I used the Plan with breakfast included. The staff provided excellent service, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast. When I was troubled by a persistent cough, they kindly offered me cough medicine, showing perfect attentiveness. I believe this Hotel offers more value than its price.

The proprietress was truly wonderful. Although the Facility is old, it was kept very clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The bath in particular had been renovated and was spotless. And since it’s an Onsen, I didn’t get chilled afterward, and my body stayed warm for quite a while after bathing. It was so nice that I went in again the next morning. The meals were just the right amount, and the sashimi was extremely fresh and delicious.

In spring, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom around the Accommodation and at the Kurushima Kaikyo Observatory, making it truly beautiful. From the Japanese-style Room, the large windows were wonderful—you could even enjoy an ocean view while lying on the futon—and the Room amenities and equipment showed thoughtful attention to detail. Needless to say, the food was outstanding! All of the staff were kind and very pleasant, too. Next time—whether for a celebration, an anniversary, or simply to refresh—I want to find any excuse to stay here again.

We stayed with three family members and our dog. The building nestled in fresh greenery was truly beautiful, and the extraordinary Room space was amazing! At night, we dimmed the lights, played jazz, enjoyed some drinks, and relaxed at our own pace. Our daughter also played the lovely piano for us—it was such a luxurious time. There were Jenga and playing cards provided, and it was surprisingly fun to play them in such a unique setting! The morning bath surrounded by greenery was also wonderful—every moment was truly special. Our daughter was thrilled and said she wants to stay here again next time we come to Karuizawa, and we had a fantastic time overall. Thank you as well to the staff for being so friendly and kind!

The Room was very clean, and we were able to eat our fill at the meals! After about a 1-minute walk through the forest, you can reach the sea right away. However, the sea can be a bit rough, so you need to be careful—but since there was no one else around, we were able to enjoy it to the fullest!! I’m not sure if it’s privately run, but the staff who helped us were very kind and made us feel comfortable. With warm hospitality, delicious food, and a clean glamping site, we had two very satisfying days! Thank you very much.

This time, three families (9 adults and 5 children) stayed for two nights and three days. Not only are the Facilities outstanding, but the staff’s attentiveness was truly exceptional—they noticed even the smallest details and responded flexibly to our requests, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful stay. Staying for two nights for the first time, starting the day with a sauna and spending a relaxing morning was the most luxurious way to unwind. Next time, we’d love to visit in winter and spend time watching the fireplace flames.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 1-year-old child and five adults including our parents and siblings. It was a top-floor (4th floor) Room, and the view was even more amazing than in the photos—our whole family was truly impressed! With the beach nearby and stylish cafes around, we went to the beach every morning after breakfast and loved spending time walking along the shore. With two bedrooms and two washrooms, it was comfortable even for two families. The bathroom had only a shower, but since it was summer and the space (including the changing area) was very large and comfortable, it didn’t bother us at all. The parking area was spacious, everything we needed for daily life was provided, and we felt at ease even with a small child. We also really appreciated being able to borrow items such as a baby crib. There is also a 24-hour MaxValu supermarket and Nishimatsuya nearby, which made things very convenient. We would definitely love to stay here again when we visit Okinawa with our family!

The staff’s warm and attentive service left a lasting impression on me. The buffet menu and the bread were very delicious. I would love to stay again.

There is no bathtub, but the massage chair and rain shower were very relaxing. The area is convenient, with many commercial facilities nearby and the station within easy reach.

