A very quiet Accommodation nestled in the forest. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and we were able to spend a truly peaceful time. Although the weather wasn’t on our side this time, the parking area was covered and part of the dog run was also under a roof, so we had no trouble at all. The amenities were more than sufficient—honestly, as long as you bring your own groceries, there’s nothing you’ll be lacking. It was our first time staying at an entire private rental Facility, and we were surprised by how well equipped it was. Since we stayed with my elderly parents this time, we deducted one star because the bathroom was spacious but had no grab bars and could be slippery (so extra caution is needed), and there was no bath reheating function—but even so, our satisfaction level was more than high enough. We also really enjoyed chatting with the owner before leaving. If we have another chance (and the energy), it’s definitely a place we’d love to visit again.

The facility is well-equipped, and having a dryer was especially convenient. Detergent is also provided. I arrived by bus, and since it is located about 500m along a paved road from the Nagata terminal, it was easy to manage even with a suitcase. When I arrived early, the friendly staff with a wonderful smile kindly assisted me during the cleaning time. The area is quiet and offers a relaxing atmosphere.

The Room was larger than expected, and even a large group could use it comfortably. It rained during our stay, so we didn’t use the BBQ facilities, but there was a roof so it seemed usable even in the rain. There were plenty of seasonings available, so we had no trouble cooking. There is a TV, but it is tunerless and cannot show terrestrial broadcasts. However, Netflix and YouTube are available.

It was my first time glamping. It was a very hot day, but since the site is in the mountains, it was cool and very comfortable. We really appreciated the pick-up and drop-off to the nearest station and all your thoughtful care. Everything was so clean, and the Facilities were well equipped, so we had a great time with no issues. The sauna was amazing! It was a bit disappointing that some guests staying at the same time were noisy until late at night, but we would definitely like to come again.

We stayed for one night as a family of five. We made the Reservation because we wanted to move to Tomari Port early the next morning. The hotel is right in front of Tomarin, but it’s quite a walk from the Yui Rail station. It took some time to understand how to get to the check-in screen. The bathroom only has a shower. It would have been nice if there were toothbrush cups available.

It was my first glamping experience. Everything was very clean. I was surprised that there were far fewer insects than I expected, so even as someone who dislikes bugs, I felt comfortable staying here. The facilities, including the toilets, were kept very clean. The room amenities were perfectly prepared. Although we brought our own dinner ingredients, everything else was provided without any additional charges, so all we needed to bring were the food items. The staff provided excellent service and made our stay pleasant. However, I thought it would be nice if the toilet and sink were located near the shower area.

Last year, I used Maigre for the first time, and this summer, I decided to stay here for two nights after much consideration. The Facility is excellent, and the sauna is absolutely amazing. However, while the water areas were clean as before, the cleaning of the flooring and carpet was not up to par. There was a lot of hair and food crumbs left behind. I ended up using my own wet wipes to clean before settling in. Everything else was perfect, but this aspect was disappointing again this time.

We stayed as a family of four. From pre-check-in through arrival, photos of all family members were required. Since there is no front desk, I understand that can’t be helped. On the other hand, we could come and go freely, and with an 11:00 check-out we were able to walk to Karato Market in the morning and take our time. There’s a sauna, and you can see the sea from the bath. Sitting on the balcony sofa feels like being on a boat—it’s that close to the water. We also did laundry in the morning, which made things easier after returning home. One thing was that we couldn’t find where the amenities were at first and had to look for them. It would be helpful if they were set out in an easy-to-find place. It’s a place we’d like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room was clean, and despite the large number of rooms and the availability of parking, it was very reasonably priced and excellent! Being located on a main street, there are many conveniences nearby, but the noise from a few motorcycles revving and running from around 1 AM to 3 AM was quite bothersome. Due to this, I had to lower the satisfaction rating by one star.

Amazing location! You can see Mount Fuji from the room, the bath, and even outside without any obstructions—truly breathtaking views. Unlike a hotel, you don’t encounter other guests, so it was very relaxing. However, some dishes weren’t properly cleaned or were still wet, which was a bit concerning. Also, being on a mountain means there are many insects; some even appeared inside the room. Most essentials are provided, but bringing items like alcohol wipes for cleaning tables might be helpful. Still, this accommodation is absolutely satisfying!

The building itself looks old, but the interior has been thoroughly renovated, creating an open and comfortable space on both the first and second floors. We stayed as a family of four with our 0-year-old and 1-year-old children with No Meals Included. We had a wonderful time fishing for gray mullet in the sea right in front of us, preparing it for shabu-shabu, buying bonito from a nearby seafood shop (Ototo), grilling it over charcoal at the hearth, and making tataki. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the basic seasonings needed—no complaints there! They even provided snacks for late-night meals and marshmallows for roasting. One thing to note is that the bathroom is slightly detached from the main building, so you have to go outside to access it; this means you'll inevitably get wet on rainy days. Also, there are no screens on windows or doors, so insects can come in (but mosquito coils are provided as countermeasures). All things considered, this was an amazing Accommodation! We definitely plan to visit again as a family!

