Basic Information

TaxesFor guests aged 12 and over, a Hot Spring Tax of JPY 150 per person per night will be charged. Please pay the Hot Spring Tax in cash on site.

Up to 5 dogs are allowed (from small to large breeds). *For giant breeds, up to 3 dogs are allowed. Only indoor dogs that have received rabies and combination vaccinations within the past year and have been treated for fleas, ticks, and other parasites are permitted. *Dogs kept outdoors cannot stay. If you are concerned about your dog’s toilet habits, please have them wear a diaper/belly band. Leaving your dog unattended indoors or outdoors while you go out is prohibited.
