Notice from the Accommodation
■ Request for a Reservation Deposit for Year-End and New Year Stays ■
For stays from 12/31 to 1/3, we ask that you prepay part of the accommodation fee by bank transfer.
Please complete the procedure under the guest’s name within 14 days from the date your Reservation is accepted.
This is not required if your Reservation is accepted on or after 12/16.
- Once payment has been completed, please email us at yoyaku@ichinoyu.co.jp.
We will reply to confirm receipt of funds. (Please note that confirmation may take 2–3 days.)
- Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the guest.
- If you Cancel the Reservation after completing the transfer, we will deduct an administrative fee of JPY 1,000 for refund processing and refund the remaining balance.
