I stayed for three nights. (Used a smoking Room.) It was a good Hotel. (It has a retro, Showa-era vibe.) Being close to the station is very convenient—excellent. (Free parking.) Request: I would have liked cotton swabs among the amenities. Comment: The convenience store is far, so it’s better to come prepared. However, there are several restaurants nearby (including izakaya). Overall, I think it’s a very good Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

With three of us staying, it was an incredible deal at under 3,000 yen per person. Even though we checked in late, they waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the Facility. The Accommodation is a renovated former care facility, but it was cutely decorated and didn’t bother us at all. The amenities were excellent—there was even cleansing oil and toner. We also appreciated the free yukata. We didn’t make a Reservation for breakfast, but we were very happy to get 20% off freshly baked bread at the rice-flour bakery next door. Thank you very much!

This was my second stay. They prepared a slightly larger Room for me, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time. After check-out, I realized I had left something behind; since I was still nearby, I returned about an hour later and informed them, and they responded immediately and found it for me. Thank you very much.

It was a very comfortable hotel. Most of the guests were foreigners, but everyone had good manners, making the stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and it was great to have chairs in the smoking area where I could sit and enjoy a complimentary coffee while taking a break. I will definitely use this accommodation again. Thank you very much!

I stayed to visit ROHM Theatre Kyoto. It is very convenient, being just a short walk from Higashiyama Station and about 10 minutes on foot to the venue. There is no bath, but the shower is comfortable, which was actually preferable. There is also a living space, and the toilet and other facilities are spacious. On the first floor, there is a drink bar available 24 hours, allowing for a pleasant stay.

I stayed here the night before my daughter's exam. It is a typical Business Hotel, but the Room was more spacious than expected and comfortable. There were services like welcome drinks and evening curry, and the breakfast was delicious. The parking lot was a bit far but had plenty of spaces, so I didn't have to worry about finding a spot.

I’d been wanting to stay here after a friend’s recommendation, but it was hard to get a Reservation—so I was thrilled to finally make it. Despite being in a prime location in Echoland, it offers surprisingly good value and is extremely convenient for long stays. The Room is spacious and includes a bathtub, and there’s also a shared laundry area with washing machines. The vending machines are well stocked, with prices about the same as usual. I’d definitely like to stay again.

The Accommodation has spacious Rooms, and the view is very pleasant, with a lawn right in front and the sea beyond. Unarisaki Park is nearby and perfect for a walk; we couldn’t see the sunset this time, but I think it would be beautiful if you can.

There is a guide to the Accommodation, and there was a small sign that said “ZEN,” but the building was hard to see from outside, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place and got lost at first. After climbing the stairs surrounded by greenery, I finally reached a beautiful standalone Accommodation and felt relieved. In reality, it’s not possible to drive into the parking area; you can only park in the space in front of it. It gets very dark at night, so if it’s your first time, it may be hard to find—checking in while it’s still daylight is recommended. Inside, the space feels open and airy, and relaxing on the outdoor chairs was a real luxury. It was a bit disappointing that mornings and evenings were still chilly. There is a wood-burning stove, but I missed that it requires advance Reservation and an additional fee. Since it wasn’t really stove season anyway, I imagine it would be excellent in winter. There also seemed to be a beer server (advance Reservation?), as well as a kitchen and electric cooktop, so self-catering is possible—I probably just wasn’t prepared enough to make full use of everything. I think satisfaction would be even higher with a Multiple Night Stay, especially in winter.

Unfortunately, it started raining midway, so we couldn't enjoy the starry sky or fireworks, but the staff at the accommodation were kind, and we had a great time experiencing glamping for the first time! As mentioned in other reviews, although there were three of us, the breakfast portion seemed to be for two people. The meat at the evening barbecue was very delicious.

It would be even better if there were a large public bath. A unit bath is a bit… But it’s been helpful.

Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed here on a girls’ trip. Each of us booked our own Room. Everything was handled with great care, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent. The Accommodation is close to the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, such as izakayas, so we had no trouble finding meals. In the underground area of the station, souvenir shops were open from 9:00 a.m. in the morning as well. Thank you very much.

Recommended as a Business Hotel. The breakfast was also delicious. It takes about a 20-minute walk, but we recommend the free access to an off-site Onsen bath.

