening to insects at night. The meals were made with local ingredients and were truly delicious. I also really appreciated the thoughtful hospitality of the staff, including those who welcomed us and took care of our dinner. Next time, I’d love to stay again with my children as well.

I stayed one night in a twin Japanese-style Room in the annex. The Room was new and very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The mattress firmness and pillow suited me well, so I slept soundly without any neck pain. Tea and welcome sweets were prepared in the lounge—the madeleines were especially delicious. The late-night chasoba was also tasty and just the right portion size. Above all, the breakfast buffet was amazing; there were so many options that if you don’t plan ahead, everything won’t fit on your plate. The pumpkin potage and the doria were particularly good. What impressed me most this time was the service. Whenever I seemed even slightly unsure, staff immediately offered help, and I was able to get to my Room smoothly. Thank you very much.
