I was looking for an affordable Accommodation for a 10-night Multiple Night Stay and ended up here. The toilet and bathroom are shared, but having a private Room at this price is truly appreciated. The location is also great—right near Chion-in Temple, and within walking distance of Gion-Shijo and Heian Shrine. (I even walked to Ginkaku-ji.) The landlady is usually there from around 9:00 to 21:00, which made me feel safe. The Room and bathrooms are clean, and both the landlady and other guests are friendly, making it very comfortable. In the dining area there is a toaster, microwave, and hot/cold water dispenser, so you can do simple cooking. Free coffee and tea are also available, so I enjoyed a relaxed breakfast every day. Highly recommended!

It was very convenient and helpful being so close to the station. Thank you for the calm atmosphere and your courteous service. Located just steps from the JR railway station, the property offers a slightly retro charm and stunning sea views from the top floor on the 5th level. However, it is regrettable that payment methods are still limited to cash or credit card only.

The price matched what I expected, so there were no issues. Thank you very much. If I had to mention one thing, I was able to book a Room from the waitlist and left a comment requesting a change from a smoking Room to a non-smoking Room, but I did not receive any reply, which was disappointing.

We stayed in a twin room as a couple. The parking is about 100m away at the 24-hour supermarket Lamoo, and they provide service tickets, which made us feel secure even when arriving late at night. The JR station is also conveniently located about 200m away in a quiet area. Although the accommodation seems to have been around for some time, the facility appears renovated and does not feel outdated. The twin room we stayed in was a corner room, very spacious with two double beds that were more than comfortable. The interior and furnishings were tasteful as well. These days, I couldn't help but wonder if it's really okay to offer such quality with breakfast included at this price! Breakfast lived up to its reputation—it was delicious. The choice of rice and how it was cooked felt different from typical hotel breakfasts. Perhaps due to competition with chain hotels or accommodations in Himeji, this hotel offers great value for money. Personally, I would choose this hotel again next time. I rarely write reviews, but my satisfaction level was so high that I decided to share my experience here for your reference!

The reservation was made on short notice, but the front desk staff handled it smoothly. I appreciate their attentive service. I stayed one night in a twin Room with my daughter on our trip to Kyoto. Despite being a twin, it was incredibly affordable and very clean. After that, we stayed at a decent Hotel in Osaka, but in terms of value for money this place was overwhelmingly better—if anything, the Room itself was better than some mediocre mid-range Hotels. On the morning of our stay, they kindly stored our luggage so we could explore Kyoto. Being able to leave our bags before check-in was extremely helpful. I’d love to stay again. If there were Hotels like this elsewhere, I would definitely use them too.

The Room and Facility are clean. Having laundry facilities was very helpful. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It was my first time dining on a riverside platform, and I was truly impressed. Even at night, it was much more comfortable than the heat in the city—perhaps thanks to the surrounding greenery and the river. Since it’s by the river, I worried about insect bites, but there were none, which was a relief. I’d love to visit again during the autumn foliage season. The only disappointment was the large public bath. The women’s bath could fit four people, but the men’s bath could only fit two, so my husband said he had to soak quickly and get out in a hurry. If it were a bit larger, everything would have been perfect!

Stayed with my 93-year-old mother. The room and restaurant were on the second floor, and while the lack of an elevator might be a drawback for elderly guests, the staff kindly provided a wheelchair and assisted us by carrying it up the stairs. The bath was clean, with flowing hot spring water, which was excellent. The room had been renovated and was very clean; however, there were many steps inside the room that could be challenging for elderly guests (though not an issue for younger visitors). From our room, we had a view of the well-maintained garden, which I imagine would be stunning during autumn foliage season. Located within a golf course facility, there is also an impressive rock sculpture—possibly man-made or utilizing natural elements—that is worth seeing. The golf course itself is well-maintained and makes this accommodation ideal for those planning an overnight golfing trip.

It would be great if you could partner with a parking lot. Otherwise, the location is excellent and I’m very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed with my beloved dog and 2-year-old child. The private bath was spacious and very relaxing, and the restaurant for dinner was wonderful and memorable. Both the accommodation and the restaurant were pet-friendly, making our stay extremely comfortable. We would love to visit again as a family. The Halloween decorations matched the atmosphere perfectly and were lovely.

The building itself feels like a work of art, offering a unique and special experience just by staying here. The spatial design is intriguing, allowing you to enjoy an extraordinary atmosphere. Since the architecture is very distinctive, it provides a completely different experience from a typical Hotel. The entire building is enveloped in the gentle scent of wood, creating a warm and comforting ambiance. The area was peaceful with refreshing air and an overall pleasant atmosphere. It was a stay that made me want to visit Okayama again.

I reserved the smallest and cheapest Room, but it was a single and absolutely no problem. The bed was spacious, and the refrigerator was perfectly chilled. Some Hotels have poor water pressure, but that was not the case at all. Check-in and check-out were smooth and excellent.

A newly opened Hotel (built last year), so it’s new and clean. The staff are polite and attentive, which leaves a good impression. The Room amenities are also new, so many aspects have been improved. There is an izakaya on the lobby floor. The Room is small, but more than sufficient for a single guest. I stayed at an APA Hotel in Aomori the day before; as a single guest I had four pillows, which I didn’t need. They just got in the way, and I only used two anyway. This time in Morioka there were only two pillows, which was better.

This is my second stay. When I feel tired, I come here to relax, bring what I like, and enjoy doing whatever I want. The bath can be used freely, going in and out as you please, without worrying about others. Each room has a unique charm that excites me. The staff at the front desk are kind and excellent in their service.

Stayed at the main building of Ine Ebisuya Chitose. The beautifully renovated traditional house offers a whole-house rental with two twin-bed Rooms on the second floor, which we used for three people. The first floor features a spacious living room equipped with plates and cutlery. The thick beams and pillars were stunning, making it a wonderful Facility. As there were no staff on-site, access to the entrance was via a password provided by email, so I rated the service 3 stars.

It was my first time using it. The room had an auto-lock system, so even as a woman, I felt safe staying there! I was looking for a place just to sleep, and the amenities were sufficient and the inside was clean, so I was satisfied with staying at this price! With No Meals Included, I received 600 PayPay points and could stay for 5400 yen. I definitely want to use it again!!
