It’s located past the hospital from Kochibashi Bridge. It’s also within walking distance from the station. The Room was clean and comfortable. There is also a large public bath, and I really appreciated being able to soak in it after walking a lot. The staff were friendly and welcoming.\nSince I stayed for two nights, the breakfast menu changed, which made it easy to enjoy. People of a wide range of ages—from younger staff to more experienced seniors—were working there, and everyone carried out their roles properly.\nIf I have the chance to visit Kochi again, I’d like to stay here again.

This was my first stay. Women can choose from several colorful yukata, and dinner included Yamaguchi’s specialty, fugu tempura—beautifully presented, generous in portion, and excellent. The Onsen alternates between men and women, so we were able to use both baths. The Room was spacious enough for two people, allowing us to relax comfortably. The staff were also wonderfully attentive. I would like to stay again when I’m in the area. Thank you very much.

I love the calm atmosphere of Tateshina Tokyu Hotel and have stayed here several times. Its setting in the forest, the dignified yet unpretentious interiors, and the quiet time you can spend here offer a charm that is hard to find at other hotels. This time was no different, and it reminded me again how much I like this hotel. Also, though it’s a small thing, I really like the toothbrushes in the guest rooms. They’re comfortable to use, and I can feel the hotel’s thoughtfulness even in these details. I hope you will continue with the current ones. On the other hand, precisely because I’ve been coming for many years, there are a few things that disappointed me. The biggest one is that Japanese dinner has been discontinued since this year. On a Multiple Night Stay, we used to enjoy being able to choose “Western tonight, Japanese tomorrow” within the hotel itself. Especially for us—who prefer not to drive once we arrive and instead relax in the forest or inside—the option was very important. French cuisine certainly has its appeal, but having Western meals both nights makes it feel like a slightly different hotel than before. I would be happy if Japanese dinner becomes an option again someday. I was also sorry to hear that the garden pool, long loved by guests, has ended operations starting this year. I understand it was due to aging facilities (Facility), but combined with the end of Japanese dinner options (Facility), it feels as though some of what made Tateshina Tokyu special is gradually disappearing. One more thing I would love to see enhanced is the in-house library collection (Facility). This is such a quiet Hotel where you can relax while looking out at the forest—perfect for reading. The current selection feels lacking not so much in quantity as in curation quality. If there were more books that you’d want to pick up specifically because you came to Tateshina—on Shinshu’s nature and culture, mountains, architecture, travel writing, literature—it would make time spent at this Hotel even richer. I’m not asking for new facilities or services one after another. Rather, I hope you will continue cherishing and preserving what makes this Hotel unique. These comments come from someone who truly likes this Hotel—and I hope to keep visiting for many years to come.

Although the discount was conditional, the original rates were not high, and breakfast was included, so it felt like a great value. The Room key used a key-lock system, so it may not be new, but everything was kept clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

The high-floor bay view with separate living and bedroom areas was excellent. The TV offered access to YouTube, TVer, and many other content options, making the time spent indoors very enjoyable. It was unfortunate that the loose cash I dropped inside the Hotel was not found, but overall, the Hotel was great. It would have been even better if the amenities included a brush instead of a comb.

Conveniently located just past the shopping street from the station, making it a great base for sightseeing in Himeji. I asked to store my luggage before visiting Himeji Castle, and they kindly accommodated me. It was also nice that there is a terrace on the 7th floor with a view of Himeji Castle. The Room was clean, including the interior and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was very satisfying, with plenty of Himeji specialties. The only downsides were that there was only one elevator so it took a while to arrive at checkout time, and the refrigerator noise by the pillow was a bit loud and kept me from sleeping well—but overall it was a very good Hotel.

The staff’s warm smiles and excellent service were wonderful. The meals were Japanese cuisine, and we were very satisfied. The Onsen was also clean, and we were able to relax. It was a great Accommodation, conveniently located near Tenryu-ji Temple and the bamboo grove.

Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location! Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room. Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat. It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

It’s a bit far from the station, but Aeon is very close, so it’s very convenient if you go through Aeon. The Room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The Room also seemed to have been renovated, and the bathroom and toilet were clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The morning meal had good Reviews, so I added it at the last minute, but it felt a little expensive. I used it after 9:00 and the banana cream was gone and wasn’t refilled afterward, which was disappointing. However, the bread and homemade yogurt were delicious. With Hotel rates rising recently, I was grateful to be able to stay at a reasonable price. I’d like to use it again next time.

