[House Rules] ■ Check-in / Check-out To allow time for cleaning, entry is not permitted between 10:00 and 15:00. Please complete check-in by 24:00 at the latest. If you do not check in on the day of arrival, we may treat it as a cancellation. Extensions are not available. If you stay past the check-out time, our cleaning staff will be kept waiting; a fee of JPY 6,000 will be charged for each additional 30 minutes. Thank you for your understanding. ■ Noise The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please do not engage in noisy behavior or loud conversations at any time, even during the day, as this may disturb neighbors. If we receive a noise complaint from neighbors, you may be required to leave immediately even during your stay. Please note that we cannot arrange alternative accommodation or provide any refunds. ■ No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and anywhere on the premises. Do not litter cigarette butts anywhere (including on the property, roads, adjacent areas, shrubs/planting areas, or gutters), as it causes nuisance to neighbors and harms the environment. If any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes) or littered cigarette butts is found during cleaning, we will charge compensation and/or additional cleaning fees. If odors cannot be removed and we are unable to sell the room, you will also be charged compensation for the period it cannot be sold. ■ Facilities / Amenities Please use all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care. If there are stains or damage to bedding/futons, tatami mats, carpets/rugs, floors/walls; or loss/breakage of furniture/appliances/amenities that affects usability for future guests, you may be required to reimburse actual costs. ■ Trash Disposal Please separate trash properly and dispose of it in the provided bins. If you would like trash collection service during your stay, please contact staff by the day before and let us know your preferred pickup time between 10:00 and 19:00 on the following day. ■ Entrance Please remove your shoes at the entrance. Shoes are not allowed indoors. ■ Toilet Use Please keep the toilet clean. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Dispose of diapers/sanitary products/tissues in the trash bin. ■ When Going Out When leaving the property, please turn off lights/air conditioning/electrical appliances. ■ Pets Pets are not allowed. ■ Security Please lock the front door when going out and when sleeping. Entry by anyone other than registered guests is prohibited. ■ Emergencies In case of fire/accident or other emergencies in Japan: call 119 (fire/ambulance) or 110 (police). ■ Other If any behavior contrary to public morals occurs beyond what is listed above، we may require immediate departure and/or charge additional fees。 Please follow these rules and enjoy a comfortable stay。
