I stayed here to attend a concert at Sekisui Heim Super Arena. The shuttle bus departure point to the venue is right across the street from the building, which was very convenient. The Room was clean and I was satisfied.

I usually stay with my family, but this time I tried a solo trip for the first time. I chose this Hotel because the women-only dormitory felt safe, and the value was amazing: unlimited alcohol and soft drinks, a triple gelato, a delicious pasta dinner, plus access to the lounge and baths at the neighboring Suizantei… it was perfect (the sauna at Exclamation Hotel was great too). The next day, I switched breakfast to lunch and enjoyed it at Shokudo Ichi, then finished with an Onsen soak in Koganeyu! What’s more, staying here comes with a Reservation slot for “Morino Hyakunichi Gori,” so I could enjoy it without waiting. This was also my first time hitting the jackpot in the lucky locker lottery—I even received a commemorative Kyujitsuyu mug cup and was truly moved. The Hotel staff were all very kind, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. A solo trip at Exclamation Hotel might become addictive—I’ll be back!

While the meals are not particularly luxurious, the quiet surroundings make it a relaxing place to stay. The area had been closed due to bear sightings, but a riverside walking path has now been developed all the way to Ryusendo Cave. The Iwaizumi Yogurt served at the Ryokan—highly praised by Mr. Ohtani—is excellent, and the milk is outstanding as well. The cold noodles at the Ryusendo Cave rest house were also very delicious. If you are worried about bears, there is a bus stop right in front of the property one stop before Ryusendo Cave (service is limited).

I stay here every time I visit Niigata City. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Hotaru is on the first floor, so it’s perfect—you can get back in seconds even after a few drinks!

I used this property when traveling from Hyogo to Kanagawa. Since it is near the Kasai Interchange, I took a break at R9 before departing late at night. Check-in is easy, and you can check out easily and be on your way. It seemed new and was very clean. I had a very positive impression. I thought it would be nice to have USB ports, etc. The front desk staff were also kind and attentive.

I made a Reservation for sightseeing at Aquamarine Fukushima. This time, the new building was fully booked, so I stayed in the old building, but it was spacious, clean, and very relaxing—really great. The toilet and washbasin were separate, but both were very clean and well maintained, so it didn’t bother me at all. This Accommodation is in an excellent location. You can walk to AEON, and it’s also conveniently close to the aquarium. I would like to stay here again when I visit the aquarium. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

As we expected to arrive later than planned, we called in advance to discuss dinner arrangements. Despite the short notice, they kindly arranged an outdoor barbecue for us, which was a huge help. The barbecue was excellent—especially the thick-cut meat and sausages. There is also a dog run, and the Onsen Facility you drive to is spacious and very clean. The dining hall is also reached by car. The meals were Western-style like at a Hotel and were delicious. The grounds are wide, lush with greenery, and open, so we could relax at ease. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed here for a family trip. The property was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, and we were able to enjoy the main steak freshly grilled. Thanks to Oyama no Endo, it was a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed at four Mercure properties with my family so far, and honestly, this one was the best. The dinner selection felt more geared toward adults and wasn’t overly focused on fried foods; the tuna sashimi was exceptionally fresh, and there was a generous amount of eel—Shizuoka is the best. It’s a place you’ll definitely want to return to.

Used for an overnight stay after traveling abroad. The Onsen is very relaxing, and the meals are exceptionally delicious. The staff are wonderful as well, and it has become our go-to Accommodation after every trip.

It’s a very convenient location, close to Kobe Station and within walking distance of Mosaic and other attractions. I have stayed here every year since it was Crown Palace. In the past, the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated, and I was especially concerned about the plumbing. This time, with the change in management, the facilities have been renewed and I was able to stay comfortably. I usually choose a Plan that includes breakfast, but this time I also had dinner once at the on-site restaurant. Since it has only been about six months since the management change, they seemed short-staffed, and the service felt somewhat lacking. We had dinner as a group of 10, but they said they couldn’t prepare course menus for everyone, so we ordered à la carte instead. The food was very delicious. Breakfast on both mornings was a buffet at the same restaurant, but I felt the selection was slightly limited. The omelet made by the chef was excellent. I would like to stay again next time as well, so I hope to see further improvements going forward.

We stay here every summer. The Tsumagoi pool isn’t overly large, and there are several types of water slides, so there’s almost no waiting time and you can really enjoy it. There’s a wide variety of food options that both kids and adults will be satisfied with, and the eel was delicious as well. It’s a very spacious Facility where you can relax and enjoy many different activities. If I could add one thing, I think we’d be even more satisfied if there were a lounge or other place to unwind, even if it required an additional fee. We’d like to come again next year.

We stayed here while traveling by car from Kyoto. The location was great, and it was a relaxing place to unwind after our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of it.

Conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from the station, I stayed for one night at a very reasonable price. I was able to use the parking lot, and there were also nearby parking options if you arrived early (they were full by evening). This time I wanted to eat at the nearby Matsuya (since there isn’t one near where I live), so I didn’t use the breakfast service. Overall, everything was clean, it wasn’t noisy, and I had a comfortable stay. However, the only disappointing point was that the entrance vestibule didn’t seem to be well cleaned. Since the entrance is the face of the Hotel, it’s a shame when cleaning isn’t thorough there.

I stayed here for one night before going to Taketomi Island. It was very convenient, close to the bus terminal, the remote island terminal, and the downtown area. The welcome drink in the lobby was a nice way to take a break from the heat outside. The Room bathroom is small, but I was able to stretch out in the large public bath and soothe my travel fatigue. I think this Hotel is recommended for those who want an active stay.

Great location and very convenient. The in-room facilities are a bit dated, but everything is clean and more than satisfactory. I booked a single, but the bed was quite wide (possibly upgraded by the Hotel?), making it very comfortable. Having plenty of power outlets is also surprisingly useful. I really appreciate being able to check the laundry availability in real time. Excellent value for money—this has become my go-to Hotel in Kyoto, and I’ve already made Reservations for multiple stays up to a year ahead. Next time, I’ll try a plan with meals included. I had to travel on short notice and booked this Hotel while looking for a place to stay in Tokyo as a stopover. It was close to the station and easy to find, the amenities were well stocked, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately I had to check out without having it due to my departure time. There are many restaurants nearby, so if I have another chance, I would like to make a Reservation again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The location was excellent (close to Sendai Station, the shopping arcade, and especially the downtown area), the price was reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. In addition, the Hotel front desk staff were helpful, and even when there were many cars in use, parking was available at the affiliated parking lot (Dai-Sendai Parking), which was also very close and convenient. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Sendai City.
