The house is 70㎡ with 4 bedrooms and 1 living room (4LDK). 9 minutes by car from Notogawa Station. 12 minutes by car from the Property to the surface of Lake Biwa. There is free parking on the premises. Being on a corner lot, parking is also possible in front of the house. With convenient access to tourist spots, it is an ideal place to relax with family and friends. You can enjoy a barbecue in the garden. (BBQ grill for 9 people and tongs provided) (Please bring your own charcoal, food, and fire starters.)
