Both dinner and breakfast are lavish, spectacular meals. You can enjoy outstanding dishes that feel like the very best from all over Japan. We recommend arriving at the Accommodation very hungry. It was a shame I was so full that I could hardly eat the late-night rice balls.

I found this Accommodation while looking for a place with great food and made a Reservation. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and we were very satisfied! It also has great access to the two shrines and one temple, and with checkout at 12:00, we could take our time—being able to go out after breakfast and come back was especially convenient. We would love to stay here again when we visit Nikko. Thank you very much.

I stay here repeatedly because I often have errands nearby, and once again I was very satisfied with my stay since I already know how convenient everything is. It’s a 2–3 minute walk to the streetcar stop (similar to a train station), and there is also shared-bike parking in front of the Hotel entrance, though the number of spaces is limited. I think this Accommodation is truly convenient for anyone staying long-term in Hiroshima City. All Rooms are twin Rooms with double beds, and the bathrooms are very spacious, so even larger guests should be able to relax comfortably. Depending on the Room, there may be a dedicated rack for hanging a road bike and an additional closet Room for storing large luggage. If I had to mention one thing: although there are vending machines, there is no complimentary water in the Room. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store or the nearest supermarket, it’s better to buy drinks in advance before checking in.

First of all, the Hotel staff were absolutely outstanding! At mealtimes, we could dine while listening to the hostess sing, and her calm, soothing voice was truly relaxing. The food was also delicious—local specialties were incorporated beautifully, and we enjoyed every course without ever getting tired of it. And the open-air bath with a sky-high view was incredible! The scenery was breathtaking, and both body and mind were able to unwind completely. I’m truly glad I found a Hotel that made me want to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

This was my first trip to Tohoku, and I stayed here. In recent years I hadn’t found an Accommodation that truly satisfied me, but this one exceeded my expectations in every way—hospitality, meals, and the Room. I took a taxi from the nearest station, and every driver said, “Everyone says there’s nothing to complain about!” They were absolutely right. It’s well worth the price—you won’t regret staying here. For those making a Reservation, I strongly recommend choosing a Plan that includes dinner! The portions are generous, and everything is delicious, including fresh seafood and mountain vegetables. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, but we were able to relax while listening to the rain and looking out over Matsushima. We’ll definitely return to see Matsushima in another season!

Everything was taken care of, and we truly appreciated your hospitality. Every dish was outstanding, and the timing of each course was perfect. In particular, after enjoying the Takachiho beef, the tempura that followed surprised me—I thought I was too full to eat it, but one bite changed my mind. It was wonderfully crisp, not greasy at all, and pleasantly light. It was the best tempura I’ve ever had. Our room attendant was from overseas, and there were moments when Japanese was a little hard to understand, but they did their very best to look after us. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. My spouse and I were able to enjoy the private family bath together many times, and it became a wonderful memory for us. We are truly grateful to everyone at the Accommodation for your warm and dedicated service. We were very concerned to hear about the major earthquake that occurred shortly afterward. The guest room, hospitality and service, Onsen, Facility, and meals—everything far exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed at how satisfied I was. The atmosphere of the bath and the water were especially wonderful; I wanted to stay in forever. The food was also outstanding, and my wife was delighted. We also enjoyed playing table tennis, and thanks to the light exercise and the Onsen, we slept soundly at night—better than at home. We will definitely return together. The Room is incredibly clean—just like in the photos! You can enjoy a BBQ while looking at the night sky (BBQ grill available as a paid add-on option), and having a sauna on-site was truly great. Self löyly is also possible, and you can fill the outdoor jacuzzi with water to use it as a cold plunge, so you can fully relax and recharge. The sauna temperature could reach around 90°C. There are two bedrooms, each with two double beds, so even with seven people it still felt very spacious. (However, please note that the sauna and jacuzzi are only large enough for up to three people at the same time.) Fireworks were not allowed on the property, but there was a bucket needed for fireworks by the entrance, which we really appreciated.

Our first time in Noto. Every year, we stay at various seaside places on family trips, and this time we were able to spend a truly memorable moment. You kindly checked in with us about the view affected by the earthquake, but we felt that was part of our connection as well, and we want to cherish it. Everyone on Notojima was so warm, and it was clear how deeply they care for Noto—it really came through to us. The hospitality here is the best we have experienced among all the Accommodations we have stayed at. The sushi dinner featured mostly local ingredients from Noto and the surrounding area. Everything was so fresh—full of items we don’t usually get to eat—and we were genuinely impressed. The staff’s every gesture was pleasant, making our stay very comfortable. For breakfast, we enjoyed a delicious meal while looking out at the sea and feeling time pass slowly. I believe their commitment to local ingredients and caring for what matters is what makes it taste so good. It’s not an easy place for us to revisit due to the distance, but this is a truly wonderful Accommodation that makes us want to return in another season.

