The carefully prepared breakfast was excellent. The cold-water pitcher in the Room was also a nice touch.

A luxurious experience surrounded by vintage furniture in a spacious Room. Even though it was midsummer and hot outside, the temperature inside was comfortable with low humidity despite the absence of air conditioning, which was truly impressive. The fresh and clear air made the stay incredibly pleasant. It was an amazing opportunity to experience living in an ideal Room like this.

It was a stylish and simple hotel. It was just right for No Meals Included. The hotel staff were all lovely, easy to talk to, and provided courteous service!

Thank you for kindly accommodating our late arrival. The women’s bath had a great variety of shampoos, cleansing oils, and facial cleansers, which was very helpful. The futon was comfortable, and our child said they want to stay again!

I used this facility for a visit to Koriyama after a long time. Although the facility was understandably old, it was well-cleaned, and the staff provided polite service, which made me satisfied. (I did not use the bath, so I cannot comment on it.)

The location is excellent for visiting Mikata Goko Terrace. The room faced the lake (or sea), offering a wonderful view. The open-air bath was particularly enjoyable. The quality of the onsen water was also very good. Although some reviews mentioned concerns about aging, the tatami mats were new, and the facility was well-maintained and clean, allowing for a very comfortable stay.

It was helpful to be able to leave my luggage in the shared space before check-in.

This was my first stay. I was worried after reading reviews about delays during check-in, but the process went very smoothly. The room was clean and well-maintained, and although some reviews mentioned noise issues, I didn’t experience any disturbances and had a comfortable stay. The rental items I requested in advance were promptly arranged, and when the dryer malfunctioned, staff quickly came to assist me, which was very helpful. One minor issue is that the sofa felt uncomfortable due to wear and tear; it lacked cushioning support when sitting. If this is improved, it would make the hotel even more comfortable. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nago.

Thank you for accommodating our request to change the room due to a concern about the smell. The new room had a view of Mt. Fuji, though it was partially obscured by clouds. We managed to capture some photos during the morning when it was visible. We heard that this room has recently been renovated to be barrier-free. The entrance features half tatami flooring, and the low table makes it easy to open suitcases. Although we didn’t use the private bath in the room, there is a large public Onsen on the first floor accessible with a passcode for added security, allowing us to enjoy bathing with peace of mind. The Onsen includes three showers, one baby chair, and amenities such as cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads—all provided for your convenience. Please bring towels from your room when visiting. There were also several electric bicycles available and even some popular bikes on display in what seemed like an exhibition area. In front of the first-floor Onsen area are manga books and various play items available for guests' enjoyment. Yukata robes are provided nearby: sizes include 120cm for children; one size (150–160cm) for women; and options for men as well. While the exterior may appear aged from outside at first glance, inside is very clean with noticeable updates such as new carpets in hallways (at least on floors we explored). The café space on ground level adds charm too! In mornings limited-time complimentary coffee service awaits guests—a delightful touch before heading out exploring locally! On next day’s itinerary included visit Café Mont Blanc nearby—thankful parking arrangements made everything seamless enhancing overall experience greatly! Truly memorable trip indeed thanks again wholeheartedly choosing stay here Fujiyoshida region left lasting impression surely returning future stays accommodations same place!!

I had planned to arrive at 3:00 PM and enjoy the bath, but my phone suddenly broke that day and I couldn’t get in touch. I didn’t arrive until after 7:00 PM. The front desk staff were worried about me, and even checked whether I might be hungry and needed dinner. On top of that, they upgraded my Room. The Ryokan is a bit old, but it’s kept very clean, and the radon Onsen was wonderful. Next time, I’d definitely like to stay with meals included. The front desk staff’s kimono attire and attentiveness, along with the atmosphere of the building and garden—full of charm and a nostalgic Showa-era feel—were all lovely.

