The Room was very clean and spacious, so I was able to relax. It felt like there wasn’t quite enough lighting, and the back of the Room was a bit dark, but I still had a very comfortable stay. I arrived a little late for check-in, but they called me and handled everything kindly. Thank you!

It was comfortable. Located in the city center, it was easy to go out for meals and enjoy Nagoya to the fullest. I would love to use this accommodation again.

The room is opened with a traditional key and is somewhat dark. If the lighting in the unit bath were a bit brighter, it would have been perfect for me personally. For just watching a live show and sleeping, the location near the station is convenient with plenty of dining options like Hidakaya and others, as well as convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and FamilyMart, so there’s nothing to worry about.

Conveniently located near the station, with a breakfast buffet included and an affordable price. Check-in was at 14:00 and check-out was at 11:00. The day after my stay, it rained heavily, so the late check-out was very helpful. I would like to stay here again when I visit Niigata.

I stayed without high expectations due to some negative reviews, but the room was spacious and there were no particular issues. It was conveniently located near USJ and Expo, and I was happy to stay at an affordable price.

I was worried because the reviews weren’t very good, but nothing really bothered me. In any case, it was inexpensive, the Room was spacious, and being surrounded by nature with fresh air was very refreshing. Since it was No Meals Included, we didn’t do a barbecue or anything like that, but there were lots of dogs and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Above all, the kids enjoyed it, so we were very satisfied.

This is my second stay, and I am very satisfied with the front desk service, just like last time. I appreciated being informed that amenities not available in the room are located next to the front desk. I also used the parking lot during both stays, and the guidance to the parking spaces was smooth. I will use this accommodation again next time.

Our flights were grounded for three days due to a typhoon, so we stayed here at short notice, and we were satisfied in the end. For a family of four, it had three beds, a washing machine, a bathroom dryer, and a separate toilet—everything we needed. (It felt more like an apartment-style Business Hotel, possibly an investment-type condo.) Towel replacement is self-service, and sheet changes cost extra, but our family didn’t mind. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the downtown area. We didn’t go into the sea because of the typhoon, but there’s also a beach nearby and plenty of restaurants around, so it was convenient. If you’re not looking for luxury, it’s easy to use and recommended.

This was my first stay, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I also received a sheet with a map of nearby restaurants. The large public bath was great as well. If you leave your key, etc. at the 5th-floor public bath reception by 21:30, you can enter. It seems to close at 22:00. There were various baths, and the open-air bath on the 6th floor (rooftop) was excellent! However, since the shampoo and conditioner are commercial-grade amenities, the quality isn’t very good, so bringing your own shampoo is recommended. The Room was a single, but I felt the lighting wasn’t bright enough. Otherwise, it’s typical business-hotel quality. Because the open-air bath was so good, I rated it highly.

While visiting Toyohashi for two days on business, I originally planned to sleep in my car, but decided I couldn’t handle the heat and made a same-day Reservation instead. I knew it was an older Hotel, but it was very clean and the front desk staff were extremely kind. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a bidet toilet in the Room—but combined with how close it was to where I needed to go, I was able to relax comfortably. I didn’t go out much, but the station is nearby and there are convenience stores and other shops close by as well, so the location is hard to beat. If I have the same opportunity again, I’ll stay here again.

The bed springs seemed worn out. There was no lighting, so at night I turned on the TV with the sound muted and left the bathroom door open. There was an empty plastic bottle under the bed... The front desk staff were friendly and nice. The air conditioner felt too large for the Room. The shower pressure was great, but it was hard to adjust the temperature. I was disappointed that there was no bidet toilet seat.

I used it for work and was able to relax and spend my time comfortably.

I was satisfied with the reasonable stay. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here for a live event at Ecopa. Check-in was until 10 PM, but since I arrived at Bentenjima Station just before 10 PM and went to buy dinner at a convenience store first, I called to inform them that I would be checking in after 10 PM. The staff responded very kindly and warmly, which made me feel reassured. When I arrived, they informed me that the Onsen was open until 11 PM. When I asked if it would be okay as long as I left the bath by 11 PM, they assured me not to worry since there were still other guests who hadn't arrived yet. Although the person who answered my call earlier was different from the one who greeted me upon arrival, it felt like all staff were well-trained and caring, which left a warm impression on me. The view from my room was great. Since it was late when I checked in, I only used the room for sleeping, but it was very comfortable. Instead of traditional futons on tatami mats, there were mattresses with futons laid on top of them, allowing for a soft and restful sleep. If there's one thing I'd wish for—it would have been nice if the Onsen could also be used in the morning since its hours started from 3 PM. The location is right in front of the station with a convenience store nearby; combined with excellent service from the staff, I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever visiting Shizuoka again. I stayed for one night during my trip to Tokyo and had a very comfortable experience. I was pleased with the spacious bathroom and bed. Once I entered the room, I could relax at my own pace until checkout. The price was very reasonable, which I appreciated. It was also helpful that they stored my luggage on the day of my stay. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

The location is very convenient. As mentioned, I had no particular complaints other than the power outlets. It would be even better if breakfast service were available.\nHowever, there are plenty of shops nearby, so I wasn’t dissatisfied even without it.

I stayed with a breakfast-included plan. The lovely hostess warmly welcomed me and showed me to a clean and charming room, though it was a bit old. Walking through the entrance, I passed a hallway adorned with various antique furnishings, which were truly impressive. The bath was great, but it was a bit disappointing that the open-air bath was unavailable during the morning. Breakfast was carefully prepared dish by dish, with plenty of rice and mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious. I was also delighted by the warm send-off at the end. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again.

I arrived by motorcycle on a rainy day, and I truly appreciated being allowed to park under a roof and the kind assistance I received. The private room was spacious enough, and I was able to stay comfortably.
