I chose your Facility for relaxation after climbing Mount Fuji. The private and well-equipped space allowed me to fully enjoy my stay! The meals were also extremely delicious.

The Onsen was nice, and the staff's service was also good. It's unique to have a style where you take off your shoes and store them in a shoe locker, which you don't find elsewhere.

It was great to stay affordably in Shinjuku. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you!

With few days off in my usual routine, I booked this Accommodation at short notice because I wanted to relax in an Onsen for the first time in a while, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. The whole place has a strong Showa-era vibe, which felt pleasantly nostalgic to someone born in that era. They prepared a private dining room for us, and our family enjoyed a delicious meal together—both the quality and quantity were more than enough. We were also very satisfied with all the baths: the open-air bath attached to our Room, the large public bath, the outdoor Onsen bath, and even the private bath with karaoke. We could truly unwind. If I visit the Nagano area again, I’d like to stay here again.

I stay here every year. The Room is thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. There is no odor in the Room, making it very comfortable. The futon and pillows are fluffy, providing excellent sleep quality for a restful night. Quick wipes and dishwashing detergent are provided, along with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, TV, washing machine, dryer, and hairdryer—everything you might need. The shampoo and other amenities have a wonderful scent that was truly relaxing. I would love to stay here again next year. Thank you very much!

I often stay here when I’m on business in Osaka. It’s in a very convenient location, directly connected to Umeda Station via the underground mall. The Room is compact but new and clean, making it comfortable to stay in. There are many international tourists, but I’ve never been bothered by noise from neighboring Rooms. The bathroom has only a shower booth. The Room feels well designed to make the most of the limited space. Many Rooms face the street, so it doesn’t feel closed in. It would be even better if there were a desk suitable for working. There is no complimentary bottled water; instead, there is a water dispenser in the first-floor lobby.

This property uses a self check-in system. There are a few issues, such as no bidet toilet seat and older Facility, but it is sufficient for an overnight stay. Breakfast was served in a nicely renovated space; even during the three-day weekend it wasn’t crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it. The coffee, fried egg, and pudding were delicious. The staff were also courteous. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room felt a bit small, but for me as an exam taker, it was a space where I could focus. However, the breakfast portion was small.

We were very satisfied with the meals. When we weren’t sure what to choose, we went with the sukiyaki course recommended as “If you’re in trouble, choose this,” and it was more than enough—very satisfying. The taste was great as well. My wife and I even said that the head chef must be excellent. The bath would have been even better with an open-air bath. The water temperature was on the lukewarm side, which meant you could stay in for a long time—I liked it. The Facility felt a bit old, but overall we thought it was really great. The staff in charge of service were very polite, and everyone was pleasant. Next time, I’d like to bring our son.

Ideal for business use. Enjoy the large public bath, a rarity these days! Unlike unit baths in Room bathrooms, you can stretch your legs and soak up to your shoulders, relieving fatigue. There is also a sauna, clean and satisfying. Breakfast is self-service but convenient as you pick small dishes one by one. Located in the top-floor panoramic restaurant, you can enjoy meals while gazing at the Pacific Ocean. Although there is an attached pachinko parlor, with separate elevators and Hotel rooms located on higher floors, it does not affect the environment at all. Even on rainy days, the indoor multi-story parking lot has plenty of space; after parking, take the elevator directly to the front desk (7th floor), making it more convenient than flat parking lots. I would love to stay again!

In recent years, due to the impact of inbound tourism, accommodation prices had risen, so it had been a while since I stayed at a Livemax Hotel. However, the room was compact and easy to use. Having a microwave provided was convenient and helpful.

We used a 4-person Room with three people. All the front desk staff were very kind, and the Room was spacious, so we had a comfortable stay. We also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate, but since there was no changing area, we weren’t sure where to change. We’re not particularly shy, but it would be nice to have something like a curtain for privacy. Other than that, we were satisfied.

As this is a simple Hotel, it can’t be helped that the room is small, but I wish the bathroom and toilet area had been a bit more spacious. The bed and main room were excellent. It was comfortable.
