The food, the massage treatment, the Onsen, the clean Room, and the warm hospitality of the owner and his wife—everything was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied. I’ve had massages near my workplace before, but a professional treatment and technique are on a completely different level. Thank you very much. We will definitely come again.

After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience. The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget. A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout. It became an unforgettable stay for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This was my first stay in Yufuin, and I chose this Accommodation. The staff’s hospitality was very pleasant, and both dinner and breakfast were a delight—each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making it a truly blissful time. The Onsen was wonderful as well; after bathing, my skin felt silky smooth. Another Accommodation I’d love to visit again has been added to my list.

I visited during the rainy season, a time I don’t usually choose. Both dinner and breakfast featured exquisite dishes that felt refreshingly cool to the eye and captured the early-summer atmosphere, lifting the gloom of the rainy skies. What makes this Accommodation truly exceptional is being able to enjoy outstanding cuisine at any time, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the season through sight, aroma, and taste. I also deeply appreciate the warm, friendly hospitality shown by all of the staff.

The private family bath was spacious and even had a waterfall feature, with the water at just the right temperature, so we could soak and relax. The atmosphere of the large public bath was also wonderful. The meals featured local ingredients, the portions were just right, and we were very satisfied! If you have mobility issues, going up and down to the first floor may be difficult, but it was a quiet place to spend time. We’d love to visit again after a hike in the mountains.

The service was outstanding. It was the best hospitality I have ever experienced at any Accommodation. The sashimi of Seki horse mackerel, Bungo beef, and local chicken were all delicious. I was able to relax in the open-air bath while gazing at the beautiful starry sky. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Our adults-only family stay was wonderful. With spacious beds, a Room featuring an open-air Onsen bath, and a location overlooking Matsuyama Castle, we ended up spending a lot of time relaxing in the Room. The amenities were excellent, including the in-room hair dryer (it was a ReFa), and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to eliminate the little stresses that can come with traveling. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and generously portioned, and we truly felt the warm hospitality throughout our stay. As a souvenir, we bought the diffuser that scented the property; its fresh citrus fragrance still brings back memories of our lovely time here even after returning home. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I would highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Dogo Onsen.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the hospitality was truly wonderful and deeply impressed us. The proprietress quickly remembered my daughter’s name and even came to greet us at dinner, and the staff who served our meal had such warm smiles. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. We were also able to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. I was happy that we could take a photo with the proprietress when we checked out. We would love to visit again, and we appreciate your continued hospitality.

This was our first stay here, and among all the places we’ve visited, it was the best Accommodation for Western-style cuisine. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality from welcome to farewell. The Room (very relaxing) and the bath (the in-room bath was more than enough) were both excellent. Above all, the meals were outstanding—both dinner and breakfast. Each dish was beautifully presented (including the tableware) and delicious, and we were amazed by how many items there were in the Japanese breakfast (we finished everything). We will definitely visit again during the autumn foliage season. One request: it would be nice to have body wash towels available in the bath area.

This is our second stay. We felt so comfortable last time, the meals were delicious, and we slept well, so my husband and I came back. The seasonal dishes are amazing too! Once again, we were able to relax and unwind. We also really enjoyed the simmered potatoes made by your grandfather—they were delicious. We’d love to visit again during the colder season!

After enjoying canoeing in Kushiro, we arrived and were immediately impressed by the spacious, beautiful entrance. The lobby, centered around an irori hearth, felt wonderfully open and soothing with its charming design. Every member of the staff was truly welcoming, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. The milk soft-serve and milk were rich and flavorful, and the morning daifuku and ozenzai were also delicious. This is our number one Accommodation we’d love to visit again.

It was wonderful. The Room was spacious, and the in-room Onsen was excellent—I enjoyed it many times. The private bath had no time limit, and I could use it anytime as long as it was available, which made me very satisfied. The staff greeted me with smiles. Above all, every meal was delicious and made me feel truly happy. I have stayed at various Accommodations before, but I think this one was the best. This was my first stay, and just as everyone says, it was a truly wonderful Accommodation. The food was delicious, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the staff were great, everything in the fridge was free, and the price was reasonable. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. Also, since I love drinks, I was thrilled by the wide selection of rice shochu... Thank you very much! I’ll definitely visit again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as the Reviews said. The food, the interior throughout the property, and the furnishings in the guest rooms were all tastefully chosen, and since there were only six groups of guests, we were able to relax even though it was peak season. The staff’s service was also excellent. It was an Accommodation that made us want to come back again after a long time.

My first time on the Oga Peninsula. I was lucky to find such a wonderful Accommodation, and it made my summer memories even more special. I was completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the view, the meals, and the Onsen—but the quality of the Onsen water was especially outstanding. My partner tends to get facial redness from inflammation, and in summer it gets worse, possibly due to UV exposure. After soaking in the Onsen, the redness eased significantly, which made them very happy—they kept using the bath in our Room and even soaked their face repeatedly. If I could add just one request: my partner loves ice cream and tends to prefer Accommodations that offer it as a way to cool down after an Onsen bath. We would have been happy if there had been a small selection of ice cream available in the lounge. Next time, I’d like to visit in a different season.

From the welcoming staff to the front desk team, Room guidance, and dining staff, everyone was courteous and made us feel truly comfortable. The Room was clean, and both the indoor bath and open-air bath were very relaxing. Each dish was beautifully prepared—from seasoning to presentation—and everything was delicious. We were satisfied with everything—the guest room, the private open-air bath, and the restaurant. The retro furnishings in the room were truly comforting, and we were impressed by the thoughtful care in the meals. We enjoyed a level of luxury that exceeded the price. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. The Hotel staff were also wonderful. As I get older, I find peace in an Accommodation like this. I hadn’t had many chances to visit Chichibu before, but this was an excellent Hotel as a base for visiting Mitsumine Shrine, Chichibu Shrine, and Hodosan Shrine (the Chichibu Three Shrines pilgrimage), as well as sightseeing in Nagatoro. We stayed in Room 401 with an open-air bath. The deep, expansive views, delicious food, and Onsen were all wonderful, but above all, we were most impressed by the warmth and kindness of the staff. Even among Accommodations in the same price range, many do not see guests off, so we truly appreciated it. It made us want to come back even more. Thank you very much.
