*During the summer season (around late July to late September), training camps by student light-music clubs and similar groups may be held at nearby facilities. As a result, music performances, cheering, and other sounds may be heard throughout the day.*

*Surrounded by highland forest that blocks direct sunlight, the area is well ventilated and generally cool and refreshing in summer. Therefore, there is no air-conditioning (fans are provided). Even if temperatures rise slightly during the day, it cools down after evening—please bring an extra layer.*

*As the property is surrounded by forest, insects are present and may occasionally enter the building.*

*BBQ is allowed only in the designated area (the front yard). Please bring your own ingredients, seasonings, paper plates, paper cups, disposable chopsticks, etc. (Indoor tableware and cooking utensils may not be used outdoors).*

*When BBQing, do not leave any ingredients, leftovers, or trash outside under any circumstances. Please clean up promptly after finishing. Leaving food or waste can attract animals and may damage the surrounding environment—please take extra care.*

*The neighboring Onsen may be closed on irregular days or unavailable due to private group bookings.*