This was my 7th visit to Miyako Island, but my first time staying at this accommodation. I stayed for 4 nights over the New Year holidays. I usually stay in condominiums, but this hotel was exceptional. The room was clean with simple and beautiful interior design. The shower had strong water pressure, and although I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, the beachside view was amazing. The room was spacious, and having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient. Both the entrance and the room were operated via a smart system using a smartphone, which felt secure and convenient. I met some of the cleaning staff several times, and they all greeted me warmly with pleasant smiles. The only regret I had was that the weather wasn’t great and it was cold, but I enjoyed a relaxing New Year’s stay at this wonderful accommodation. I would love to stay here again when I visit next time! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

We traveled all the way from Kansai! The area is surrounded by abundant nature, offering a cool and surreal experience. The interior was impeccably clean, providing a wonderful space to relax! Lake Kawaguchi is nearby, and on clear days you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji—though unfortunately, we missed that this time. We hope to visit again on a sunny day! It’s definitely a place we’d love to return to!

The Hotel entrance has a circular automatic door. The Room feels clean and appears to be well maintained. Furniture placement, including the bed, varies by Room. Considering its location near the station, I think it is a reasonably priced Hotel.

The front desk staff are exceptionally courteous and attentive, so even though the Facility is a bit old, it never feels inconvenient. In addition to the in-Room shower, there is a small shared bath, which was perfect for resting my body after touring. Thanks to this Accommodation, I came to like Tokushima City as well. I have never experienced this level of satisfaction at this price anywhere else, and I highly recommend it. Amenities such as toothbrushes are available next to the front desk as needed. The Room key is a traditional key type. In a good way, everything you need is provided—more than enough for a minimal setup.

The ski slopes are immediately to the left as soon as you step outside the entrance, so it was great that we could change into our gear in the Room and head straight out. The Onsen was also very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were wonderful—everyone greeted us with a smile and kindly answered our questions. The building is old, but it was clean and didn’t bother us. It snowed until early morning, then cleared up around 9 a.m., making for perfect conditions.

The staff's service was excellent, making my stay very pleasant. I used the private bath in the room, and while the water pressure of the shower was a bit weak, everything else was outstanding! I would love to stay here again if I visit Fukui.

I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. It was nice that it was close enough to walk from the station. The welcome drink? I could also have alcohol, and it was delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The bath was clean as well. However, since there is only one bath that alternates between men’s and women’s use, it was a bit inconvenient having to plan my bathing time around the schedule. Other than that, the Room was clean and I am satisfied. Thank you very much.

After seeing this on TikTok, we booked a weekday stay for three with the “Bountiful Boat Platter of Spiny Lobster, Flounder, and Abalone <1 night with 2 meals>” plan. Before dinner, we enjoyed the Onsen bath. The water was silky and pleasantly thick—better than expected and very relaxing. Then came the highlight: dinner with the boat platter. It was truly impressive in both presentation and taste. Of course, it featured spiny lobster and flounder as the main items, but it was also a well-crafted course with thoughtful touches such as juvenile fish and deep-fried fish scales. That said, the portions were huge, so we did start to tire of sashimi a bit. Since there were also sashimi options like bonito, spiny lobster, and flounder, we felt ponzu sauce or yuzu pepper would have made it even better. Amenities included only a toothbrush and face towel, so we rated that 4 stars; however, at this price point—and as a Ryokan—we were satisfied overall. As for the Facility features: the foldable hair dryer wobbled at the hinge while in use and was difficult to handle, so we rated that 4 stars. Still, although some parts are old, it’s clear everything is kept clean and well maintained. We’d love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed here while visiting Gunma Flower Park, Tonton Plaza, and Mt. Akagi. Unlike Ikaho, the area is not crowded and is quiet, right in front of the Tone River. Dinner was plentiful; after a drink we were full and slept soundly. The bath was also great.

Although my trip to Fukuoka was decided suddenly and I was on a tight budget, I was debating whether to stay at a capsule hotel—then I booked this Hotel because the price caught my eye. In the end, it exceeded expectations for the price!! The staff were kind, the Room was clean, and there was space to spread out my luggage. Basic amenities were also provided. The only drawback was that the sink is inside the shower booth. If you think of it as contributing to the Room’s comfort, that’s fine, but because it’s small and set low, it was a bit tough on my back. Even so, for the price, it offered more than enough in terms of facilities and location. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
