I’m a Wakayama resident! I often stay at various Hotels in Shirahama. I knew the name, but wasn’t sure what it would be like… I was blown away! I regret not coming sooner. Amazing value for money, great food, and excellent hot spring quality! The bread was the best I’ve ever had. I definitely want to come back again!

There is no bathtub, but the massage chair and rain shower were very relaxing. The area is convenient, with many commercial facilities nearby and the station within easy reach.

I’ve stayed here many times. The rates are affordable, the Hotel is clean, and I can fully enjoy Spa World for two days, so I’m always grateful! It would be even more appreciated if the parking fee were not limited to a 24-hour period, but instead set as a flat rate (e.g., 1,000 yen) from the check-in day through the end of the check-out day.

This is my third stay here. Once a year when I visit Kobe, I stay with my grandchild. My 15-year-old grandchild really loves it and always says, “I want to stay at the same Hotel again this year!” Drinks and shampoo are available in front of the front desk, which also seems to be one of the highlights. Breakfast offers a great variety and is very delicious. My grandchild ate a lot from the morning. The staff’s service with warm smiles (especially the male staff) was wonderful. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and I was able to check in and check out comfortably. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was also an air purifier, so I could sleep peacefully and feel refreshed. The Room was clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The Hotel was cleaner and nicer than I expected. The view from the Room was wonderful, and I was able to relax. Breakfast was delicious, but it felt a bit cramped. I thought it would be even better if there were more space to enjoy the meal comfortably. When I come to Wakkanai again, I would like to stay here again.

The Facility and bedding are clean, and the staff are very helpful. They kindly accommodated our additional requests, which allowed us to enjoy a very satisfying stay.

I stayed here because it is a Hotel designed by architect Shigeru Ban. It exceeded my expectations and I had a very fulfilling time. The concept is clear, and as a stay-style Hotel it was flawless. I highly recommend a Multiple Night Stay. If there is one drawback, it would be perfect if there were Shuttle Service from the nearest Tsuruoka Station.

It was truly just a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station’s East Exit. There is also a large public bath, which is great when traveling with friends since you don’t have to wait your turn. However, it does get crowded at night. The changing area isn’t very spacious either, so if you can go earlier, make the bath a priority!

I was thinking of going to a nearby izakaya, but there were several shops open on the ground floor of the Hotel, which was very convenient. It was raining, so being able to go somewhere so close was a real delight. The food was delicious and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I was able to relax! I went to Sapporo for a bit of self-discovery. While exploring, I looked into the city’s history—riding the streetcar and even doing a full loop... My Plan depended on the weather and how much energy I had. The exterior is not flashy, but the Room was spacious and very clean. Even the smoking room had a sofa, which was wonderful! I also used the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel—only 600 yen, and it was a great bath. There’s also a convenience store along the way, which is very handy! Shingen Ramen has opened too, so it was lively. I’ll stay here again.

I returned to Japan on short notice and stayed alone in a single Room. Since I’m slightly claustrophobic, I was worried about the Room size until I checked in, but it was not an issue at all. At 12 m² it isn’t large, but the clean and functional Room was very comfortable. The Facility was also very clean. There is a coin laundry and a microwave, which was convenient. All staff—the front desk team, housekeeping, and the breakfast kitchen staff—provided excellent service. The front desk staff in particular were kind and courteous, and they patiently helped me with even small details; I’m truly grateful. As this was my first time returning alone, their greetings of “Have a good day” and “Welcome back” made me very happy. The area around the Facility is quiet, and although I was traveling alone as a woman, I felt safe even late at night. There is a convenience store right next to the Hotel, which is very handy. It’s also about a 7-minute straight walk to the station, which is convenient. I’m really glad I stayed at Keio Presso Inn Ikebukuro this time. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again.

The Room was very clean, the amenities were well provided, and the Hotel staff were kind. Even without meals included, bread was available in the morning. We felt thoughtful attention in every aspect. I rated only the bathroom a 3 because the shower required adjusting both the hot and cold taps, which was slightly inconvenient. It was very comfortable, and I would like to stay again.

