It was my first stay in several years. Due to my own booking mistake, it was a smoking Room, but the front desk offered to prepare an air purifier; the smell did not bother me that much. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed the meals—they were delicious. Above all, the staff, including the front desk team, were truly wonderful—always smiling and pleasant. Thank you very much. It made for a very good trip.

Staying at Haimurubushi—an Accommodation I’d always wanted to try—was a dream come true. From the pickup at the port, the service was excellent in every way! Even during our summer vacation trip, we didn’t have to wait in line for anything, and we truly enjoyed a relaxing island pace of life. Our whole family was very satisfied.

The powerful sound of the ocean waves and the amazing sea view with Izu Oshima right in front of you are simply outstanding. On top of that, there’s a pool and an Onsen, and at night you can see a beautiful moon—just perfect. The buffet dining was enjoyable, and the staff were very attentive. Our trip with our dog was also comfortable. I never knew my first visit to Atagawa would be such a wonderful place!! This is a Hotel that makes adults, kids, and even dogs?! want to come back!

I was thrilled that the Room had a ReFa shower head, plus a hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron! The Room and bathroom were truly spotless—everything was perfect. My mother and our family stayed here, and with two TVs and separate areas, we could relax completely without any stress. Everyone in the family was very satisfied—my mother even said she wants to stay in the same Room again, so we’re already thinking about another trip to Osaka. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

After reading the Reviews, I wasn’t sure whether to choose the Main Building or the West Building, but I’m glad I chose the Main Building because getting to the baths and meals was smooth and convenient. The Room has been renovated, and it was great that the toilet is separate. The soundproofing is also solid, and everything feels clean. Even during Obon, we were able to have breakfast without any waiting time. You can also check how crowded it is from your Room—this really is a wonderful long-established Hotel. I appreciate all the efforts being made here, and I would love to stay again.

With convenient access from Kamakura and an outlet mall on-site, we can spend a fulfilling time here, so we stay about once or twice a year. I especially love the Onsen Facility the most. Also, the consistently warm hospitality of all the staff is a big plus!! The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. We will continue to stay here.

This was my second stay, and this time I visited with a friend. Compared to last time, the staff seemed more experienced, and everyone assisted us smoothly and courteously. It was very comfortable. The view from the large windows is wonderful no matter how many times I see it. The scenery from the open-air bath was also amazing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I truly enjoyed the creative dinner course, and I appreciate that you accommodated ingredients I don’t eat. The rice porridge with tea at breakfast was outstanding—I ate too much!! It would be nice to have even a small serving of fruit… One point: the Shuttle Service bus stop is separate from the regular route stop, so we had to search for it. It might help to mention that it’s on the opposite side of the road from the station. We arrived around 4:15 p.m., but the welcome sweet (Narazuke cheesecake) was already gone, so we couldn’t try it—such a shame. I also appreciated the 11:00 a.m. checkout time. A small detail, but since there’s a step down at the restroom entrance, it’s easy to put slippers on and take them off smoothly, which reduces stress. Thank you for taking care of us.

The Club Ocean Room was spacious and wonderful. The bed was large and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the projector. The food in the club lounge was beautifully presented and delicious. I already have a Reservation for my next stay, so I would like to share a few points for improvement. I would really like to have bottled water in the Room, or alternatively a water dispenser and an ice machine on the floor. Also, I would like sparkling water to be available at all times in the club lounge. Since these are standard amenities at other Hotels, I would appreciate your consideration.

It was my first stay in a while. Aside from handling check-in and check-out yourself and picking up only the amenities you need at the front desk, everything was unchanged, and I had a comfortable stay. The Room was set to a pleasant temperature when I arrived, which made me forget Kyoto’s heat. This time, my purpose was to visit the Gojo Wakamiya Pottery Festival. It took less than five minutes on foot from the Hotel to Keihan Sanjo Station, so I could go by train and take my time looking around at the venue. It is also close to Pontocho and Kiyamachi, so finding places to eat was never a problem. Breakfast is buffet-style, and in addition to Western options, there were obanzai dishes, pork shabu-shabu, spice curry, and other satisfying choices. Despite being in such a convenient location, it’s also quiet and relaxing, so I would like to stay here again.

The location was great, and the Room was very comfortable. During the first two days, the in-room internet (Wi‑Fi and wired LAN) disconnected frequently, but it improved after I contacted the front desk. Since there is a D-STAR amateur radio repeater station right next to the Hotel, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy D-STAR. I would definitely like to stay again.

It was a wonderful stay, and I was very satisfied, with the unique aesthetic of architect Togo Murano felt throughout. The Hotel is surrounded by lush nature, making it pleasant to enjoy a relaxing walk. At the same time, taking the subway gets you to the city center in about 15 minutes, so access is very convenient. The breakfast I had been looking forward to offered just the right variety for both Western and Japanese options, and everything was delicious. Although I don’t usually wear provided pajamas, they matched the Hotel’s refined atmosphere perfectly, so I enjoyed wearing them this time. The walk from the elevator to my room was a bit long, but being able to stroll while admiring the beautiful courtyard view through the windows made even that travel time feel like a relaxing moment.

This is my third stay. Since the bath is an Onsen, I don’t use the in-Room bath, so even if it’s small, it’s not a problem. They offer body scrubbing, and I use it every time—the staff member is friendly and does careful work, which I really like. Dinner and breakfast are included as a service, and breakfast in particular is very satisfying. I had beer and wine at night (paid separately each time), and the wine was especially delicious. The Hotel rate is affordable too, so I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

The front desk, restaurant, and large public bath were clean, but the carpet in the guest room felt dirty. Even after watching a night game at Vantelin Dome, having a large public bath helped wash away the fatigue from cheering. The hitsumabushi at the breakfast buffet was delicious and a welcome highlight. I will visit again.

I stayed in the new building twin Room. As always, I was very satisfied with the tea area, the Room, and the bath. My friend who stayed with me also really liked it. Next time, I’d like to relax with a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much to all the staff.

The staff’s thoughtfulness and service were excellent, and although it was my first trip in a while, it became a wonderful memory. However, the Room air conditioning did not work well, the noise from the unit bothered me and made it hard to sleep, and I was also concerned about the smell of the water in the open-air bath.

I stayed for two nights to attend events in Yokohama and Tokyo. The location was convenient, with easy access from both Haneda Airport and the nearest station, Shinagawa, making it easy to get around. It was also great that I could choose as many amenities as I needed, such as basic skincare (SEKKISEI) and tea. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. This Hotel is perfect for a trip focused on going out on your own.

This was my second stay, and both the Room and the washroom were clean, which was very nice. When I visit Miyajima again, I will stay at Miyajima Coral Hotel.

Directly connected to Tennoji Station, it’s very convenient, and the staff are very friendly! The Room is clean, and the air conditioning works well! One downside is that the elevator from the 2nd floor is extremely slow, so I recommend taking the Hotel’s dedicated elevator from the 1st floor.

My first visit to Arima Onsen was just to stop by a famous hot spring, but this Accommodation was wonderful and made me want to come back. The water was soft and soothing, and the meals were excellent—carefully selected ingredients, thoughtfully prepared dashi, and delicious sea bream rice. The attendant not only served the meals but also laid out the futon, and their dedicated service left a lasting impression.

I have stayed here several times on my own in the past, and my two daughters always said they wanted to visit whenever I showed them the photos. This time, I stayed here with both of them. The Room was spacious enough even with an extra bed, and even with three of us, having three mirrors meant getting ready was stress-free. Breakfast is always truly delicious. I come here when I want to spend some quiet time alone, so next time I will visit again by myself.