This trip was with my mother, who is turning 91. The building felt a bit old, but it was thoroughly cleaned and we had a very comfortable stay. At the dining venue, whenever dishes ran low they were replenished right away, and the staff even came to our table to let us know when refills were available. It was clear that everything was run efficiently with no waste. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

After watching the video guide to the Hotel, I tried to reach it via the pedestrian overpass from the contact walkway, but it was under construction and I was unsure what to do. A construction worker kindly assisted me, and I arrived safely. The staff were also very helpful at both check-in and check-out, and I was satisfied. I used Itsuki, and both Japanese and Western dishes offered a wide variety. They recommend the pizza for a reason—it’s addictive. It was also nice that there were small desserts after the meal. On my way back, I used the underground passage, which made it easy.

I used the facility for a day stay. Since the large public bath with an open-air bath was available from 3:00 PM, I used it. I was able to relax while soaking in the Shigaraki-ware ceramic bath. I will use it again.

We had a comfortable stay in the spacious twin Room. There was a ceiling-mounted projector, and we enjoyed the wall-sized images. I want to buy one for home (lol). The breakfast was also very delicious, and when we come to Niigata again, we would love to stay here. Thank you very much.

The exterior may look a bit old, but the inside is a lovely Hotel. You can see the ocean from your Room, and the view is wonderful—opening the curtains in the morning feels great. The price is affordable, and you can also rent bicycles. It was an excellent Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

A 10-minute walk from Miebashi Station on the Yui Rail. There is a MaxValu and a FamilyMart nearby. The Room has a small balcony, which I use to dry items like swimsuits after diving. Amenities are available by taking what you need from the shelf next to the front desk. The Room includes a hair dryer, electric kettle, glasses, tea cups, and an air purifier. On the 2nd floor, there are vending machines, free ice, a paid coin laundry, and a free microwave. For meals, you can use nearby restaurants. If you book with breakfast included, you can enjoy a simple breakfast on the 1st floor such as rice balls, miso soup, boiled eggs, shredded cabbage, potato salad, macaroni salad, mini rolls, and toast.

We stayed here to celebrate my spouse and me turning 70. The Room with an open-air bath was spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The Onsen water quality in the large public bath was excellent. We could choose different temperatures depending on the area, and we were very satisfied. The meals were also very delicious. It became a memorable celebration. We would like to visit again.

The layout is unique—almost like a condominium—and it feels like a mysterious space where you could get lost. I got hungry in the middle of the night and made it to the vending machines to buy CalorieMate, but I did get turned around. There is a bar lounge on the second floor, and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM you can enjoy complimentary alcohol as well. The open-air bath overlooking Beppu has an abundant flow of hot spring water. I enjoyed it all night and was able to take in the beautiful night view too. I had pre-ordered the steak course for dinner, but they also recommended pricier cuts like sirloin, which was a bit of a hassle. The ichibo steak was more than delicious enough. Breakfast is buffet-style, with your choice of one main dish such as a Spanish omelet or pot-au-feu. They also offer yogurt and homemade smoothies—it was truly delicious, well-balanced, and excellent overall. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.

I have stayed here more than five times.\nAlthough the building shows some minor wear, it is kept very clean.\nNear the lobby, you can choose from a selection of shampoo and conditioner, and an Onsen Facility is located next door. The Onsen includes bubble baths, a sauna, and an open-air bath, so you can really enjoy it.\nThere is also a small welcome drink near the elevators, so you can sit on the chairs across from the lobby and relax while looking outside.\nThe Room is fairly spacious, and even if you book No Meals Included, you can still dine at the restaurant on the second floor for around 1,000–2,000 yen.\nThere is also a microwave in the Hotel, so you can bring in food from outside. On the second floor there was an area with vending machines plus tables and chairs where you can heat food in the microwave and eat right away.\nIt’s not right in the city center, but it’s convenient—you can reach both Hiroshima City and Onomichi in under an hour.

It was a Room with an open-air bath, looking up at Gifu Castle and gazing down at the gentle flow of the Nagara River. We didn’t use the rooftop open-air bath or the large public bath—the in-Room open-air bath alone was more than enough. We also got to experience cormorant fishing, which made it feel truly special. Breakfast seemed to be Japanese-style only (?), but that was absolutely the right choice—it was delicious. It made me think, “I want to live in this Room!”

This time, we stayed here for a trip from Itsukushima Shrine to Matsuyama the next day by Super Jet, including Dogo Onsen, and it was very convenient. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent.
