We stayed here because we were going to the outlet mall and this Accommodation allows Chihuahuas to stay with you. It was very close to the outlet mall and also had an Onsen, which was great. However, one downside was that the air conditioner didn’t work and there was only old-style heating, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature.

The Facility feels slightly dated, and the Room, bath, and washroom are not particularly spacious, but they are well cleaned and feel very clean. I was able to rest well. I appreciated the affordable price.

I had wanted to stay here for a long time, but with prices rising it was hard to find the right opportunity—so I was glad I finally got the chance. It’s conveniently located in central Osaka. The Hotel’s design is simple and modern yet warm, with a clean and calm atmosphere. The welcoming feel really stood out, setting it apart from many of the newer foreign-owned Hotels that are stylish but can feel noisy and not very relaxing. I stayed in a Standard Twin room, which was spacious and warmly designed. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, so you can truly unwind and refresh. That said, given that this is a fairly high-priced Accommodation, I felt the service was a bit understated for the price. At times—such as when asking for dining recommendations or requesting extra amenities—it didn’t feel as smooth as expected. Still, I could clearly tell that each staff member was working hard and doing their best to provide good hospitality.

The space is generous, so even a family of four can stay comfortably. The only downside was that the bathtub felt gritty and needed to be cleaned, and the drain was clogged with debris and hair, which had to be removed.

Children used to living in apartments were excited about staying in a traditional Kyoto-style house. The cleanliness was well-maintained, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. Seeing Toji Temple at night and in the morning was truly wonderful.

Our family of four stayed for one night. This time it was just a one-night stay, but we thought a Multiple Night Stay would be great for enjoying sightseeing. There is also an Onsen Facility fairly nearby, so it’s convenient if you’re coming by car. This is an Accommodation we were glad we chose.

It was a very lovely accommodation. My adult daughter was delighted. However, when I put the accommodation's towels in the washing machine, there were a lot of mold-like residues attached. There was water left in the coffee maker's water tank, and ice from previous guests remained in the freezer. These three points are related to hygiene, so I hope they can be improved as I don't want such a wonderful accommodation to receive lower evaluations. I look forward to staying again, so please take care of these issues!

This was our first time staying here. As soon as we arrived, our dog ran around the dog run. There was also a small pool, and the kids had a great time. There is a step by the wood-burning stove in the living room, and I didn’t notice it and almost tripped—it felt a bit dangerous... For some reason, we couldn’t lock either of the two gate doors. We were glad we could lock the living room and bedroom doors. The sunset was very beautiful!

Wi-Fi is weak. Ventilation in the bedroom can be noisy (possibly due to weather conditions). There are few power outlets, no kitchen scissors, and no curtains in the living room, making it bright. However, the Facility is modern with a high-performing BBQ grill and a good selection of tableware (though more mineral water would be appreciated). Additionally, the sightseeing advice about the island given before check-out was very helpful.

We stayed for one night as three groups: my sister and her husband, my daughter and her husband, and us. The location was wonderful, and the room was lovely. I gave it 4 stars because the amenities only included a toothbrush, and I wished there were cups provided. I brought mugs from the first floor to use in our room. It would be nice if there were cups with different colors or numbers to avoid confusion about which one is yours. The location is excellent! We enjoyed meals while feeling the ocean breeze, which was great. It would have been even better if we could directly access the beach from there. It turned out to be a great trip. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Kochi Prefecture!

A renovated traditional Japanese house Accommodation located at the top of a mountain road. The old beams and fittings have been preserved or beautifully repurposed, so it doesn’t feel outdated at all. Since the owner built it personally, there are a few small details that may feel slightly unfinished, but the space is very comfortable, with thoughtful touches in the furniture and decor throughout. I asked to change the schedule at short notice, and they kindly accommodated my request, which I truly appreciated. For the barbecue, they also showed us—together with our child—how to prepare the firewood and charcoal, which made our child very happy. It became a wonderful summer memory for us.

I stayed for 3 nights in Room 102 of this accommodation during my first visit to Miyako Island. The view right in front of me as I entered the room was breathtaking. The room was very clean and fully equipped, allowing me to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. The staff promptly replenished drinks in the refrigerator and provided plenty of towels, all with kindness and warm smiles. I didn’t realize there was ice available and ended up buying some—wish I had asked! (laughs) The private beach right in front is also a great attraction; I went there every day. Oh, a stray cat came by to visit! It was adorable, but I refrained from feeding or touching it and just watched over it since it could become an issue if it decided to stay around. There weren’t many downsides, but the smell in the bathroom and bedroom bothered me slightly—it was somewhat fishy or moldy. Perhaps adding some aromatherapy would help improve this aspect. We stayed for one night from August 8 with my children and grandchildren. The Facility and equipment were new and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. It also coincided with a fireworks event, which made the timing perfect. Although it was the start of the busy season and the staff seemed very busy, they responded to our inquiries promptly. As seniors, we found the digitized manual a bit difficult to use, but we managed. It was also a nice memory to have a brief exchange with a family from Germany staying in the neighboring building.

The Wi‑Fi connection was unreliable, and it would have been nice to have laundry facilities. The Room was spacious and we were satisfied, and both the bathroom and toilet were clean. Our 3-year-old grandchild seemed happy running around inside the Room.

I enjoyed the view of the Tokyo Skytree from the rooftop. The staff were very attentive, making my stay comfortable and worry-free.

I stayed at an Accommodation in Dogo Onsen. It had a calm atmosphere, and I was able to relax and take my time. What I especially appreciated was the private bath. I could enjoy the Onsen without worrying about others, and it helped soothe my travel fatigue. In addition, pleasant music from analog records played in the hallways, and the refined scent of incense drifted through the building, making the entire property a wonderfully peaceful space. This is an Accommodation where you can enjoy not only the Onsen but also the sounds and aromas—showing great attention to detail. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Dogo Onsen. Despite the low price, I was able to do laundry and had a comfortable stay.

We received several calls in advance, and at check-in, we were welcomed with a charcoal hearth and matcha tea served by the host. The surprising bath facilities allowed us to relax fully.