Conveniently located close to the station. 　As we checked in late, the on-site parking was full, but there was an affordable paid parking lot across from the underground garage, so it was easy to use without any trouble. 　The young male staff member at the front desk was also very courteous, and we had a pleasant stay. 　Thank you very much.

Although living in Aichi Prefecture, my husband played golf with his university friends in Tsu, and since my parents' home is also in Tsu, we decided to book a hotel near Tsu Station this year instead of staying at my parents' house. We enjoyed exploring the nostalgic streets of Tsu by bike. There are many Business Hotels around Tsu Station, and since we had our car, even slightly inconvenient locations were not an issue. However, we chose this accommodation because it offered free parking, a large public bath, and breakfast service—all at a great value. Except for the front desk staff being somewhat formal without much of a smile (not rude by any means), everything about the Hotel was perfect. As my elderly parents have different daily routines now, I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit Tsu in the future. My husband also mentioned that he plans to visit Mie University frequently moving forward and would consider this accommodation as his first choice for overnight business trips. Thank you very much!

After checking out, I took the Shinkansen departing Toyama Station at 7:43. Since the breakfast buffet starts at 6:30, I thought I would only have about an hour to eat, but it was fine. The salmon ochazuke was delicious. When I asked to store my luggage before check-in, I was able to use a locker near the entrance—free of charge and with a PIN code that you set yourself. There is a laundry line above the bathtub, which was convenient. Note that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the Hotel. They also have a library selection of books, but since I received a morning newspaper, I ended up focusing on that instead.

Due to Typhoon No. 9, our return was delayed by two days, so we urgently made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Since we have a large family and lots of luggage, it was a huge help that you allowed us to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without changing Rooms at our request. The Room was spacious with plenty of space even for five people, and it was a smoking Room, which made my husband very happy. We also appreciated that breakfast was included. Kokusai-dori and the supermarket are within walking distance, so we went shopping twice—during the day and at night—and were able to take our time. Next time we visit Okinawa, we will definitely stay here again. The typhoon had really brought our spirits down, but we were able to relax, and I’m glad we chose this place. Thank you very much.

About five years ago, I stayed at your Hotel on a tour arranged by a travel agency and was deeply impressed, so I returned for personal reasons. This time, on an independent trip by private car, I was once again amazed by the magnificent building that suddenly appears along the cliffside.\nDespite the rainy season, we had a clear view over the Tsugaru Strait, and to our delight the hydrangeas were in full bloom.\nThe Onsen was also excellent. The cuisine truly reflected local Tsugaru flavors; everything was delicious, and in particular the specially ordered large abalone grilled on a ceramic plate was outstanding.\nThank you very much for your hospitality.

My mother in her 70s stayed here the night before visiting relatives. This was her third stay. There are many Hotels in Tennoji, so I suggested we try a different Hotel for a change, but she said, “Via Inn is the best! If there’s availability, I want to stay here!” The staff were friendly and welcoming, the Room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and it’s just a short walk to Tennoji Station. Security also felt solid, so I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

I stayed here last year as well. This time, I was looking forward to it because the dining had changed to a buffet. It’s an à la carte buffet where you order each dish one by one, and I was surprised at how thoughtfully crafted each menu item was. Of course, the flavors were exactly to my taste. They also offer wines and sake that pair well with each dish. What I love about this place is that it isn’t very large, so they can provide this kind of attentive service—I was really impressed. And of course, dining while watching the sunset is a truly luxurious experience. I’d love to stay again. Honestly, I always admire the chefs—every property in this group serves food that perfectly suits my tastes.

We stayed here for the first time just after New Year’s, and my spouse, our dog, and I were all very satisfied—so we came back again four months later. Everything was excellent: truly pet-first, wonderful staff hospitality, great meals, and relaxing baths. Modern stylish Accommodations are nice too, but we really love Kinugawa’s charming retro atmosphere… We’re already planning our third visit this year… We’ll be coming all the way from Izu (lol).