It was great to have access to a washing machine and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener were provided, but they were empty when I wanted to use them, possibly due to high usage. Because of this, I rated it 4 stars, but it was still a nice free service. The Room was spacious, clean, and had a fresh new smell with a relaxing layout. Dishes and cooking utensils were well-equipped, which was very convenient. The bathroom was clean with shampoo and conditioner provided. Even though the Facility seemed fully booked, noise wasn’t much of an issue. The security for the entrance and indoor doors felt reliable as well. I would love to use this Facility again in the future! Thank you!

This beautifully renovated traditional house features a calm, relaxing interior finished with solid wood and plaster. In the early morning it felt more than 5°C colder than Tokyo, but there is not only air conditioning but also a kerosene fan heater, and once the house warms up it’s very comfortable. As the renovation was completed recently and cleaning is thorough, everything felt very clean. As described on the website, the kitchen is well equipped—enough to cook most meals—and having basic seasonings provided is rare for an entire-home rental and was extremely helpful. There is no TV, but there is a Bluetooth speaker and a record player, making it a great place to relax with music or read. I brought a small projector and had no trouble projecting onto the wall. Step outside and you can enjoy magnificent views of the Southern Alps; with little traffic, it’s a wonderful area for walks. I arrived by public transportation, and both Yamanashi Kotsu buses and the local community bus stop nearby, so getting around was easy. However, I heard that Yamanashi Kotsu routes will be discontinued at the end of March 2026; relying only on about five community bus services per day may be quite limiting. There’s a convenience store within walking distance, and around Nirasaki Station you’ll find a shopping mall as well as stylish cafés, pizza places, vintage clothing shops, bakeries, bars, and more—I felt this town development could be promoted even more. The owner was very considerate in many ways, which made my stay extremely comfortable. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

I stayed in the accommodation adjacent to the business hotel. The room was clean, and the bedding was fresh. The bath felt like a medium-sized public bath. When I went at 5 PM, it was slightly lukewarm, but my child seemed to find it just right. (By nighttime, it had warmed up properly.) I initially thought I would have dinner at the izakaya on-site, but it was fully booked. However, the front desk immediately suggested another place nearby, and a dining spot just a few minutes' walk away turned out to be delicious as well. There’s also a convenience store about five minutes away on foot, making it relatively convenient. The room had two power outlets; with one used for the TV, only one remained available, which felt slightly insufficient. Shared facilities like a refrigerator and kettle were available too, allowing for a comfortable one-night stay! Thank you very much!

We stayed as two women, and since it’s an apartment-style Accommodation, it was easy to come and go, and we weren’t bothered by any noise at all. After coming back from the beach, there’s a bathroom right by the entrance, so we could rinse off and wash our gear—very helpful. Above all, having a washing machine in the Room was extremely useful for spinning out our swimsuits. The refrigerator is also large enough to chill plenty of alcohol we bought. There was even a Dyson-like vacuum cleaner available, which we used after drying our hair. The owner(?) was very kind—cheerful and polite in their communication. The kitchen didn’t have a stove, but if requested we could borrow a rice cooker, and we were free to use dishes and seasonings as well. Since it’s affordable, I think it’s also suitable for longer stays. We’d definitely like to stay again. Just one thing… Although everything was kept clean, when I casually opened the cabinet door under the sink, there was one dead spider inside. We didn’t need to use it anyway—I shouldn’t have opened it. Other than that, there were no bugs at all, so this is an Accommodation I recommend.

We stayed as a family of five for a birthday trip. The narrow path from the parking lot to Lapita Resort is a bit challenging, but the moment we opened the door and saw the breathtaking ocean view, we were amazed. Not only that, but there was also a spacious wooden deck with a pool about 60cm deep, which made our kids absolutely thrilled! At night, the area was beautifully lit up; however, this attracted an unusual number of beetles diving into the pool, making it quite an effort to remove them. The sauna was equipped with sauna suits and hats for everyone in our group, allowing us to enjoy it comfortably. There is also access to the coastline through another door; however, please be cautious as there are many sea insects in that area. Overall, every angle offered photo-worthy views and we had such a wonderful time. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

I stayed with one owner and a small dog. The semi-basement cafe offers breakfast and lunch, is pet-friendly, and allowed me to relax with my dog the next morning. There are stairs up to the Room on the second floor, but the staff helped carry my luggage. The design and construction are very stylish, everything was spotless, and I was extremely satisfied with the Room. The size was just right for a single stay, and there was also space by the entrance to easily place a large suitcase or a pet stroller, so it felt spacious. A pet crate and all necessary supplies were provided, so I had no issues at all. Luggage storage before check-in is also available at the first-floor cafe. There are conveyor-belt sushi restaurants and family restaurants nearby, so finding dinner is easy. Since the Room has a kitchen and washing machine, it’s also suitable for a Multiple Night Stay. I highly recommend this Hotel—there’s nowhere else in central Tokyo where you can stay this cheaply. I plan to stay again.

I stayed on Sunday. I have stayed at this Hotel before it became LiVEMAX, and the newly added bath was a great improvement. This time I visited by motorcycle, but there seem to be only a limited number of parking spaces on the property, so that may be the only drawback. Other than that, considering the price, it was a very good value stay. The smoking rooms were cheaper than the non-smoking rooms, so I chose a smoking room, but I didn’t notice any odor.
