We booked the “Chef’s Choice Kura Twin” Plan and stayed in Room 101 of the MOSO building. The Room was a very comfortable size for two people. The beams, the safe room, and the steep stairs were all experiences you don’t usually get to have, so they felt truly special. The dinner we had been looking forward to was delicious. In particular, the rich flavor of Togeshita beef and the vivid colors of the corn bavarois appetizer left a strong impression. We chose an anniversary Plan, and we were delighted to see our requested message along with a ribbon. At breakfast as well, staff offered refills at just the right time, and they also knew we were staying on an anniversary Plan and kindly took photos for us—making it a very pleasant time. It was a stay that made us feel truly welcomed—both by the Accommodation and by the town! We also loved the Takehara Campbell juice listed on the lounge and restaurant drink menus. It’s grape juice, but I’d never tasted one with such clarity before. We had it again at a roadside station after checkout—and even bought more to take home. A couple of small things we noticed: Dust had collected in the basket in the washroom. Each time we entered to use the sink, the toilet lid sensor reacted and opened automatically; we would prefer it without automatic opening/closing.

The Room is clean, and the bathroom and toilet are also spotless. There are plenty of places to eat, and a convenience store is nearby. Especially since there’s a Don Quijote close by.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here after hearing that the breakfast is highly rated. It really was delicious—well-made, clearly homemade, and truly satisfying. I’m glad I stayed. It was my first time staying at a Hokke Club, and it made me want to stay at Hokke Club hotels in other locations as well. I really appreciate being able to enjoy local specialties so deliciously. Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.

I visited Yokohama for a concert, and the service was excellent. Free drinks are available 24 hours a day. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and I could use it until 1:00 a.m. There were Dyson and Tifal hair dryers, so my hair dried quickly. The amenities included the N series, which I was happy about. The Room had been renovated and was clean and spacious, so I felt it was great value and I was very satisfied. If I have another chance to go to Yokohama, I would like to stay again.

Located near Obihiro Station and close to the nightlife district, this Hotel offers an excellent location where you’ll never have trouble finding food or drinks at night. The parking lot includes a multi-story facility and partnerships, making it perfect for those who wish to park their car and head out again. The lobby, front desk, Onsen, and guest rooms are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The Onsen features the famous moor hot spring water, which is a rare treat at this price point. Breakfast is served as a buffet packed with delicious specialties from the Tokachi region. Every dish was incredibly flavorful—truly impressive. Having visited Hokkaido multiple times before, I can confidently say that this Hotel offers some of the best cuisine in its price range. Additionally, when I contacted them later regarding forgotten items left behind during my stay, their response was extremely kind and thorough. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to retrieve my belongings without disrupting my travel plans. This Hotel truly lives up to its name as a premier destination with outstanding rooms, dining options, and service—a perfect combination for any traveler!

The sashimi set dinner featured local vegetables, and the sashimi was very fresh and delicious. The other dishes were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. The staff were kind, courteous, and attentive, making this a wonderful Accommodation. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Stayed here to explore Kamikochi. I left at 5:30 a.m. for the Matsumoto Bus Terminal; although it was before dawn, I was able to get there safely in a 5-minute walk. Matsumoto Station, soba restaurant-hopping, museums, Matsumoto Castle, Ishii Miso soft-serve ice cream, izakayas, and breakfast at Matsuya are all within walking distance and easy to enjoy. I had the free late-night Kamikochi ramen on both nights. It was delicious—I even finished the soup. Very comfortable stay. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed at this Hotel the night before to catch the bus from Sannomiya to Awaji Island. The area in front of the station was under construction, so I had to take a detour, but it was conveniently located near the station and close to the bus stop. The building next door was also under construction, but it wasn’t an issue. There is a book lounge, which I was very happy about as a book-lounge fan. (I only found out after staying.) Drinks and two kinds of snacks were available free of charge. I didn’t use it, but there was also a sweets time, with local donuts served. Despite how it looks from the outside, it was a comfortable Hotel.

Trip to Hiroshima to See a DREAMS COME TRUE Concert I often visit Hiroshima for personal reasons, but I rarely stay overnight. This time, it was my first overnight stay in a while, and when choosing an Accommodation I looked for somewhere near Hiroshima Station and ended up at APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Ohashi. The location is excellent, making it perfect for sightseeing and events. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again next time.

I stayed here for sightseeing. The Room was clean and very nice. There were two small sofas by the window, and their vivid yellow color was stylish and really enhanced the feel of the Room. The Room itself was spacious, and since it was on a high floor, the view was open and I could relax during my stay. Breakfast also featured many local items and was delicious. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here last year to celebrate my birthday, and loved it so much that I returned again this year for my birthday celebration. This time, I truly appreciate your even more thoughtful hospitality. Thanks to you, I was able to relax wholeheartedly in the Room. This year’s concept was to take things slow at a Hotel. First, I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay at a wonderful Hotel in Umekoji. Then I came here. The atmosphere is different, yet even better. It feels very calm and serene. I think it’s because you make the most of the location by the Kamo River and help guests experience Kyoto in such a comfortable way. Even though it’s right in the bustle of Shijo-Kawaramachi, this is a space where you don’t feel any of that at all—remarkable. Your affiliated HIYORI Ocean Resort Okinawa is also one of my favorites—a wonderful Hotel that lets you truly feel the beauty of Onna Village. And now SORANIWA Terrace Kyoto has won me over too! At this rate, I’ll probably be back again for my birthday next year.

It was a calm Hotel, and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a good selection and was delicious. The bathroom took some time to drain, perhaps because we were on the 9th floor, but it was well cleaned and comfortable to use.

I was able to stay at a great price—about 5,800 yen, and even cheaper by about 4,400 yen with a sale and immediate PayPay use. It was easy to find from Hommachi Station, and the front desk staff were courteous. The welcome drink was also nice. The Room and bed were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

The Room was small, but it was more than enough for one person. It was my first solo trip in a while, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff explained everything carefully. They had a memory foam pillow at the exact same height as the one I use at home, so I slept very well. We stayed for two nights as a family, and with its great location, well-designed Room layout, and highly functional facilities, this is a Hotel we would recommend to anyone vacationing in the Goto Islands. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. When we visit Goto again, this is the Hotel we definitely want to stay at. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of a major station. Check-in was courteous and smooth, and this time a new staff member and a senior staff member escorted me to my Room as part of their training. Both were very polite and provided pleasant service. Above all, I was impressed by how clean the Room and bathroom areas were. The bath, toilet, and sink were spotless—it's rare to find a Hotel kept this clean. At check-out, I also received deodorant wipes, which was a big help because it was extremely hot that day. I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak and not very stable. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again!

The Room was clean and new, with the fresh scent of tatami. The cuisine was beautifully presented and delicious, and the innovative menu with delightful surprises left a strong impression. The Onsen was comfortable, and the river view from both the private bath and the large public bath was wonderful. Even the showers use Onsen water, and the cold water after bathing is tasty spring water as well. This is an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again.