I always stay here when I’m on business in Osaka—it’s my go-to Accommodation. Above all, the breakfast is excellent. It seems word has gotten around about how good it is, and when I arrived on time I was told breakfast was fully booked. They said they could prepare seating outside the dining area, past the front desk, but since I wanted to go back for the buffet a few times, that felt a bit inconvenient… so I waited until a seat opened up. However, breakfast slots are divided into one-hour time blocks and you receive an advance card beforehand, so I assumed there would be a limit on the number of guests. The staff member explained that “there are many solo guests.” If that’s the case, I’d like to see some kind of improvement—such as making it clear via the advance card how much table space will be used, or distributing only as many advance cards as can accommodate everyone even if they are dining alone. Since this is before heading to work, time really matters. Because of this time loss (I think), I missed out on the limited-quantity pudding. Disappointing. (Though I was able to have it the next day.) My Room was on the women-only floor, and the hair dryer was very easy to use. When I looked it up because I wanted to buy one myself, it turned out to be quite high-end—so that alone made me very satisfied. I also appreciated having bottled water in the Room. The coffee was delicious too. I definitely want to stay here again next time.

I used this for a trip to Shizuoka. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay, and I was very satisfied. Drinks were available freely, breakfast was delicious, the Room was comfortable, and anything I needed could be borrowed or purchased.

The Hotel was cleaner and nicer than I expected. The view from the Room was wonderful, and I was able to relax. Breakfast was delicious, but it felt a bit cramped. I thought it would be even better if there were more space to enjoy the meal comfortably. When I come to Wakkanai again, I would like to stay here again.

The Facility and bedding are clean, and the staff are very helpful. They kindly accommodated our additional requests, which allowed us to enjoy a very satisfying stay.

I stayed here because it is a Hotel designed by architect Shigeru Ban. It exceeded my expectations and I had a very fulfilling time. The concept is clear, and as a stay-style Hotel it was flawless. I highly recommend a Multiple Night Stay. If there is one drawback, it would be perfect if there were Shuttle Service from the nearest Tsuruoka Station.

Just a short walk to Fugan Canal Kansui Park. Also close to the Toyama Glass Art Museum. And super close to Toyama Station! Perfect for sightseeing with Toyama Station as your base! The Hotel itself is clean and there’s nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

It was truly just a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station’s East Exit. There is also a large public bath, which is great when traveling with friends since you don’t have to wait your turn. However, it does get crowded at night. The changing area isn’t very spacious either, so if you can go earlier, make the bath a priority!

I was thinking of going to a nearby izakaya, but there were several shops open on the ground floor of the Hotel, which was very convenient. It was raining, so being able to go somewhere so close was a real delight. The food was delicious and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Of course, this is an evaluation relative to the price, but it was a perfect score. The twin Room was spacious, the beds were large, there was a large public bath, and the massage chairs were high-performance and free. The breakfast buffet was at a level that’s hard to believe for this price.\nDinner (a boxed meal) was poor, but it saved me the trouble of going out to eat, and the all-you-can-drink option for 1,300 yen included draft beer that was delicious. They also had chuhai and whiskey, among others, but I don’t drink much, so draft beer was enough for me.\nI would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I was able to relax! I went to Sapporo for a bit of self-discovery. While exploring, I looked into the city’s history—riding the streetcar and even doing a full loop... My Plan depended on the weather and how much energy I had. The exterior is not flashy, but the Room was spacious and very clean. Even the smoking room had a sofa, which was wonderful! I also used the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel—only 600 yen, and it was a great bath. There’s also a convenience store along the way, which is very handy! Shingen Ramen has opened too, so it was lively. I’ll stay here again.

I returned to Japan on short notice and stayed alone in a single Room. Since I’m slightly claustrophobic, I was worried about the Room size until I checked in, but it was not an issue at all. At 12 m² it isn’t large, but the clean and functional Room was very comfortable. The Facility was also very clean. There is a coin laundry and a microwave, which was convenient. All staff—the front desk team, housekeeping, and the breakfast kitchen staff—provided excellent service. The front desk staff in particular were kind and courteous, and they patiently helped me with even small details; I’m truly grateful. As this was my first time returning alone, their greetings of “Have a good day” and “Welcome back” made me very happy. The area around the Facility is quiet, and although I was traveling alone as a woman, I felt safe even late at night. There is a convenience store right next to the Hotel, which is very handy. It’s also about a 7-minute straight walk to the station, which is convenient. I’m really glad I stayed at Keio Presso Inn Ikebukuro this time. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again.
