I stayed on the No Meals Included Plan. I really liked the Room and was able to spend a fulfilling time. The staff were very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. It rained this time, so if I have the chance next time, I’d like to relax on the rooftop.

This was my second stay this year, and I visited with my mother. My mother is nearing her 88th birthday, but she still has a great appetite and finished everything, even having seconds from the rice tub. I visited long ago with my mother and grandmother as well, so I feel truly happy to have an Accommodation we can return to across three generations—my grandmother, my mother, and me. Unfortunately it rained this time, but thanks to that the signature stones and garden trees were gently wet, letting us enjoy a different kind of beautiful scenery than usual. Thank you again for your warm hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. If I could suggest improvements: I would be happy if there were a water dispenser. The inside of the microwave was broken. The kitchen stove heat was weak. Other than that, both the kids and adults were very satisfied. The pool was just the right size and we enjoyed it, and the sauna and cold plunge were easy to use. The view was great, and we had a really good time! We would like to visit again!

I stayed on a windy day. Although I lit the fire in the outdoor fire pit, sparks were flying everywhere due to the wind, so I quickly put it out. The strong wind made it feel very cold, and I couldn't stay outside for long to tend to the fire, which was a bit disappointing. For the barbecue grill, we only grilled bread and sausages for breakfast. (When there was no sunlight, even this grilling task felt too cold as standing outside at night with the wind hitting my body was unbearable.) The sauna had already been preheated upon our arrival, so we could relax and use it right away—thank you! After enjoying the sauna, we also used the bath. The spacious bathroom and bathtub were very comfortable. The provided warm jacket-like garment kept us cozy—it was great! Additionally, we loved the indoor fireplace here. It’s surrounded by bricks with a wide opening. Watching the flames leisurely turned out to be more enjoyable than expected; in fact, it satisfied us more than using an outdoor fire pit. Due to our misunderstanding during research beforehand, we thought check-in would be contactless and arrived late without realizing that staff were waiting at the entrance for us—we panicked upon arrival when we realized this mistake. We sincerely apologize for that incident. In summer stays without fireplaces or stoves available elsewhere before this trip where accommodations were entirely contactless led us astray into assuming similar arrangements here too—but facilities like stoves/fireplaces/saunas often require initial face-to-face explanations regarding safety measures which indeed proved helpful during our first visit here! While subsequent visits might allow non-contact check-ins if feasible—it’s understandable either way depending on preferences. Regarding other aspects: unfortunately one ceiling-mounted BOSE speaker wasn’t functional despite inquiries via chat support; however alternative Bluetooth speakers indoors sufficed instead though slightly disappointing initially especially since someone accompanying me wanted testing them specifically but overall manageable workaround existed nonetheless thankfully! Lastly nearby surroundings exploration revealed missed opportunity discovering sausage vending machine shop selling unique spiral-shaped pork products located mere moments away driving distance-wise We were satisfied with everything, including the food, hot springs, and service. However, the road from the main road to the main building was hard to find and very narrow, and at times it felt uncomfortably close even for pedestrians, which made us uneasy. Aside from that, it is an inn we would definitely like to visit again.

The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the view of Kobe’s downtown from the bath made it feel like a semi-open-air bath—it was truly wonderful! There was no noise at all, so it was very quiet and I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was on the top floor with an amazing view, and I felt great lounging on the stylish sofas! The Chinese rice porridge was delicious, and I was happy there were lots of side dishes to go with it. Having roast beef in the morning also felt luxurious—absolutely fantastic. With direct access from the station and an affordable supermarket right below the Hotel, everything was convenient and comfortable.

Although it was a stay during the hot summer, the hotel is connected to the subway, and once inside I could relax in peace without noticing the noise outside. Many of the staff were from overseas, but everyone treated us with great courtesy. There was a long line at check-in, but they called out to One Harmony members and we were quickly given priority service. The bed in our room was placed by the window, which really made us feel we were on a high floor. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed for two nights in late August on a family trip. On the first night, I became unwell (likely heat exhaustion due to Kyoto’s climate and lack of sleep), and you kindly adjusted how dinner was served. You also prepared an ice pack and cold water, and all the staff offered warm words afterward as well—I truly caused you a lot of trouble. The next day we returned to the Accommodation early after sightseeing, but housekeeping was completed quickly and the Room was restored to a comfortable state. Our child had brought a favorite stuffed toy, and seeing it seated on the sofa warmed our hearts. I was also impressed that all staff had shared information such as my avoiding caffeine and our child’s preferences, and handled everything so naturally with thoughtful care. The timing of your check-ins and sense of distance were just right, and we experienced truly wonderful hospitality. We used the Room as a family of three (our child is in 6th grade), and it felt neither too large nor too small. Having a bath in the Room was especially nice because we could use it whenever we wanted. The water temperature was set to 41°C, which feels hot in summer, but we could adjust it by adding water. The changing area had floor heating, which helped prevent us from getting too chilled after bathing. Towels and water were replenished as well, so even if we sweated after bathing, it was great to be able to use clean towels and clothes. Also, there was a lovely fragrance the moment we entered the Room, with incense throughout the building—these scent touches made everything feel special and out of the ordinary. Every meal was truly delicious. Our child has many dislikes when it comes to seafood, but you accommodated this thoughtfully; plus, both days’ menus were different so we could enjoy variety. In particular, the charcoal-grilled style dishes along with Anto-jiru soup, takikomi gohan (seasoned rice), and Wakan 18 tea were excellent—our child loved them too. Breakfast also came with many rice accompaniments that were all delicious. The soups and dashi-based dishes especially felt very “Kyoto,” which we appreciated. Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who took care of us during our stay. We made wonderful memories in Kyoto thanks to you. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again as a family.

Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was also incredibly lavish! I was busy with personal plans in the evening and couldn’t make it to the bar, which I really regret—so next time I’d like to stay again and take my time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights! The Room was clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and the view from the window was amazing—morning sunlight streamed in, and the night view was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent; everything was delicious, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful morning. After checkout, I realized I had left something behind in the Room and contacted them. Everyone was kind, and they carefully mailed it to me later. Thank you!

Just as the name “Wanwan Paradise” suggests, we were able to relax and have a wonderful time with our dog. There was a photo studio, and having a professional take our pictures gave us great memories. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and best of all, the food was delicious. The eel at dinner was especially tasty, and there was also beef—we left completely full. Breakfast also had a wide variety of side dishes, looked beautiful, and we were very satisfied.

I stayed for two nights. I chose a Mt. Fuji View room expecting to see Mt. Fuji from the room, but unfortunately it was cloudy, so I only got to see it on the morning after my first night. Still, that didn’t matter at all—the hotel’s open-air bath and location were excellent! From the top-floor open-air bath you can see Mt. Fuji (I only managed to see it once due to the weather), and what made it even more interesting was being able to watch both Shinkansen and local trains passing through Mishima Station directly below from the bath. There were also restaurants and a dried fish shop on the same floor as the hotel and on the first floor. Right outside the hotel there were more places to eat, including izakaya pubs, so the location was really convenient. The whole town is compact with everything close together, making sightseeing and dining very easy. It’s definitely a place I’d love to visit again. It’s such an appealing hotel that I’d want to stay here again next time—and I would happily recommend it to many people!

We were very satisfied last time, so we stayed again with three generations of our family. The meals were delicious, the renovated Room was clean with a great view, and we were able to relax in the Onsen and feel refreshed. All the staff were kind, and we also enjoyed bowling.

The Hotel is conveniently located near the Bikan Historical Quarter, making it easy to enjoy the night views and a morning stroll—an excellent base for sightseeing. The Room was spacious, and the bath area was separate from the shower booth, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s not a modern, highly functional Hotel, but it has a luxurious feel and offers great value for money. I think it’s an excellent Hotel for visiting the Bikan Historical Quarter. We used the luggage delivery service from Okayama Station. Since this Hotel was eligible, we could sightsee easily and comfortably.

We were able to relax and take our time. Mount Asama, visible from the lobby, was absolutely beautiful and truly soothing. We enjoyed strolling through the expansive gardens, with places to sit and take a break here and there—everywhere we looked was stylish and lovely. Our child especially loved the house that can be used as a library. Both inside the building and throughout the gardens, everything felt beautifully designed wherever we walked, and even the small decorative touches were charming. The buffet dishes were also delicious, and in the calm atmosphere we could enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. It was a wonderful hotel where we could truly unwind. We would love to visit again.

All of the hotel staff were very kind and wonderful. The full-course dinner, late-night soba, and wide variety of breakfast options were all prepared with great care. We were completely satisfied and full. “Kannonzaki” appears in a Yumi Matsutoya song from our youth, which brought back fond memories. I have recommended this hotel to friends as well. Thank you very much.

It was a trip I took simply to get away from everyday life and refresh, without any particular purpose—and I ended up extremely satisfied. The hotel staff were polite and pleasant, and from the upgraded room on the 12th floor I could see Mt. Fuji. The room was spacious and relaxing, and the lower bed height made it even easier to unwind. The bathroom was also large, with bath salts provided. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, which you can enjoy at a leisurely pace. Check-out was at 1:00 PM, so instead of sightseeing I spent time watching TV and looking out the window, enjoying my first visit to Saitama Prefecture. It was a one-night stay where I could fully appreciate the comfort of a quiet, calm space. There were plenty of shops nearby as well, so I’d love to stay again next time and enjoy it even more.

The music, scent, and lighting throughout the hotel were all to my taste—it was a wonderful place to stay. I’m not comfortable with bright lighting, so the slightly dim atmosphere felt very soothing and relaxing. I used the large public bath, but I couldn’t find makeup remover or facial cleanser there; if those were provided, it would have been perfect.

One area for improvement: the 3:00 PM check-in needs better handling. There was a very long line, and it took about 30 minutes to check in. I understand that many guests were staying during the holiday period, but it would have been appropriate to offer those waiting at least a brief comment such as “Thank you for your patience.” That said, what’s impressive about this Hotel is how it turns that negative start into a positive experience by the end. The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. The bed was made beautifully, and I slept very well. Above all, it was quiet, which I really appreciated. The Room was also spacious, and you can clearly see the effort to make effective use of the available space. The breakfast deserves special mention: there was a wide variety of options, and everything was truly delicious. With its excellent location just steps from the station, I’d be happy to stay again—even if it means lining up next time. It could easily become my go-to Accommodation when staying in Sendai.

I’ve stayed here so many times that I’ve lost count, but this time I visited with my parents for my birthday trip. No matter when I come, the food is always satisfying, the Room is wonderful, and the Onsen leaves your skin silky smooth—nothing to complain about. Also, the light snacks in the annex lounge are exquisite, which makes me want to stay here again. They even celebrated my birthday, and it was a fantastic trip right to the end. This is an Accommodation that never disappoints no matter how many times I visit, so I’d like to keep coming back. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
