    From September 14 to September 17, exterior fence construction will be carried out on the property.

    This work will mainly involve the Green Dolphin building’s exterior fence. For the Red Whale building, only a small section at the rear will be under construction.

    Therefore, all indoor areas of the Red Whale building—including the BBQ space, sauna, and cold plunge—will remain available as usual.

    Construction will take place during daytime hours only; there will be no work at night, so you can enjoy a quiet environment in the evening. Please note that during the day there may be some construction noise and occasional movement of construction vehicles. All work will be conducted with careful attention to safety.

    For guests who are comfortable with these conditions, we are offering a limited-time special rate for stays in the Red Whale building.
