The Room was a maisonette type. The door used a standard key lock, and the gap in the restroom door made it slightly possible to see inside from outside, so overall it felt a bit old, but it was kept clean and well maintained. If there had been table tennis, the Facility would have been perfect. Checkout took a little time, but the staff handled it politely and left a very good impression. The meals were very satisfying for both children and adults. The free drinks in the lounge were also something the kids really enjoyed. I’d be happy to visit again.

With the recent stretch of very hot days, I was glad to have a Room with a washer-dryer. The breakfast and simple gym services were also nice. It’s conveniently located near Gaien, and I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed for one night on a business trip. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the downtown area. Parking is also available. The large public bath and sauna are clean. In the evening, they offer complimentary chilled ramen. The bed mattress was comfortable. Breakfast features a great selection of delicious Yonezawa specialties and tasted amazing! I’d love to stay here again when I visit Yonezawa.

We truly felt the Hotel’s warm hospitality. Your greetings and temporary luggage storage were very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. With the Hotel’s Kawagoe map, we were able to explore Koedo smoothly. It became a fun and memorable trip, and we felt the accommodation cost with breakfast included was a great value. The exterior looks old, and since the front desk is on the second floor, it can be difficult if you have heavy luggage, but the Room had brand-new plumbing fixtures and interior finishes, making it a very pleasant Hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

It was a 3-day, 2-night stay. On the first night, I had a steak bento, and on the second night, I had a sukiyaki set meal—both were delicious, with very tender meat. The breakfast buffet had slightly different menus on the first and second mornings, which was nice. I also got to make my own soft-serve ice cream! The Onsen was not crowded; the water was on the hot side, but I could relax and enjoy it. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The service was courteous, and the Room felt spacious. Amenities were well stocked, including toner, emulsion, facial cleanser, a toothbrush set, a comb, coffee, tea, and stirrers. I rated the bathroom and toilet 3 because they felt a bit dated.

This was my second stay. Breakfast was a buffet of bread and salad, plus a choice of one main dish from three options, and it was delicious. Since the Accommodation is a renovated warehouse, the Room is a little on the dark side, but very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Onomichi. Thank you very much.

I was finally able to visit after the renovation, also to celebrate a birthday. In the communication before check-in, the staff member in charge responded very courteously, which raised my expectations. The team also provided attentive service at Girandole during lunch after check-out. However, during my stay there were several moments when I found myself thinking, “Huh?” For example, even though I had a 1:00 p.m. lunch Reservation on my check-out day, I wasn’t able to use the 1:00 p.m. late check-out Diamond benefit; some services differed from what was stated; and at breakfast there wasn’t enough explanation of the menu, and the staff seemed too busy and moved around without making eye contact with guests, making it hard to ask for help. These are small things, but because my expectations were high, they stood out. Also, while I thought the meals at New York Grill and Girandole were delicious, perhaps because I’m getting older they felt a bit heavy on my stomach (haha).

The Facility is old, but there are no strange odors, vibrations, or noise. The air conditioner is Daikin, the 4-outlet power strip is convenient, the refrigerator switch is on the front, the table is spacious, and the lighting has a remote control. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s comfortable and problem-free. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying—excellent value for money. There were many side dishes, divided into small bowls for easy serving and good hygiene. The curry udon was spicy (not sweet and thick), which was a big plus. Everyday ingredients like vegetables, dressings, and drinks were thoughtfully combined, and everything tasted great.

My stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. It’s right in the middle of a busy downtown area, so if you go out at night to buy snacks or drinks at a convenience store, you’ll see all kinds of people. It didn’t bother me at all. I’d like to stay here again.

The location was great, and the Onsen was relaxing and felt very clean. The meals were also delicious. One thing I noticed was that the heat for the shabu-shabu pot was weak and the burn time was short, so when we added the meat it took a long time for the temperature to rise. Also, even though there was still meat left, the fuel ran out and we had to bring back a full new set of equipment.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We also enjoyed the wide selection of local sake. The open-air bath under the clear blue sky was absolutely wonderful.

I usually stay for two nights, but this time I stayed for one night and was still able to relax at a comfortable pace. The beautiful hot spring left my skin glowing and smooth. With the carefully prepared meals, I felt I could spend my time in a healthy way. Next time, I’d like to stay for two nights and take it even slower.
