[Regarding the Cancellation Policy in the Event of Typhoons or Natural Disasters]

Special Provisions for Typhoons and Natural Disasters

If any of the following applies, the Cancellation Fee will be waived (free of charge), regardless of the standard policy:

- A “Storm Warning” or “Special Warning” has been issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for the area where the Accommodation is located.
- On the day before or on your scheduled date of stay, major transportation required for your travel (Shinkansen, flights, expressways, etc.) is suspended or closed.
- The Facility determines that it is difficult to operate (including power outages, water outages, road closures, etc.).

*Please note: If a typhoon is only at the forecast stage (e.g., advisory level or track prediction only), our standard cancellation policy will apply.
