The bathroom and other water facilities were very clean. It was appreciated that the bath could be reserved for private use by time slot. The coffee machine in the Room was also very helpful.

I’ve stayed here several times when traveling to the Izu area, and it’s an excellent value for the price.

I arrived a little early, and I truly appreciate how kindly all the staff treated me. Every dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit the Amakusa area.

This was my first time staying here. The staff were very kind. They carefully guided me to the parking area and assisted me politely when I parked and checked in. The Room size was just right, but the shower curtain was a bit narrow, so I had to find the best position while showering. The Room walls seemed thin, and I could hear the neighbor sneezing. It surprised me a little at night and early in the morning. It was close to where I wanted to go, so I’m satisfied.

My cycling trip at an advanced age—traveling with my son. The gently seasoned meals were kind to my tired body, suited me very well, and I thought they were excellent. The seawater bath was also wonderful. A moment before bedtime. The head chef’s beautifully toned flute performance. Bravo. If I ever ride again... will that happen? If so, I would love to stay here again.

I found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay in Shinjuku. At first, I was considering the Nishi-Shinjuku area, but this Hotel had great access, was clean, and offered good value. I booked two Rooms for my mother and aunt’s sightseeing trip in Tokyo, and they were happy because it was convenient to get anywhere and very clean.

The building and Facility aren’t necessarily new, but the room was clean and comfortable. I stayed on the 9th floor on the station side, and when I looked out the window in the morning, I could see Lake Biwa in the distance. You can hear trains, but they don’t run very often, so it didn’t bother me. It’s much more reasonably priced than central Kyoto and only about 8 minutes to Kyoto Station, so I’d like to stay here again on my next trip to Kyoto. Note: There are no disposable slippers provided, so I recommend bringing your own (for example, inexpensive ones from a 100-yen shop).

I checked in at 3:00 PM and was able to park comfortably. I went straight to the large public bath and enjoyed being the first in—it felt great. The Room was spacious, and the semi-double bed helped me sleep well. The free breakfast was also delicious. I stay here every time I visit Fukuoka.

The open-air bath had a window, and I bathed with the screen in place. The Room had a great view, so I could relax and enjoy the scenery while soaking. The Room was compact, and the washbasin was right next to the bed; at first I found it a bit surprising, but it was actually convenient for drying my hair and getting ready. The Room felt slightly humid. I was disappointed that the toilet paper holder and the bath shelf were coming loose. Also, other LiVEMAX properties offered coffee service, but this one did not, and the coffee served with meals tasted weak. The meals were excellent—the simmered splendid alfonsino (kinmedai) was especially delicious, and the Japanese set breakfast was also very good. All of the staff were very pleasant, so I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to visit again.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won’t have trouble finding a place to eat. It’s also convenient to have a convenience store right in front of the property. The Room was spacious and comfortable. There were no particular issues, so I would like to stay here again.

Close to Hakata Station, making it very convenient for transportation. The room had a spacious desk that was easy to use, with enough space to spread out luggage, allowing for a comfortable stay. It would have been even better if there was a stand light as the area around the desk was slightly dim. The staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. I would love to stay here again when visiting Hakata. Thank you!

Although the Hotel itself feels quite dated, it was well cleaned, spotless, and comfortable. The Room felt a bit more spacious than many newer Business Hotels. There is a small refrigerator in the Room, and there are also shared refrigerators on each floor, which was convenient because I could freeze ice packs for my cooler box. The only downside was that the unit bath was too small—the shower curtain touched my body, making it hard to wash properly. The hallway from the door into the Room is wide, so I assume that’s why the unit bath ended up so small, but it was a bit disappointing—I wish they had made the hallway slightly narrower and expanded the unit bath even a little. Also, you can choose between a free partner parking lot or parking on the Hotel premises, but it was disappointing that on-site parking costs 1,500 per night. Still, the nightly rate is affordable and overall I was very satisfied with this Accommodation. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nobeoka.

This was our first visit to Kakeyu Onsen. Nestled in the mountains, with the soothing sound of the river and views from the open-air bath, it was the perfect Accommodation for us as a couple celebrating our 60th birthday. Just be careful not to overeat—the meals are that good! We truly enjoyed every dish; there was a great variety and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

The all-you-can-eat tuna at breakfast was the best. The Genghis Khan was also delicious, and the pickled herring-like dish was great too. Best of all, I could drink as much Katsugen as I wanted! It was excellent—thank you very much. I’d appreciate it if takeout coffee were available!

I spent the New Year holidays at a nearby Onsen. It is indeed old. The building is like a maze due to extensions, but the cards placed in the hallway were like Hansel and Gretel, and the elderly couple laughed, saying, "We just need to follow these." The highlight is the Onsen! As soon as you enter, you'll be moved by the wonderful Onsen, exclaiming, "This hot water!" There is no open-air bath or sauna, but it's truly a waste not to experience such a great Onsen. I regret not having visited before. It's only a 30-minute drive from my home, so I plan to use it for day trips from now on.

Thank you very much for your hospitality! Thank you for kindly accommodating our Room change. After check-in, we enjoyed a welcome drink and were able to relax at our leisure. The parking lot was conveniently located next to the Hotel, and the view from the Room was great. The only disappointment was that the sauce katsudon was no longer available at breakfast. The soba noodles and simmered thick fried tofu were very delicious. When we visit Takefu again, we will stay here again. Thank you very much.

We stayed during Golden Week with our extended family—two households, seven people. Even though it was Golden Week, we were impressed that we could stay at the regular rate. The Room and bath were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. Thank you very much.

We searched for an affordable triple Room and chose this place (a semi-double bed and a sofa bed). From Sendai Station, it was only 120 yen by bus. Check-in is self-service via a machine, but the staff guided us from behind the counter step by step (“Next, please do this…”), so it felt almost the same as in-person check-in, which made me laugh. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells. Since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, it felt a bit warm at times, and even when I wanted to let in some fresh air, the windows wouldn’t open… That was a little disappointing (though I understand it’s for safety). There were enough power outlets, so it wasn’t an issue even with three people. Some Reviews say the unit bath is small, but for a Business Hotel I think that’s about normal. Personally, I was satisfied because the shower water pressure was decent. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Sendai. Thank you very much.

I felt the Facility was more than adequate. The amenities, Room cleanliness, and service were all fine with no particular issues. Since I was on the 11th floor, I was lucky to enjoy an open view from the window. There were two elevators, but they didn’t seem to be coordinated; several times, after pressing the button, the elevator on the opposite side passed my floor first. That was disappointing.
