The Hotel was very clean and functional, which was truly great. There were also materials prepared to introduce sightseeing spots and gourmet options around the Hotel, which were very helpful. However, the best part of this Hotel was the front desk staff. The atmosphere they created felt like the ultimate service. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Kanazawa. Additionally, the hairdryer was a big hit with the women in my family!

The food was delicious, and I ended up drinking a bit too much for the first time in a while. The bath was just the right size, and I could relax comfortably and warm up thoroughly. The Room was cleaned carefully, and the toilet was kept very clean, making for a very pleasant stay. I would like to stay again. *The weather was quite cloudy and not ideal for seeing Mt. Fuji, but the clouds cleared briefly and we were able to see it.*

I’d been keeping an eye on this place as a summer getaway I wanted to visit someday, and I finally made it this time. It happened to be a day when temperatures had dropped across the whole country, so I wondered if it might not feel much like a cool retreat—but it was cold enough to need a jacket. The air was incredibly fresh, and I took lots of deep breaths on the balcony. It truly felt amazing—I finally understood what people mean by “the air tastes delicious.” The Room was carefully prepared and very comfortable. And the meal served at the counter felt wonderfully luxurious; with the reassuring comfort of being able to go straight to bed afterward, even the drinks tasted better. The free drinks in the lobby were also great for relaxing while enjoying the view. The weather wasn’t perfect, but we could still gaze at the stars at night, and by morning we had a beautiful view of Mt. Ontake as well. It was a lovely place that I would definitely like to visit again.

The location is very convenient from the station, and the front desk staff were courteous, making check-in and check-out smooth. After checkout, there are lockers by the entrance where you can store and retrieve your luggage without needing to speak with the front desk, which is especially stress-free when you’re in a hurry. The welcome sweets and coffee were also delicious.

The food was delicious, the free drinks were great, and we could watch the fireworks right in front of us—it was amazing. Thank you very much. If we have another opportunity, we would definitely like to stay again.

Thank you for taking care of us for 3 days and 2 nights! The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and it made for a truly lovely trip. The Room was quiet and clean. The service was also great—when we arrived a little early to leave our luggage, they let us check in right away! It was nice to cool down in the Room for a bit before going out in the heat. This was my lack of research, but I went without bringing anything because I thought I had seen in a Review that skincare amenities were provided. Please bring your own skincare items!

This was our 10th stay or more, and thank you as always for taking such great care of us. The food and the Onsen were excellent.

In addition to 24-hour lobby service with coffee and cold tea, we also enjoyed wine from 15:00 to 20:00 and shaved ice, which was a very thoughtful touch. The location was extremely convenient for getting anywhere, and since it’s right by Exit 1, we really appreciated not having to walk far to the station in the summer heat. We would definitely love to stay again.

The Facility is old, but the rates are affordable, and since the meals are kaiseki cuisine, we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. Above all, the Kanmon Bridge and the Kanmon Strait can be seen from the Room, bath, and dining hall—absolutely wonderful. We were able to take our time enjoying the view of various ships coming and going. We will stay again.

I stayed in a quiet, comfortable Room at the far end of the top floor. Thank you very much. The step between the unit bath and the Room is relatively low, so please watch your footing in the dark, but the Hotel is clean throughout, with wide corridors and elevator halls. Overall, I think it’s a good Business Hotel for the price.

Close to the station and convenient. Recently, trains in Hokkaido often stop. One of the closest to the station, with clean Rooms. Highly recommended.

You can feel at ease with the consistent Route Inn meal standards. I think it is an excellent Business Hotel, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The welcome drink and free parking at Nao Resort Hotel were great, and the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. The Naraya Group staff are consistently outstanding. We booked during a time sale at this price, and even breakfast was included—I almost felt bad. I was also happy that the card payment included the Hot Spring Tax. We had a wonderful time around Yubatake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the Onsen for personal reasons, but my sister and mother were truly impressed by Ichinoyu’s waters, several nearby baths they could enjoy many times, and Soan’s private bath. Thank you again—everything was perfect.

Whenever I visit Ishigaki Island, I stay at this Hotel. The view from the Room is wonderful, and the Facility is compact overall, making it comfortable and easy to spend time here. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it tastes good, and I’m happy they also offer several kinds of fruit. The price isn’t too high, and it’s in a convenient location, so I recommend it!

I stayed here while visiting the Dewa Sanzan shrines. The Accommodation had a very relaxing atmosphere, the meals were delicious, and the bath was excellent. I also signed up the night before and was able to join an early-morning visit to Mt. Yudono. It was a truly rare and wonderful experience. I will definitely return. Thank you very much.

The room was clean, and it was conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Curry breakfast seems to be their specialty, but this time I found the mini bread to be very delicious.

There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the station—an excellent location.\nWe used it as our Accommodation for a summer sports tournament, so we were disappointed that the Room didn’t have a freezer compartment, which is why we rated it 4 stars.\nOther than that, everything was more than satisfactory.\nWe will definitely stay again.

This was my third stay, the first in several years. I was truly impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful and professional attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality that feels personal to each guest. Thanks to them, I enjoyed a comfortable 3-night, 4-day stay. All of the meals were delicious—the Japanese and Western breakfast options, sea bream chazuke, and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The portions were just right as well. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy everything in my Room. The drink service in the lounge and other touches were also very well considered. The Room was cleaned thoroughly down to every detail, making my stay very pleasant. I’d love to visit again before the new outlet opens next year (while Reservations are still available). We stayed as two couples. We made the reservation based on the reviews. Upon entering the room, there was a Western-style area with twin beds, a small table, and chairs. Beyond that was a Japanese-style room with a low table and chairs. It was very comfortable to stay in. As for the bath, I personally thought it was nice, but my husband said it felt cold inside and only used it once at night. Dinner was just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews. In comparison, breakfast left a slightly disappointing impression. Overall, I think this accommodation offers great value for money. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

We had a very comfortable stay. The parking lot was full, but the staff responded promptly. The view from the window was great, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The service during check-in and throughout our stay was excellent.