This is an Accommodation we stayed at every year after hiking since I was a child. As my mother got older, hiking became tougher for her, and during the COVID-19 pandemic we stopped coming (sorry), but recently we decided, “Let’s climb again!” and made a Reservation right away. There have been some minor renovations to the lobby and restrooms, but the exterior, Rooms, and baths are just as they always were. The staff has changed, but their warmth lives on—it was absolutely wonderful. It used to be packed with people, but this time there were only about 3–4 groups total over the weekend including us, which felt quite lonely. Still, that meant we could soak in the bath at our leisure and fully ease away the sweat and tired legs from hiking. Dinner was also very satisfying with many dishes—such as sweet-simmered fish that even I (someone who dislikes fish because of bones) could happily enjoy. There was also a great selection of snacks and alcoholic drinks. Breakfast is now bento-only, but you can eat it in the dining area or take it with you on your hike. I imagine running this place gets harder each year due to the building’s age and staffing shortages, but it’s an Accommodation I truly hope will continue for as long as possible—even if just one more season longer. We’ll definitely stay again!!

Before staying here, I didn’t have very high expectations, but our stay with a toddler (14 months old) exceeded them—we were truly satisfied. All the essential baby items were provided, and they even supplied diapers as a complimentary service. Protective padding was properly applied to table corners and other areas, and even things like remote controls were individually sealed in antibacterial film—thoughtful details that made us feel at ease throughout our stay. At first I wondered if the Room might be a bit small, but there was no wasted space—the futon area (raised platform), living area, and the open-air bath outside flowed seamlessly together. Because you can see into the Room while bathing, I could relax in the bath while keeping an eye on my sleeping child. The highlight of any trip is the food, and both dinner and breakfast were served in-room; everything was delicious. Unlike many Ryokan breakfasts that are overly large and end up getting cold, ours was served warm with delicate flavors—we were extremely satisfied. They also prepared child-friendly options such as softly cooked rice and lightly seasoned clear soup. The meals were not only delicious but also safe for our child, so both parent and child could enjoy them comfortably. Our daughter doesn’t eat packaged toddler meals, but we could quickly blanch small portions of grilled fish or simmered dishes from the adult meal for her—so we were grateful we could travel almost empty-handed. We definitely want to return. I suspect most guests will become repeat visitors too—so it may get harder to make a Reservation. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night and two days. The Accommodation is along the Kamogawa River and close to Shijo, making it a great location. Check-in was handled by staff and went smoothly. We had a Reservation for a 4th-floor Room with a Kamogawa view; the Room was spacious and very clean. Best of all, the full-height windows let you enjoy an unobstructed view of the river all to yourself. You can even soak in the bath while looking out over the Kamogawa. Coffee and water were provided, and the amenities were well stocked. The showerhead and hair dryer are ReFa, which many women will appreciate. There’s also a drum-type washing machine and a small kitchen, which would be especially convenient for inbound guests staying long term. Inside the building, you can freely access the 2nd-floor lounge and the rooftop. The rooftop has chairs and tables, so you can enjoy the Kamogawa at night while feeling the evening breeze. We ordered shojin-ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) for breakfast, and it was delicious. It was delivered to our Room by someone who seemed to be from a nearby traditional restaurant or catering shop. The location, Facility, and food were all excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Kyoto in peace and quiet.

I briefly used the spa, and bringing your own dinner is allowed. I thought only beer was all-you-can-drink, but there was also a great selection of other alcohol. Shochu, whisky, and I got hooked on mango liqueur. I had seven glasses of Asahi Super Dry. The spa alternates between men and women by time slot. The indoor bath only had toothbrushes, so you basically have to go to the spa. Breakfast also offers many options with a focus on vegetables; I ate early, then went to the spa right before checkout—an open location with a 360° panoramic view. On a weekday it was almost private. This kind of service is rare, and the value for money is excellent. From Shizuoka Station, it’s about 30 minutes on Shizutetsu Justline (IKYU’s guide says North Exit bus stop No. 11, but it was actually No. 14 in front of Hotel Associa), and the bus stop is close so it’s convenient to use. It works out much cheaper than staying in central Shizuoka City, so I already have plans for next time and will be returning again.

Close to the station, quiet, excellent facilities (separate bathtub, WC, and washbasin), great bath, and delicious breakfast.

I stayed for two nights starting on September 10. It is a little away from Kokura, with a calm atmosphere, and it was a quiet, comfortable Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I am in the area on business.

The Onsen with natural hot spring water flow is excellent. The staff's hospitality is also kind and attentive. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast as well. Thank you very much.