The Room, the meals, and the rural scenery... everything was wonderful! Even travel guidance was provided, and the services were excellent, which made our trip truly enjoyable. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! This was our second stay, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel, just as impressive as the first time. The staff were all very kind, and we were very satisfied with the service at the pool, including bath towels and water! Our 3-year-old also really liked how clean the Room was. The candy we received when leaving was given to our child, but it turned out to be spicy—so we would have been happier if it had been a sweet candy instead.

This was our first stay here to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. I’d been wanting to visit for a while, and I found an affordable Plan, so I made a Reservation. All the Rooms looked spacious with beautiful views, so I chose the “hotel’s choice” Plan and booked without specifying a Room. When we arrived at the Hotel looking forward to our stay, we were surprised with a suite! The weather wasn’t great, but it instantly lifted our spirits. The view from the open-air bath was wonderful, and dinner was absolutely delicious. In particular, both the fish and meat dishes had amazing sauces—we finished everything between the two of us. Breakfast was also excellent, including dried fish, and I even had seconds of the clam miso soup! The staff were very kind as well. Late at night we accidentally stained the sheets due to our own mistake, but when we contacted the front desk they came right away to replace them. They reassured us repeatedly by saying “It’s okay,” and I’m truly grateful for their quick response. The Room, the view, the food, and the staff—everything was outstanding hospitality. We had a wonderful day! We’d love to visit again for another special occasion. Thank you very much.

This Accommodation was the final stop on our 3-night, 4-day summer trip through Okayama, Tottori, and Shimane, and it was truly a wonderful place to end our journey. Check-in was very courteous and smooth, and I was surprised—in a good way—that an attendant escorted us to our Room while explaining the building along the way, which is rare these days. They also carefully explained everything in the Room, and I was impressed by the traditional level of hospitality. The Room had great taste, and the open-air bath in the Room was free-flowing Onsen water. It was a bit hot, but adding some water quickly made it comfortable enough to enter, so we enjoyed it many times during our stay. With Rooms that have an open-air Onsen bath, insects often get into either the bath or the Room, but for some reason we had no such issues here and were comfortable throughout. Dinner was served in a private room; the attendant’s explanations were thorough, and everything tasted excellent. The final dish seemed especially delicious—my husband and son even asked for seconds. Breakfast was buffet-style. We went at a later time close to last order, but we were not rushed at all and could enjoy our meal comfortably until the end. We chose late check-out as well. Although there were hardly any other guests around at that time (at other Hotels with late check-out there are usually few staff members left and no send-off), they continued to assist us until departure—taking photos for us and seeing us off properly—which felt like outstanding service. In addition, there were foot reflexology massages as well as foot baths, hand baths, and even face baths. Our Plan also included lounge access—all of which we enjoyed. It is rare to find such a large Ryokan (Hotel) with excellent Facility offerings, ample staffing levels, great service, plus wonderful meals and Onsen. It really shows their dedication. We had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

This was our first stay. My wife, who is very particular about everything, said, “This Room is comfortable, so we’ll be fine,” and even wanted to cancel the other Hotels we had planned. We were wondering what to do for a four-week Hotel stay during our home renovation, so we consulted the front desk. Despite being busy, they kindly helped us, and as a result we changed our plans and stayed long-term. The breakfast selection was extensive, and my wife—who rarely eats out due to food allergies and usually has to cook for herself—enjoyed it every morning without getting tired of it. The lounge, the Onsen, and the parking were all excellent as well, and every staff member was very courteous. When we mentioned a concern about cleaning, they responded immediately. We are truly grateful that our long stay went smoothly. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

From the front desk with a panoramic view of Hakone’s great natural scenery to the Room with a private open-air bath, everything was excellent! The food was also very satisfying. The incense service and drink service were plentiful and much appreciated. The staff were very kind as well. We’ll be back!

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s first birthday. It was our first family trip with the puppy we had just welcomed home, and we had many worries, but thanks to the kindness of the staff and the well-stocked amenities, we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. And above all, the meals were delicious!! We had both breakfast and dinner, and both left us completely satisfied—full in body and heart. The Onsen in the large public bath was wonderful as well. The open-air bath in our Room is not an Onsen, but it was spacious and relaxing. Our family has already been saying how we want to come back again soon.

The welcome service offered plum wine, black vinegar, juice, sweets, and ice cream. We arrived early and were able to relax until dinner even after taking a bath. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and with free-flowing natural hot spring water, we could enjoy the Onsen anytime. The Room was excellent. The food was buffet-style, featuring local vegetables and specialties, along with many delicious dishes made with health in mind. I don’t often get the chance to visit Akita, but this is an Accommodation I would definitely like to return to. Thank you very much.
