It was a stylish, modern Hotel with no unnecessary frills. It’s within walking distance of Oura Cathedral and Glover Garden, and although I expected it to be up on a hill, it was actually in a regular location. The entrance is a café, so I wondered, “Is this really the Hotel?”—but as you go further in, there’s a small check-in counter. On the right side of the entrance there are lockers, and they were able to store even fairly large luggage before check-in, which let us head out sightseeing hands-free. When we first entered the Room, there was a slight smell that bothered me; I thought it would have been nicer with a light, refreshing scent like citrus. After a while, though, I stopped noticing it. Inside the Room was great: our whole family loved it—an elegant sofa, a large TV, beds that were just the right size, and BAKUNE pajamas as sleepwear. There was enough space for everyone to relax together; after coming back from dinner we took our time enjoying dessert. The bath was also excellent—a jacuzzi in a comfortable space with a pleasant breeze coming in. My wife especially appreciated having both a washing machine and two toilets. One thing to note is that there aren’t many places nearby for dinner—you’ll need to go a bit farther out for meals. The price was on the higher side for the season, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

We stayed during the Obon holidays on a breakfast-only plan. The building is a bit old, but the Room had been renovated and was very clean, with stylish interiors and a great view—truly wonderful. The baths were also clean; they operate on an alternating schedule for men and women, and we were especially impressed by the panoramic bath on the 6th floor with its amazing views. Breakfast was very luxurious and satisfying, featuring simmered splendid alfonsino (kinmedai), horse mackerel namero, ara-jiru fish soup, plus a buffet. We would like to come again.

All the staff were incredibly friendly, and they even saw us off at the end, which made us feel wonderful. At breakfast, we enjoyed local Shinshu flavors such as mushrooms and ended up eating a lot.

It’s conveniently close to Sakaihigashi Station, and it has become my regular Accommodation.

Conveniently located near the station, with a 7-Eleven downstairs, making it easy to find. The front desk is right by the lobby entrance. The elevators are close, and the breakfast restaurant is also nearby. The Room is compact, but the unit bath is spacious and the bathtub is generously sized. Above all, it’s clean and new. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including items unique to Utsunomiya, which was very satisfying. I would like to stay again.

I arrived by motorcycle. At first, the parking instructions were a bit hard to understand, but luckily there was an available space and I was able to park on the property. For breakfast, they served a local specialty—hittsumi soup—which was great and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again. Thank you!

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. The large public bath also had many open-air baths, which was great, but the Room also had an open-air bath, so it was wonderful to soak at night and again early in the morning. Even after checkout, we could still use the large public bath, and we were given fresh towels at the front desk, so we were very satisfied. There is a restaurant for dinner, but breakfast is bring-your-own only; there is a 7-Eleven right in front of the property, so we used that. I wish there had been a Plan with an 11:00 checkout.

At the breakfast buffet, the chef prepared dashimaki tamago and onigiri on the spot (you can choose the fillings), and I was happy to enjoy them freshly made. Today’s miso soup had clams in it, with a rich clam broth—it was delicious and comforting. There was a wide variety of dishes and desserts, including konjac-based items and Ota’s famous yakisoba, so choosing was fun and exciting. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed for one night with a child (No Meals Included), and the staff were very courteous. After walking around for sightseeing, our child was tired and in a bad mood, and I was exhausted from long-distance driving and sightseeing as well. We were able to relax and ease our fatigue in the bath, and even enjoy a snowy view from the open-air bath (as a cold wave had arrived). The scenery was wonderful, and we were very satisfied. The Room was also kept clean and well prepared, providing a comfortable environment to rest.

The front desk, the welcoming entrance, the views, the baths, and the staff were all wonderful. This was my first stay, but it’s a Ryokan I’d love to visit again. A few points I’d like to see improved: Regarding payment and the “Come Again Fukushima” Plan, I thought it would apply, but it turned out that only on-site payment was eligible and online payment was not. The application process is confusing, so it would be helpful if it were made clearer. There is no ramp at Fujita-no-Yu, so I would really appreciate it if one could be installed. I was truly comforted by the staff’s warm and natural greetings. I’m glad I could talk about local topics with the person who took care of our dinner. Thank you very much.

We planned a last-minute trip as a couple, and never expected to find such a wonderful Accommodation available during the Obon holidays at such an affordable price. Dinner was impressive, featuring dishes that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients, served on Hagi-yaki–style ceramic tableware. The buffet breakfast was also full of delicious options. While the annex is not very large, it felt newly finished and was comfortable. Above all, the location alone—an expansive view of the majestic Sea of Japan right below the window—seems worth tens of thousands of yen. The staff were warm and welcoming as well, making it an unforgettable stay.

Stayed one night while sightseeing in Abashiri. The lakeside Hotel had a charming atmosphere and felt exciting even before check-in. Both the public areas and the room were spacious, with a calm, relaxing vibe that I really liked. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style. I enjoyed plenty of seafood such as crab, sashimi, and sushi. The selection wasn’t overwhelming, and the soft-serve ice cream for dessert was rich and creamy. The bath area was also spacious, with a covered open-air bath, so I could soak slowly even in the rain. I went three times and was very satisfied. It turned into a fun sightseeing trip.

This year, due to severe weather, the Chuo Main Line has had several planned service suspensions, and I’ve stayed here a few times so I could get to work the next day. Each time, the front desk staff have been calm and courteous, and there are no guests talking loudly in the hallways, so it’s very comfortable. There’s a FamilyMart right in front of the hotel, so even without meals included you won’t have any trouble finding food or drinks.

I always stay at Kiraku when I’m on a business trip to Yamaguchi. The experienced woman at the front desk always greets guests with a warm smile and friendly service, and she even said, “It’s been a while,” which made my stay even more comfortable. I look forward to staying again.

We arrived a little after 3:00 pm, and they were waiting to welcome us at the entrance, which gave the place a classic, long-established feel. The building has a sense of history, and the Showa-era atmosphere was very comfortable for me. There was an abundance of food, and as seniors we couldn’t finish it all—what a shame (laugh).

The made-to-order breakfast options are simply outstanding. The buffet is also well stocked, with a wide variety of drinks. I’ve only stayed in the twin Room, but it’s very clean and comfortable. The size is decent. The lounge is a calm space where you can read while enjoying delicious coffee. The staff are all very pleasant, and I think it’s a great Hotel. If I had to nitpick… the parking lot is a bit narrow. When large cars are parked there, it can be quite difficult to get in. Also, when the lot right next door is full, you have no choice but to park at the second lot a few blocks away. It’s fairly far, so it’s tough if you have lots of luggage or on extremely hot days. Considering the Facility, amenities, and service, I felt it was exceptionally wonderful for this price—hard to find anything comparable. I would recommend it to others.

Stayed for one night during my first trip to Kagoshima. While I had some expectations during the Reservation process, the location exceeded them—absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Tenmonkan, it was a perfect base to enjoy and complete all the planned activities on my schedule. The Room was impeccable, with relatively new and clean amenities like the bed and bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I am completely satisfied without even a minor complaint to mention. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you!
